The flowers were called "Designer's Choice Vibrant Bloom" and showed a picture with yellow, orange, purple, and green colored flowers. It stated a bouquet using garden flowers in an uplifting and vibrant color palette. I was not happy with the flowers they first sent; my fault, I could have been more helpful in describing what I wanted, but they made it right immediately! They are a class act and deserve my praise and gratitude. I will use Bakanas again, and I appreciate them for their attention to customer service. I would definitely recommend them. Great customer service, beautiful flowers, prompt delivery. Glad I found them.

On the website, arrangements looked nice, though a bit outdated, so I called the shop to articulate exactly what I wanted. That's when I was connected with Yana, who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Yana explained that they have a great designer in-house and she was able to work with me on my price point. Today, I was pleasantly surprised when she sent me several pictures of the finished arrangement via text. She wanted to confirm that I was happy before the flowers went out for delivery. This has never happened before and I thought it was such a nice touch. As you can see from the photos, the flowers are gorgeous. The baker firm was very prominent and I was quite disappointed to see that they used babies breath as a filler.
