I called A Rose in December to order flowers for my mom's birthday. She has dementia, and I figured she would love flowers that were full of color and variety. I didn't know what to pick on their website, so I gave them the backstory and told them I trusted them completely to create whatever they thought was best. The woman on the phone was incredibly caring and knew exactly what I meant, even though I stumbled over my words the entire conversation lol. They absolutely nailed it!! The bouquet they made was bright, colorful, and so interesting to look at. The pictures don't do it justice. My mom loved it and would walk by the flowers every day, and would always stop to look at them and smell them. I'm so happy they made something she could enjoy for days after, not just the day itself. It meant so much to me to see her happy. I was planning a simple court room ceremony and at the last minute my father decided I needed a bouquet. This was at 5pm the day before! I doubted it would happen, but we drove to the store and the owner walked me through picking it all out and said to come back and pick up before 7pm! She put the most beautiful arrangement together with a boutonniere in about an HR! She was so nice about it and the flowers were fresh! Can't thank them enough! I highly recommend them! read more

Although I'm not well versed in flowers, the owner, December, spent quite a bit of time with me custom designing 7 floral arrangements. I asked for something muted with uniform sophisticated colors. The outcome exceeded our hopes. I don't have images, but the arrangements were beautiful. I especially want to thank December for her kindness. It was hard to place the order and to discuss such details in the midst of the circumstances. She was gentle, attentive, thorough, knowledgable and went above and beyond. I received a Christmas arrangement from this florist for Christmas 2018. Sorry, but it was like it came from Produce Junction or Shoprite supermarket where flowers are a lot less. The design looked as if it would be at home in 1988 in terms of style and finish. The flowers were a nicely intended gift from the sender and for that I am appreciative.... but this florist needs to understand shape and form and, honestly, quality. read more

This company's customer service is AWFUL. They made a mistake in sending us a vase with a hole in it that leaked all of the water out. When we called asking if it was possible to get a new vase, as any customer would, we were screamed at by the owner "and what would you like me to do about it?" Completely unprofessional and disrespectful over an issue that should have been easily resolved. When the woman finally did come to pick up the vase, she rolled her eyes and said "sorry for the inconvenience." Absolutely disgusted by the behaviors of the owner and workers, would NOT recommend this service. read more
