But my arrangement was to have roses, carnations, poms. It had nothing even close. I hate leaving a negative review especially when it comes to local mom and pop businesses but flowers are expensive especially when ordering from 3000 miles away. These flowers were for my soon to be 98 year old aunt who absolutely loves pink. No pink. I would not recommend this business and I will make sure I never use the 3rd party again.

When it came to my bouquet, it was nothing like what I was supposed to get. When the flowers were delivered the day of the wedding, I said whose is this and Rick said yours. I said it looked nothing like what it was supposed to and he said yes, I have the picture. I said no it doesn't and before I knew it he was gone. Disappeared from the building. A few of the other places around the area tried charging me a $50 or $100 deposit to sit for a consultation that would "go towards my wedding" if I decided to book with them. Missy does Brava Vita's weddings for them (I believe she told me since March), and she is amazing! During the consultation she was so friendly and energetic. It was evident right from the start that she was compassionate about her job. We went back and forth with so many creative ideas to come up with my ideal wedding flowers. The best part about it was that she worked within my budget ($3,600)! My wedding consisted of about 150 people (15 tables with 15 center pieces), 5 bridesmaids (5 bridesmaid bouquets) and 5 groomsmen (5 boutonnieres), 2 corsages for the mother's, 3 church arrangements, a toss bouquet, and obviously my bouquet. They also charged a delivery, setup and breakdown fee. I think it was $300 or $400. They also cut me a %5 discount for active military. All of the flowers were finished, delivered and set up on time. Overall, we had absolutely no issues with the finished product - everything was beautiful. I do not think we would have gotten nearly as much elsewhere for the budget I had. When I called to place the order, I asked if the limited options on their website were the only thing available. They advised it wasn't and that they customize the basket to my needs. They asked for my budget , which I advised was $85 total. I was expecting FRESH locally grown fruit an associate of GOURMET crackers, jams, cheese, etc. I also asked that they email me a receipt as I had just paid by giving them my card over the phone. These are all the reasons why you should not do business with this florist and spend your money elsewhere. Although I told them I only wanted to spend $85.00 total, they collected more than $100 from my card, and I never was emailed the receipt I requested. On the day of my family members' birthday, I called the florist shop to inquire what time the delivery would be made. I was informed it would be around 3 PM because they were waiting for FRESH fruit to arrive. I called back after 3 PM and was met with a rude, condescending tone and poor customer service. They didn't want to confirm when the basket would be delivered. When I immediately shared the dissatisfaction of the customer service, I was met with "sorry you feel that way" and a slick undertone. In short, my order was delivered around 5 PM on a Friday. My family member was so excited to receive the gift from me and overjoyed at the thought and the deceiving appearance of this "gourmet." When she opened the basket the next morning, we were filled with disgust, disappointment, and felt like we had been robbed. The basket was filled with rotten, molded fruit that looked like it had been pulled from a local dumpster. The container that the strawberries were in was so aged the label was barely visible anymore. It came with a bag of prepackaged almonds that were already opened and a goldfish cracker. There is nothing gourmet about goldfish crackers that's a childrens snack. I sent the owner photos within 24 hours of getting the basket and called several times. No response back!
