So I decided to have one delivered from the Clementon, NJ location :) I ordered the Chocolate Dipped Indulgence Platter with 1/2 chocolate dipped strawberries, pineapple, apple (the rest undipped), and grapes -thankfully, not chocolate dipped layed out nicely on a large tray + a FREE 6 piece white chocolate and semisweet chocolate dipped banana "nuggets". ALL of the fruit was fresh and delicious! The semisweet chocolate they used was amazing and a nice compliment to the natural sweetness of the fruit itself. Yummy! Now I see why my customers and family were so pleased!

To my surprise the Edible Arrangements app said that it could be delivered so I placed the order. Only a few hours later I received a call from Eddie the delivery person. Unfortunately, the recipient was not home. Eddie told me he knocked a few times and had been there a few minutes but no answer. He offered to leave it on the porch and said that the weather was pretty cold that day, but he also offered for me to pick it up at the store. Unfortunately the recipient lives in New Jersey while I am a few states away in Maryland so I could not pick it up. Eddie was very concerned that the recipient and I would be happy with the product. I asked him if he could leave it with a neighbor and he said he could. However, he was concerned that doing so, and asking them to put it in their refrigerator would mean they had to detach the balloons and that would ruin the experience for the recipient. In the end we decided to just leave it on the porch and I hung up the phone with Eddie. But Eddie went above and beyond. He called me back a few minutes later and wanted to be sure the item received was the best possible condition. He said he had placed it in a shaded area near the front door, but he also went to a neighbor and asked them to check on it if in a couple hours if the recipient had not returned home yet. As it turns out, they did return home about 2 hour later and they called me. They said it was beautiful and in perfect condition. Thank you Eddie for a great experience.

It didn't come by 3 PM so I called the store and talked with a very unpleasant woman who said it was on the truck, it's a busy day, and when I asked for an eta put me on hold for an hour before hanging up on me. The flowers eventually arrived at 9 PM, frozen, dead, and not what I asked for. I will never be going back and would suggest you take your business elsewhere. The hundred dollar bouquet didn't compare to what you could get for a quarter of the price from Trader Joe's

Nisha is not just a decorator she is an artist (not to mention a sweetheart). I have been in 6 weddings so I have met and worked with a lot of decorators and honestly no one realizes how badly a decorator can mess up the day or completely make your day. I was about to settle for one of the usual Indian Decorator's in NJ when I stumbled upon Nisha. And I'm not going to lie I was a little annoyed that my parents were dragging me to see another decorator because I thought they were all the same. BUT as soon as I met Nisha I knew I was wrong. I could tell she cared from the very beginning and we booked her on the spot. Nisha was extremely communicative for months before the wedding and went through the effort of putting together several concepts for me. It's really hard to describe how wonderful it was. She made a completely custom look for us based on my likes / personality and went above and beyond with every little detail I asked her about. She made several trips to our venue and communicated with them whenever needed and made sure everything flowed perfectly with the natural beauty of our venue. I will post pictures as soon as I have them but if Nisha is in your budget (and she is so reasonable and worth it) please just go meet her. You won't regret it.
