Clean store. Helpful staff. Arrived around 10:00 am on a Tuesday, not many customers but lots of merchandise.

Dude i love target. I have been to so many targets so its easy to compare that this one is the worst one I've been too. So for one the layout is just messy to me and uncomfortable. It doesn't feel updated. The lighting for some reason is not that good. And it just have a really off putting vibe once you walk in. The employees are okay. Its a customer service job so i don't expect them to be that cheery but omg. Its not a good target. I would suggest trying the walmart off Broadway its so much better and there is always someone there to help! read more

I'm not a fan of the customer service here, there are few employees that have been kind but it seems to be a struggle to find someone to help me find anything I'm looking for so I wander around alot since I'm not too familiar with the layout of the store. I give it 3 stars because I do like the store itself and I know these days it can be hard to find employees but I would like to see some better customer service. read more

Terrible customer service. Sarah was uninformed and plain disrespectful. Even the so called district manager was rude . Do not work in customer service if you cannot be cordial with people . Cameron in electronics was helpful however . Overall it was just sad . Time for new staff target . Preferably people with social skills read more

Disappointing to say the least. Once again the lines were so long we left without making our purchase. Rarely are there ever more than 2 cashiers. They push self checkout for every customer - which would be fine if they had more than 4 self checkout stations. Lines are always long. Employees are nice though, which is why this isn't a 1 star review. I'm sure they're sick of the long lines as well. Either staff more cashiers, or triple the number of self check out stations. read more

The customer service here is so bad. Angel is someone who stalks the shelves and I have seen her on several occasions and she stands in the middle of an isle and when I have asked her if I could get by she just looks at me like I'm so annoying and sighs and then moves.. and there is another girl in the make up department with glasses and blonde hair and I won't even buy beauty products because when she's stalking shelves she doesn't move, won't look at you or acknowledge you are trying to shop! The worrssstt and I usually have my baby so I try to get through as fast as I can and they make shopping extra difficult for a new mom. I recommend a different location read more

Never a easy task, last minute shopping with a teenage daughter, who has a choir performance tomorrow morning....we looked high and low and just did not see a blouse that met our eye. Then we were greeted by a very nice woman..who asked if we were finding everything ok? My reply, Noooooooope! Here is where Target earned five stars from me. Breanne engaged us in conversation that helped her get an understanding of the severity of our situation...she made suggestions and then showed us where to look, and in less than 5 minutes she found a blouse that my daughter loved and that I loved as well. As mentioned previously, this Target is like just about any other location. But, as also mentioned, the employees here tend to be friendly and helpful as well. It seems that Target tends to land on the high side price wise, but if they are having sales they have fairly good discounts, providing of course it is actually something you need. One thing that I think is kind of weird is that the cosmetics and other associated items are NOT in the area designated as Health and Beauty. Why is that a big deal? Well, the other day, I was in need of some fingernail clippers, which are typically very near cosmetics. For some reason, this Target thinks it is a good idea to have this stuff on the other side of the store behind handbags. Just not helpful. I guess they hope patrons will cover more real estate in their store and maybe buy more than they originally intended after seeing more items for sale. Well, for me I was just annoyed. Do NOT work here. It is a toxic, traumatic environment. It's been years since someone I know has worked here and she had such a terrible time working at this specific Target location that she can no longer walk into a Target store anymore, it makes her upset. Organized, tidy, has everything you need for your one-stop shopping. The lady at the checkout was particularly friendly, though. This Target store was kind of weird. Really deserted, which I guess was nice. It seemed pretty dingy and old for a Target store. Target usually seems bright and cheery, I don't know. Maybe even a little small, but it could have just been that I'm not used to the set up of this store. Anyway, we didn't find what we were looking for (a kid's toy), so we left. Look, I love Target! BUT I was really hoping they were going to remodel the bathrooms when they did the rest of the store. They are absolutely disgusting, very similar to the Walmart bathrooms in the Spokane Valley as well. Grimy walls behind the toilets grimy floors the metal stalls always have nasty stuff all over them. The sinks are gross the walls leading out of the bathroom are gross. It's time that their management did a hard inspection of them because well I'm not even that picky it just irritates me to go into a very nice Target and have that bathroom experience. Please! Please! Remodel the bathrooms and you'll have five stars from me. read more

I like shopping here better than in some of the super-sized box stores. I like the mixture of quality in goods. You can go reasonable or high-end all in one place. I went to the store to make some purchase today. When I got to the register, the cashier was very disrespectful to me. I ended up having to dispute about them not price matching from a different target at customer service, which was also rude. Finally spoke to the store manager, which I first thought was going to fix this mess they had going on. But I was wrong, she was far the worst of them all. I don't understand how any customer can feel appreciated when they received this kind of service. I can understand why their store is always dead. Nobody wants to shop there. I will not return to that store and give them my business. Corporate need to look into this store and fix how they treat their customer there. read more

I would absolutely like to thank the temp worker that went out of her way in aiding me and making what will be a four year old's Christmas amazing. I went in to purchase a bike for her and on display was a Hello Kitty 14" bike. I looked to buy one but there were no other ones below. Lee walked by and asked if she could help me. I asked if there were any more of these bikes and upon inventory check they came up with none. She then called a manager asking if they would be able to sell me the display. It was then stated yes. However it became a discussion with other supervisors and I was told no that due to safety issues, they were not allowed to sell the display. I then went with another supervisor who found another bike at a different location. While we were on hold waiting to put that bike on hold for me. We were then informed that the original bike Lee and I were looking at was checked for safety and that it would be ok to sell to me. Lee aided me all the way to the check out line when I then realized I left my wallet out in my car. She assured me that she would stay with the bike and another purchase I was going to make while I went and got my wallet. May I say, for a holiday temp worker, Lee (as well as the manager) made an absolute amazing impression on me and would like her to be recognized as a model employee.
