When it came to my bouquet, it was nothing like what I was supposed to get. When the flowers were delivered the day of the wedding, I said whose is this and Rick said yours. I said it looked nothing like what it was supposed to and he said yes, I have the picture. I said no it doesn't and before I knew it he was gone. Disappeared from the building. I called on Thursday 9/4 to confirm what time I could pick up the flowers on Friday 9/5, the agreed upon date. When they returned my call at 5:15pm on 9/4, they told me they never placed the order for my flowers, seemed to have no recollection of my order, and told me flat out they could not get my flowers until after my wedding date. They confirmed they did have the paperwork for my order and they still had my emails, but they never marked down the date that the order was needed by. The person on the phone was not apologetic and did not offer any solutions whatsoever. In fact the exact words were, "I don't know what to tell you." We scrambled all night trying to find a shop that was even open and could get the white calla lilies we were hoping for in less than 24 hours. It was a true nightmare situation. We received more sympathy and help from shops we had never spoken to before than the shop who put us in this situation in the first place.

I chose a beautiful bouquet from their website and set up delivery. I checked the box that said NOT to use substitutions, however, the arrangement that was delivered looked NOTHING like the bouquet I had picked out. I spent over $60 for a bouquet that looked like it was thrown together with a lot of filler and not the amount of flowers that were depicted in the picture. If they were unable to satisfy the order, the least they could have done was reach out to me to discuss. To top it all off, an email I sent to the florist was kicked back. When I called the florist to discuss my unhappiness, the person I spoke with sounded bothered. She searched for my order and was "unable to locate it". I was promised a returned call once they were able to look into it further to which I am still waiting. The lack of professionalism and customer service is so disappointing. I was looking forward to utilizing the service of this local business and was sadly mistaken. Look elsewhere for a florist to handle your flower delivery!

They even accommodated a change in the delivery date as she wasn't going to be home the day I initially requested. My mom was thrilled and even said it was the most beautiful arrangement she's ever gotten...and I've sent her plenty before. So, thank you, Lamp Light! I am off to order another arrangement for my sister, right now. :) I guess I won't be ordering that bouquet for my sister. :( Website no longers works and no one is answering. Is this placed closed? Took away 1 star, unfortunately.
