Everything sat where it was supposed to sit, which felt almost unnatural for a store this size. Despite the sprawl, I found what I needed quickly, as if the shelves had been arranged by some benevolent hand that wanted me to succeed. Self checkout was quick and painless. The machines did their work. I did mine. Nobody complained. Out in the lot, there was plenty of parking. Rows and rows of empty spaces waiting for people to fill them with carts of back to school supplies and impulse buys. I did not interact with a single human being during my entire time there, nor did I need to. It was efficient. It was ordinary. And in a world that so often makes simple things hard, ordinary felt pretty wonderful. Four stars.

While they didn't have the size of a Toys R Us, there was plenty to appease most kids. Pricing was decent. I just checked in here, but had no idea there was no pictures on Yelp otherwise I would've taken some. The employee I encountered (maybe owner?) was friendly and welcoming. They had a nice selection of board games and puzzles. There was a little bit of everything. If in the area again, I would certainly go back. Located in the Cherry Hill Mall.

I said to my wife oh! Its our sons birthday this month, lets get his birthday bear! Later on in the day we stopped here. So this is not the typical full store experience, but a slimmed down 1 aisle kiosk. So if you were looking for 300 outfits and the latest Yoda or whatever, this is not a place for you. If you do not mind a choice of 15 bears instead of 80, and 30 outfits instead of 300, than this place is for you! Staff was very very friendly, and they do their best to make the experience just like a regular store. They still advertise parties, but I do not know how they would do it here. The prices are exactly like a regular store, there is no discount coming here compared to a full store. So we got the birthday bear with an outfit and the $3 bear turned into $45... I could go to the Osh Kosh etc for cheaper clothes lol! They still did a great job with the hugging of the heart and the kid stepping on the button to fill the bear with stuffing etc. Next year he will have more fun picking out an outfit! All in all a great experience. If you need a basic bear with basic clothes, this is your spot!

I assumed for the price tag they would be of good quality, they looked nice in picture and the assembly would be a drawer pull, or putting the drawers in etc., "Assembly" turned out to be every single panel for all 3 drawers, legs, back, top etc., getting pieces to line up was impossible and several pieces did not have pre drilled holes. The constant rubbing of parts of table caused paint to chip and scratches.- It was horrible cheap Chinese crap. The return shipping was over $150. and requires intact packaging which was hard to keep given the sheer amount of pieces and parts. I left a review on the BB & B site that was declined (as I stated in it that the product was not worth cost and mentioned that consumers would be better off purchasing from any TJMaxx, Marshalls or Home Goods for better quality and price and that is against the review policy). When I called to have the review removed so I could leave a new one without mentioning other companies - they stated they could not do so. Even though it was quite busy inside on 12/17/2025 around 2:30-3ish, I'm so thankful I was able to get Onyx's help. For the first time ever, I was able to participate in the "Bring 5 Back" program and get a free fresh face mask in return. I didn't know how to partake in the program and was honestly a little nervous about it. I had washed my pots out and made them super clean, but I just don't like walking into places like I own them--it's a respect thing for me. I wouldn't walk into someone's home uninvited, and this is their place of work. Onyx was really quick to walk me through the process and made it so easy. The exchange was wonderful, and she was so understanding with me as someone new to the program. Onyx helped me not only figure out what would suit my skin type but also guided me through choosing the perfect one. I'd never tried a fresh face mask before, and she helped me select Coconut Shie. It smells absolutely divine and makes my skin super soft! I came home and couldn't wait--I had to use it before even hopping in the shower. Onyx truly made my day with her exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and genuine care. I hope management recognizes what an incredible asset she is to your team--she deserves to be celebrated for the wonderful experience she creates for customers like me. I also love her unique name!
