Ordered from this place for the very first time online to get my mom a BD bouquet and I totally…read moreregret it. It arrived looking so different that at first I wasn't sure if they delivered the wrong bouquet. On the website, it had an orange and purple color scheme, which was important and 80% of the reason why I picked it, but they ended up replacing the orange roses with yellow ones and made the whole thing HIDEOUS. My mom was glad to receive it because she always appreciates gifts from me, but I could tell immediately she did not like the color scheme. When I called them to report this and ask if they had any other orange flowers, the staff AND then the manager COULDN'T GIVE A DAMN and they both spoke in a defensive and obnoxious manner. No understanding, no consolation, no accommodation, nothing but coldness. Their vibe was "we got your money, you'll never get it back and you can go die in a ditch". The manager, being the jackass he is, even tried to defend himself by saying they get a lot of calls asking about where the flowers are and when they would be sent - as if that's relevant to my case, and as if that's not a normal part of running a business. I wonder what his point was. I understand certain flowers won't always be in stock, and I, as a first time customer, didn't know they wouldn't contact me regarding substitutions unless I specified it on their website. But they were so obnoxious and callous in the way they talked. They even said they did the bouquet as close as possible though the bouquet's color scheme was completely changed. They have zero aesthetics if they believe they were telling the truth. I'll take my business elsewhere.

My sister was in Eastern star and her colors were coral and Teal. I spoke with Linda as originally I had wanted a grapevine wreath. No one has them so I decided on a spray of coral or peach. When I arrived it really stood out. I had them add a butterfly which went in the casket before they closed the lid. My uncle at the very agile age of 91 was in the hospital when she was. Went home on Hospice. I wanted something small but patriotic. I remember the anchor tattoo he had from the navy. I was aware he was to be cremated. I called them back and again got Linda. We talked back and forth with ideas. It needed to be small as it was in the church. Also he was in and urn to go in the wall. So I wanted a planter. With a few flowers of red white and blue. I called in advance to see if they could find a small flower and anchor. I saw it yesterday and it was perfect. It sat beside the urn. The flag fresh red white and blue flowers in the planter. The bow one side red white and blue and the other side of the basket joining it was a ribbon of anchors. Many thanks. A very decent price for both. I definitely recommend them. Also I knew what I wanted to say. Linda helped me. Thank you so much
