A few of the other places around the area tried charging me a $50 or $100 deposit to sit for a consultation that would "go towards my wedding" if I decided to book with them. Missy does Brava Vita's weddings for them (I believe she told me since March), and she is amazing! During the consultation she was so friendly and energetic. It was evident right from the start that she was compassionate about her job. We went back and forth with so many creative ideas to come up with my ideal wedding flowers. The best part about it was that she worked within my budget ($3,600)! My wedding consisted of about 150 people (15 tables with 15 center pieces), 5 bridesmaids (5 bridesmaid bouquets) and 5 groomsmen (5 boutonnieres), 2 corsages for the mother's, 3 church arrangements, a toss bouquet, and obviously my bouquet. They also charged a delivery, setup and breakdown fee. I think it was $300 or $400. They also cut me a %5 discount for active military. All of the flowers were finished, delivered and set up on time. Overall, we had absolutely no issues with the finished product - everything was beautiful. I do not think we would have gotten nearly as much elsewhere for the budget I had. I am extremely happy with the decision to go with Brava Vita for my wedding day, and I would not have asked for it any other way! Thank's Missy & BV!

I'm so happy I chose Lamp Light. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mom on Mother's Day this year and it was SO beautiful. I specifically decided to go through a local, small business because I wanted to make sure that charm and personality would be evident in the arrangement. I chose a beautiful bouquet from their website and set up delivery. I checked the box that said NOT to use substitutions, however, the arrangement that was delivered looked NOTHING like the bouquet I had picked out. I spent over $60 for a bouquet that looked like it was thrown together with a lot of filler and not the amount of flowers that were depicted in the picture. If they were unable to satisfy the order, the least they could have done was reach out to me to discuss. To top it all off, an email I sent to the florist was kicked back. When I called the florist to discuss my unhappiness, the person I spoke with sounded bothered. She searched for my order and was "unable to locate it". I was promised a returned call once they were able to look into it further to which I am still waiting. The lack of professionalism and customer service is so disappointing. I was looking forward to utilizing the service of this local business and was sadly mistaken. Look elsewhere for a florist to handle your flower delivery!
