After calling several pool companies, The Pool Store was the only company to actually show up. Toni, (the owner) came out herself, right on time. She wrote our quote on the spot and gave us her personal number just incase any questions should arise. Honestly, we thought she was too good to be true! She didn't try to up-sell us, in fact, she talked us out of a few things that were quite costly. When she left our home we thought for sure there must be a catch. As the process went on, she proved every step of the way that she is an honorable business woman and there was no need to second guess anything we heard out of her mouth. Pat came out and measured our space and mapped out a plan for our pool. Toni helped us with some finishing touches that we couldn't decide on. Toni's husband even came in to discuss an extra project(solar heat) that we were considering and helped us pull it together. It really is a great team that guides you every step of the process. The process was quite simple and Cheryl laid it all out for us in the beginning. When payments were due, what they were for, what the next step should be in the process. The entire process went on without much of a hitch and the pool turned out beautiful. Everyone we met is very friendly and helpful. From the guys that come for the physical labor, the people in the Sewell store, to the people in the office in Williamstown. Toni, Cheryl, Pat, John and Jim are just a few names I can remember off hand but honestly, I haven't met anyone that wasn't professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there are a few small things that aren't 100% to my liking but to be fair, I never reported them to the store to give them an opportunity to correct. Maybe they would have. The diving board and ladder were installed slightly crooked and the concrete isn't top quality, several chips came out from day 1. These things were minor in my opinion and haven't kept me from enjoying my pool one bit. Also there were a couple of miscommunications through out the process but again nothing that was a big deal and ultimately it all worked out. I only mention it so people understand that even though they get super busy and may miss a call or appointment they aren't leaving you stranded. They are so busy but always come through. I would 100% recommend The Pool Store, in fact I already have. I plan to stay a loyal customer and given the opportunity would have another pool put in should I ever move.

When I got the sucker home and up, the middle section of lights weren't working. I gave a call and they told me to bring it in to exchange. I walked in, a gentleman told me to put the tree box down, right near the door. He grabbed me a new one and told me to have a fantastic night. No waiting in line, no lugging around my new tree. I was a forever customer after that phenomenal service. They have everything! I love all the art work and mirrors to the bins and closet solutions. There are candles as far as the eye can see, pillows and faux plants. You can walk in and literally find a gift for anyone on your list and something beautiful to decorate your home with. Prices are comparable to other home goods stores I go. Check out lines are quick too.

They have an extensive selection of all types of furniture, decor, and holiday decorations! We were able to find a nice storage cabinet for our dining room at a very reasonable price. They had lots of other furniture as well, but had low stock of some items. They had tons of holiday decorations at great prices as well! Last year they were in Bryan Mawr. Now they are in the former Ardmore Movie Theatre. They have a large supply of outdoor umbrellas, outdoor chairs and a few different types of coolers. I ended up purchasing 3 outdoor vanilla umbrellas and an outdoor portable cart, which I can use to transport food to my pool. The staff here was really kind. They quickly help and politely came over to me and helped me find what I needed. They also helped me load everything into my car. Price-wise this store is pretty pricey, but they had some discounts available. For example, they were having a 10% off sale for Father's Day. Altogether, this is a great store for summer furniture.

I have never had issues with plants I've purchased here. No root rot, not stressed out, no bugs or disease. Every plant I bring home is always happy to be at my house. The service here is very good and they're helpful, but aren't hovering. I find that the quality of their plants is very good for the price, even if sometimes the price feels a tiny bit high. (Sure, you could go to Home Depot and get something cheap, but for a few extra dollars, I prefer more mature plants that are hard to kill considering my lack of green thumb.) Inside, their building is filled with everything you may need: seed, fertilizer, pesticide, tools, patio furniture, fountains, garden stakes, garden decorations - you name it! It's fun to walk around especially after being inspired by their incredible variety outside. They also sell flowers and other items to brighten someone's day if they are at the Virtua Voorhees hospital across the way, but I personally haven't tried their bouquets. Definitely give them a try!

After shopping some of the local hot tub dealers I found Spring Dance. William was great at showing me some options and explaining all of the differences. They currently had a manufacturers promo going at the time (which was a very good deal), it was up in a few days but William didn't pressure me. He said, if I wasn't ready to check back as there are several sales a year. Later that day I brought my wife in and William took her through the same explanation of everything. I actually bought a much better hot tub than I had planned on, nothing William did to pressure this just my own desires. When it arrived the fact that we used a local company made it worth it. They delivered it several hundred feet to a pad in our back yard. They set everything up and went over the operation. As we weren't getting power until the next morning we couldn't test it yet. Once we had it filled and power we began getting the levels right on the water. We have public water inside our house and everything outside is well water. We decided to use that due to it's convenience...big mistake. Our well water has a high level of iron in it (which we didn't know until after using), once we put in the chlorine it oxidized the iron and turned the water brown. We were going nuts, we grabbed some water and raced to Spring Dance. William calmed our nerves and said: "it's probably just high iron". After testing the levels he showed us that is exactly what it is. He took us through the process of lowering the metals in the water and gave us a specific plan for chemicals and in no time the water was crystal clear. We've had the tub now for three months...and use it a lot. The water is still crystal clear simply by us following Williams prescribed regiment of water additives. We couldn't be happier. And since they are local, we can rest assured that if something were to happen...William is only a phone call or short car ride away.

I was able to get them to come out once to fix a leak when it was still under warranty but now they never reply to voicemail or service request via website. You're much better off finding a seller that has a good track record of service and support post-sale. Update: got a quick call as soon as I posted this review, ha, but it was still back and forth with leaving messages to get someone to come out. Service tech finally came out over a week ago, could not identify the leak source and I have not heard anything from them on what the fix will be. Still on me to chase them down.

We were not disappointed. Dorothy was a great salesperson and answered all of our questions. Delivery and setting in place in our outdoor patio went smoothly-I am thankful Bowman sent 2 strong men to lift this heavy table. I have no regrets on this purchase.
