do not order a fruit basket. we had ordered two fruit baskets from here for a wedding gift and they came out terrible. moldy berries. terrible wrapping. we had even called beforehand and they completely lied to us. had asked to have figs and pomegranates added which they said they could easily do. we went them over another company because they had guaranteed this more exotic fruit. there was none. its old looking fruit. the wrapping and presentation even looked terrible. im writing this as a warning because we were completely fooled. maybe the flowers are better but the fruit baskets are not worth the price. i could made something better at home. read more

And now their phone number is not working Already this company does not put one in a very easy frame of mind. There is no info on their website about a temporary closing. I was able to order flowers via Flower Shop Network. Flower Shop Network said nothing about a temporary closing. The transaction went through around 10:30 am. It wasn't until 4:19pm on Mother's Day that I see a refund from Flower Shop Network and Encore Florist that these flowers won't be delivered. I understand that this pandemic has everything turned on it's head. But, this is a big upset from poor management. read more

WHEN WE SAID I DO! Hey, first of all I have no clue why they have so many contrasting reviews My wife and I got married on January 20th of 2018. First we were going to get married in the courthouse. But we figured well we want family to be there. So then we needed to plan a whole wedding in two weeks. First we were going to make a fake bouquet for the bride her maid of honor and boutonnieres for the groom and the best man. Then we found out that would be far too expensive and time consuming. Now we need to find a florist! The day is Wednesday we get married on Saturday. I'm looking for florists that are open around me (it's about 5:30 in the evening now) so I get to google and I see this place Encore Florists is still open. I call and I let him know my desperation for the best flowers for the budget we have. He says come in as soon as you can. My wife and I rush to the florist. It's a little easy to pass if you're not looking hard enough. We go inside and we are hit with the aroma of flowers the florist smells really good. So we speak with the gentleman behind the counter and explained to him what we needed. In addition to a bouquet for the bride and the maid of honor we also wanted each family member to have corsages and boutonnieres for all close relatives. He worked well with our budget although we would only have carnations. He said he will have everything ready for us the morning of our wedding for pickup! So I go for the pickup with my best man to pick up all the arrangements. Boy was I surprised these were some very beautiful flowers not only did he do a beautiful job arranging them. But he gave us roses instead of carnations! It was a beautiful arrangement where my wife and everyone was fascinated by. Encore florists saved my wedding if it weren't for them we may not have had flowers. What's a wedding without flowers? What surprises me most was that he was able to do this within 3 days! I will always go to Encore for all arrangements I will need in the future!! read more

I am ALWAYS HAPPY with my arrangements from ENCORE I can call in or walk in sometime last minute and they are always pleasant and sometimes a quick sketch so I can see what I will get or I am trying to tell them what I want Most times I do leave it to their artistic flare and I am NEVER disappointed they have done my mom's funeral in such wonderful taste I asked for an arrangement to look not conventional funeral so we could bring it home and now I have a Blessed Mother to keep. We have had parties with lavish centerpieces and sent flowers to friends on multiple different occasions ALWAYS satisfied mostly over the top happy with what they have done. I would put no stars if I could it's been 3 days now that I've been dealing with this horrible florist through fromyouflowers.com the customer service is great from the website but that actual florist encore is a joke! I sent a $60 arrangement to a family friend who lost his mother he wasn't home at the time they didn't call they waited till 9 the next morning to notify that they couldn't deliver so I called and told fyf to have them redeliver to the funeral home instead this upcoming Tuesday. Encore took it apon themselves to just redeliver the same arrangement not a fresh one last night and just leave it on the porch it looks 0 like what I ordered the flowers are brownish and smashed I'm just going to get my money back from fyf their lucky I don't come throw the arrangement in their face what a highly unprofessional and disgrace of a business!!!! I couldn't agree more with Nicole G with this place. This florist was absolutely horrible. I order flowers through 800-Flowers and they delivered the flowers two weeks prior to the event took place. I was told by 800-Flowers that this florist will re-deliver the flowers and then Encore Florist told me, they will not re-deliver the flowers. This florist has the WORST business practice and doesn't stand up to any type of INTEGRITY whatsoever. Stay away from this place. read more
