I stopped in a while back at Sunset Florist, om Sunset Road in Willingboro, NJ, and was impressed with the place and the people. So, when it was time to order wedding flowers, I called them. I ended up working with Sharon, the wedding lady. We designed special boutonnieres for the various men in the bridal party, some tipped with the wedding color, and all but two individually appointed for stems and such. The bridesmaid's wrist corsages were two that matched, each with two white roses tipped with navy (the color of the dresses they were wearing) plus one turquoise tipped rose (the wedding color). And the third corsage with all turquoise tips, since she was wearing a dress in the wedding color. I bought some fancy wrist bands for the bridesmaid's corsages, which they were nice enough pick up at my home. Those dressed up the corsages further. My bridal bouquet was a waterfall of gardenias and white roses with floral accents. It was stunning, if a bit heavy due to it's size. A nice side benefit is the large bouquet made me look smaller, lol. Sharon suggested I get an additional much smaller bouquet to throw. It was a good suggestion, as I would have knocked out someone with the larger bouquet, lol. They did a wonderful job with the flowers, delivering them on a Sunday even though the store itself is closed on Sunday. They deliver on Sunday which makes sense since they are near a hospital, etc.. IF YOU WANT DEAD FLOWERS LOOK NO FURTHER THEN STEIN'S May 2022 a friend sent my mother flower. They arrived with the water smelling and the flowers were slimy and dying. June 2022 my sister and I go and purchase a $600 casket cover because my mother passed. The flowers were wilted and dying. This was a grave site funeral so the flowers were not anywhere too long to be in that bad of shape. October 2022 my friend just brought me a bunch of flowers I take off the plastic wrap the flower petal begin to fall onto the counter the stems are slimy and flowers are wilted. I normally do not give reviews but after 3 bad experiences in less than 6 month I just had to say something. They just don't care. read more

Steins is great! I always have wonderful service when I go to Steins. I get all of my flowers there. They handle their products with great care, and have great customer service. I understand that Holidays are crazy there from the volume of work they have and they still do their best to deliver everything they can. They even tell you when you place the order for holidays that they may need a window of days to deliver, or that they will call you if they have any issues. I have never had any problems here and Steins will always be my number one go to local florist. read more

Steins did the flowers for my mother's memorial service earlier this month. We decided on poinsettias since it is the Christmas season and a large floral bouquet. The staff at Steins was so helpful in deciding on the colors, sizes and number of plants and they worked directly with Mt. Laurel Home for Funerals on the delivery so that I didn't have to do that. The alter looked absolutely gorgeous and the floral arrangement of purples, reds and white flowers was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I could not have been happier. read more

Love this shop! Their floral designs are beautiful and fresh and they have a wonderful assortment of plants and gifts. The employees are very nice and are happy to make whatever kind of arrangement you ask for. Their remodel after the car crash has made the shop even cuter and I love that they're dog friendly. read more

Buyer Beware! Steins is absolutely horrible!!!. I ordered My Valentine's 2 weeks in advance, spending 30 minutes with them outline every detail. Which flowers. What size etc. It was to be a mix of starburst Lilies, roses .and some other things. On valentine they delivered a vase filled with carnations and baby's breath, no roses, and a few lilies. After calling and showing up at the florist shop I was given a replacement arrangement. Still did not have my specific flowers. My cost 100.00 read more

Unreliable and incompetent: Is it possible for a florist to miss a delivery of flowers on Valentine's day when the delivery destination is across the street- they proved it possible. This business cannot handle volume business and their 'so so' 'carefree' attitude adds insult to injury. The woman on the phone had the gall to suggest delivering the flowers on the 15th of Feb - yes, that will probably work, much as the same as the kids receiving their X-mas presents on the 26th of December or celebrating the 4th of July on the 06th of July. The bitter pill associated with this debacle is that my significant other had a card and a gift waiting for me at home - the only thing I had to offer was my award winning smile and a pocketful of lint :( Warning, if you really need to let that special someone know how you feel , steer very clear of this business - getting your money back from a missed delivery will not come close to repairing the assassination of your character and your relationship from these 'matter of fact' and adamant people. read more

Stein's is a nice florist shop. They have pretty much everything and anything you want and are accomodating. I gave my pennies to their penny floor which supports research for Alzheimers. I like that they're a community focused business and a family business. They seem really sincere and focused on making their customers happy. read more

A very terrible customer experience. I pre-ordered and paid for a corsage and was told to pick it up after 3p. I arrived to find they did not have my order. They offered to make one for me while I waited, but the flowers I requested were wilted and brown. I left with nothing and unsure if I would even get my money back. Horrible! read more

I ordered twice from here. both times the flowers were no where near what was pictured on the website. 1st time picture had 24 flowers on it, 15 were delivered. When I asked what happened, I was told I received what was ordered. Obviously they do not know what they are advertising. read more
