This is one of those great stores that I just root for and I hope that it's here forever and ever. They have a great selection of board games, puzzles, card games, and tabletop RPG games like dungeons & dragons in Warhammer. The staff is super friendly and super helpful, with a bunch of great recommendations (I'm a huge board game nerd and I do this thing where I test people by asking them about games that I've already played) and these guys were absolutely great. They also have a gaming area in the back of the store, I don't know what the rules are but I'm sure that you could go in and bring your game in and play. They also have a used game section, which is such a great idea. Some board games are so expensive and you don't know whether or not you're going to like them, but if they have them in the used games section at uncle's games it's going to be less than half of what you would pay if it was brand new. I did ask and they said all the games have been tested and they make sure that they have all the pieces. I absolutely love this store, I will definitely be back time and time again.

Shipping times on website are utter BS…read more I've ordered from here three times. Not one single time has my order arrived in the time promised. Not for small things or for large expensive things. Customer service is unreliable. First time was a few years ago, just fiber. Not on time. Small order, not a huge deal. Second time was late last month, a spinning wheel. Ordered on a Friday, website said it would be to me in less than a week. I made plans to take a class with the wheel. It took so long I canceled my class sign up because the wheel did not arrive in a timely fashion. I called and the system hung up on me, called again and when I pressed button for customer service it again hung up on me, I emailed, messaged on IG about it, no response. Third time I called a couple days later, I finally got through. Wheel had to be shipped to them first, then they forwarded it. It got to me two weeks after I ordered it, too late for my class. I open it... and it is the wrong wheel. Manufacturer sent them the wrong thing. They call Kromski. No response. Three days later after the weekend I call and pressure them. They call Kromski. Kromski says I have to send it back, which I do within an hour of receiving the shipping label. Told them I expect the correct wheel sent ASAP. Kromski says they won't send me what I ordered until the one I returned shows up - which could be never, I don't control the post office, and I kept insisting they send me one now, they'd had my money for over two weeks. Only once I threatened to cancel my order and either get the right wheel from a different retailer or a different wheel from a different retailer did Paradise Fibers step in and insist that Kromski promptly send me the right wheel. But they did at least finally step in in my behalf. Eventually. So I just ordered expensive accessories for said wheel last Friday since customer service had eventually done the right thing last time. Website promised delivery by tomorrow (four days after order.) But I got a notice that the most expensive item is again back ordered, due in 7-10 days to PF, and they are holding the entire order on that item, so I won't see any of the stuff I ordered for at least two weeks. In short, their website lies hugely about when you'll get your stuff, and customer service is hit or miss at best. This will probably be a shop of last resort for me from here on out. Their selection is great but I simply can't be sure if they actually have what they say they have, or when it will arrive. It's too bad, as it is in my state and I'd prefer to keep my dollars relatively local. But three times is too many, especially on expensive equipment.
