I am sorry to say we were very disappointed with the flowers in the vases that Abbott's made for my mom's memorial service. These vases cost $250 a piece and contained only two type of flowers and were minimal in size. For the money paid, we expected much larger vases of flowers. I do feel the business is taking advantage of those grieving a loss. read more

The sales person on the phone was great , the flowers not so much. When I pick from a picture on their website I expect it to look like the picture. I ordered 2 identical sympathy arrangements to go to the church , they charged a delivery fee even though they were in charge of the casket pieces also. Almost $ 400.00 for what amounted to no more than $ 60.00 worth of flowers. And the composition was not great either. My florist retired they were fabulous, miss them. I wont use Abbott again. read more

The brilliant arrangement I received for my birthday this weekend from my son and his family is stunning! So full, lush, and absolutely fresh. Every stem is pristine. I live here in South Jersey but they are in Norristown Pa. so I don't know how it happened that Abbott created and delivered my flower gift... but I'm so glad that they did! Given the generally high recommendations, I went back to Abbott after being let down by them once before. I specifically asked for boutonnieres and corsages without roses and without any white flowers whatsoever. I specifically asked for one to be a tiger lily, if they were available. What did I pick up, six hours before my wedding? Corsages and boutonnieres with roses, one of which was white. I didn't say anything because my groom-to-be was there and I did not want to make a big deal right before the wedding, but it was both disappointing and frustrating. Also I had gotten flowers for my mother's birthday here once before, again specifically asking not to have roses, and when we went to pick up the corsage was made of roses. Fool me once shame on you... The quality of the roses and other flowers and greens was very high and the staff was friendly. The creative element of the arrangements left a lot to be desired. Also, the magnets for the boutonnieres do not work as well as the salesperson claimed and one of the boutonnieres' magnet was missing. So for $160 I got two corsages and boutonnieres I could use, made of flowers I don't like, in a color I didn't want. For what I received I think the price-quality ratio was terrible, but I can't speak to individual prices. If you want to buy things to arrange yourself the quality is high and the people are nice. Otherwise I would be very careful about ordering from here. I will not go back. read more

Will never go again. Stopped in to order a boutanniere. Was very abruptly turned away by one of the staff members stating they were at capacity for that day. I can't believe a local place of business would turn away a cuatomer. A boutanniere consists of 1 flower....I'm sure it takes a few minutes to wrap. I've seen it done. They are overpriced, usually unpleasant and ShopRite actually does a nicer job. read more
