This is one of the worst stores I have ever shopped. The employees themselves are all miserable, managers talk condescending to those below them. Customer service associates seem incompetent most of the time. The selection is messy and the aisles are not organized. The front of the store is just gross, trash and debris everywhere. Sanitizer never works. Employees stand around doing nothing. The value for items has significantly gone down in the years. I will never shop here again. read more

Self-checkout limited to ten items. I had 2 items and the attendant was literally in my face and had to touch my food item as well as the dog food bag to make sure I'm doing it right. Nothing like choosing self checkout and being forced to interact. It's unfortunate that you're losses are high lately but you can't assume everyone is stealing from you and still keep your customers. Loss prevention at the door asked to check my receipt when I was walking out even though one of the cashiers checked me out. says that they do it all the time. I'm pretty disappointed in target. Both this location and the brand in general. With the limited quantities of the PS5 available I found availability first at the voorhees site. The order was accepted that night and the next morning due diligence was done to check on quantities available. I was promptly updated via the app the next morning by noon that the last available had been sold but it gave me the option to order from a different location with availability. I appreciated that as I haven't seen that option before. I chose cherry hill and the order was transferred. Usually my order is just cancelled and I have to deal with looking for another place myself. Well I chose cherry hill as it showed availability. A few hours after my order was cancelled and not transferred for no longer available. I then checked and this location in sicklerville showed availability. I placed my order and it was instantly cancelled. "Hmmm" I thought to myself. "Did I make a mistake?" .... I tried to place the order again; another instant cancellation. Tried another 2 different payment methods including PayPal and Affirm just in case. Instant cancellation a total of 8 times at various times of the day. Mostly from this location. It was a $600 purchase Target lost from me. I'm sure they got the money or will get it from someone else since it's such a high demand item. I even tried purchasing from the Philadelphia target and still the same issue. I have a screenshot of the generic cancellation. Not sure what the actual cause was but this is the third time target royally screws me over so I think at this point I can no longer depend on target brand to be there for me for the things I need or want most. Which is such a shame because they do have some really good deals a lot of times. But as for dependability on high demand items I think it would be safer to try elsewhere. High demand items won't be held if you're traveling from far so being unable to order online and pick up at your own pace left a sour taste in my mouth. Thankfully GameStop came through for me and I found my PS5 available at Audubon with considerable stock availability, I was able to place my online order and I'm proud to confirm I did in fact pick up my brand new console with zero stress. read more

This target is a minute from my house, it is also the target I worked at for a while. With that being said, the customer service has lacked profusely. Grace who works behind the customer service desk needs a lesson in customer service herself! I'm not sure why everytime I come into this location she is beyond miserable and doesn't want to go out of her way to help anyone. Her body language tells it all! She is never happy, she always looks bothered and it's an issue that needs to be taken care of right away. I've been a manager for the past 2 in a half years and my customers never leave disappointed. I always go out of my way so I know they will shop with us again. At this location you can really tell customer service is not a priority. I believe this store needs to go through training in order to make it a better experience. You say it's about the guest, but is it really? I came in Monday morning september 25th, and had an issue with Grace, which was not the first time.... nor my last considering I had another issue with her tuesday September 26th. If something is in the wrong place and a guest finds it and shows you where it was, than it is that price. Instead we went back and fourth because she clearly does not know how to do her job OR give good customer service. Instead I was inconvenienced. 2 stars. Target in Sicklerville. Not impressed. I am in a wheelchair but used the scoot to get around. There were many boxes of merchandise in the aisles making it difficult to navigate. Everything was so picked over and in total disarray. It was very unorganized. A few associates did ask if I needed assistance. Our checkout clerk seemed depressed. I can usually find everything I need at this location, there's more products, but this location is big enough so I don't have to deal with screaming kids who are running around... or just screaming in general. I tried to find the prices on the shelves but they were either mislabeled or non existent. I am repeatedly floor by the customer service at this location. I have NEVER passed a worker who hasn't asked me if they can assist me. They have been delightful in their approach and committee to making the experience an easy one. From my experience the store is clean and organized. Even during the winter holidays, many workers were organizing aisle and making sure the store was in decent condition. read more

Came in to buy something for a family member, one of the managers on duty harassed me when I walked in, calling me a reseller, because I had bought one for myself a month prior. Apparently you are not allowed to buy more than one of the same product in your lifetime if it's a popular and scarce item. I guess for those items you either choose to give one as a gift and not get one for yourself, or get one for yourself and not be able to give one as a gift later on. Unreal. I've been to Target many times, and I don't like shopping, but when it comes to Target, I fall in love with it. Great prices, great service, great quality, probably the best store I've ever been to. It has almost everything you need, like food, televisions, books, board games, video games, bikes, literally anything you can think of! Most of the time, it is clean there, and whenever I go there, there's only like 3-5 people at each register, and the lines move quickly there as well. Every time I go by a worker, they always ask us if we need any help around the building, which I think is great for them to do that! Overall, I definitely think you should come here! read more

I was so glad to have a Target near by when we moved here (before moving here, the closest Target was at least a 2 hour drive and a state away). This Target is very clean, the staff are very friendly, and the shelves are always stocked. The aisles are rather wide, so there is enough room to pass other shoppers, or for them to pass you and still be able to look at items on the shelves. This is a fairly large Target, which is surprising, since there are three Targets within close driving range. The parking lot is also cleared of free range carts (I see staff collecting carts frequently), so they are not clogging up parking spaces when people do not return them to the corals. read more

Convenience and the pharmacy staff are great. It's the only reason I go to this location. Customer service is lacking big time. More than a few times have I had lack of common sense remarks made to me when trying to exchange a product that was neither used nor opened and with a receipt. The best was when I purchased a pair of shorts too small, and got home to realize this and immediately went back to exchange for a larger size with receipt and shorts in a target bag and upon going to CS desk was told the computer can't do the exchange today and I would have to try the next day. Huh?? Who can make this stuff up? Yup that's what the CS rep told me as did the manager. Needless to say I was not happy with this lame excuse. More situations like these have occurred and the bad attitude and tone I received from Tori would make any good shopper not happy and notify headquarters.
