I've had a TON of Edible Arrangements delivered to customers (and once for my brother's birthday last month), but had never experienced it for myself! So I decided to have one delivered from the Clementon, NJ location :) I ordered the Chocolate Dipped Indulgence Platter with 1/2 chocolate dipped strawberries, pineapple, apple (the rest undipped), and grapes -thankfully, not chocolate dipped layed out nicely on a large tray + a FREE 6 piece white chocolate and semisweet chocolate dipped banana "nuggets". ALL of the fruit was fresh and delicious! The semisweet chocolate they used was amazing and a nice compliment to the natural sweetness of the fruit itself. Yummy! On the morning of 11.06 I ordered a birthday arrangement that I had hoped could be delivered on the same day. I didn't expect that would be possible, but that was on me. To my surprise the Edible Arrangements app said that it could be delivered so I placed the order. Only a few hours later I received a call from Eddie the delivery person. Unfortunately, the recipient was not home. Eddie told me he knocked a few times and had been there a few minutes but no answer. He offered to leave it on the porch and said that the weather was pretty cold that day, but he also offered for me to pick it up at the store. Unfortunately the recipient lives in New Jersey while I am a few states away in Maryland so I could not pick it up. Eddie was very concerned that the recipient and I would be happy with the product. I asked him if he could leave it with a neighbor and he said he could. However, he was concerned that doing so, and asking them to put it in their refrigerator would mean they had to detach the balloons and that would ruin the experience for the recipient. In the end we decided to just leave it on the porch and I hung up the phone with Eddie. But Eddie went above and beyond. He called me back a few minutes later and wanted to be sure the item received was the best possible condition. He said he had placed it in a shaded area near the front door, but he also went to a neighbor and asked them to check on it if in a couple hours if the recipient had not returned home yet. As it turns out, they did return home about 2 hour later and they called me. They said it was beautiful and in perfect condition. Thank you Eddie for a great experience. read more

I called to place an order for my aunts 90th bday & was told 6 strawberries were $19.99 INCL. delivery by Sara.. The next day I called to place the order & was told I had to pay a $14.99 delivery fee by Sara. I asked her why she told me yesterday the PRICE included DELIVERY & SHE SAID" THATS ONLY IF YOU PLACE IT ONLINE THE DAY BEOFRE. I asked her why she didn't inform me of this & she said " SHE FORGOT" Sara then transferred me to Brian who just echoed what she had already told me. I asked him if he thought this was fair & he said yes! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I feel this is an employee error & I should not have to pay for her mistake!! Never EVER again will i use this location. I ordered an arrangement for my wife on a monday (early morning) and she did not receive it until Tuesday AFTER work hours. (after 530PM) Monday evening i called and they said they "forgot the order" and they would send it out tomorrow and add another half dozen choc covered strawberries for the delay. Well the addition was never sent and my wife never received it. The night guard received her arrangement because she left for the day. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and was no help to me at all. I purchased a fruit basket for my friends for Thanksgiving. With everything going on and her problems, I didn't hear from them until yesterday, 12.13. When I asked her if she satisfied with the arrangement she said that she was embarrassed to call me and tell me the fruit wasn't good at all. I was shocked, but I could understand the thought of not wanting to let me know. I spent $90 for the basket. When I called them, I thought that they would be understanding. But I was wrong. I was told that if I didn't send them a picture of the fruit or basket I would not get my money back. And that statement was directly from the boss. Now I know my friends and I understood why they didn't want to embarrass me, BUT NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything from this place. I did call the corporate office and someone assured me that the owner of the Clementon, New Jersey office would call me in an hour. I'm still waiting. I am totally dissatisfied with edibles and heres why...I had contact the cocoa fl location which was closed due to refrigerator issue and it transferred me to Melbourne fl location. Izzy indicated that the delivery only 37 mins away is not in their territory but would check w mgmt. She got back to me saying it was good. Placed my order Tues for Thursday delivery for my cousins 50th bday. Today thursday morning jasmine called me saying they wont deliver since not in area. Their inconvenience w a down store is my problem now. I told her the story and she can only give me a refund. I'm so upset about the service from this franchise. I called my cousin to apologize. I sent an email to CEO and customer service and no response! To top it off, I recieved a thank you for my order and a 10% discount coupon! Nothing like rotten fruit handed to me! read more

I'm totally dissatisfied with Edible Arrangements in Clementon, NJ. I placed my order on 1/18/21 for delivery on 1/30/21 with a delivery time between 11:30 and 6:00pm. The driver showed up at 7:25pm. He never knocked just placed a door tag on my door. I have a Ring doorbell so it chimed for motion. I saw the lights from the car and went to the door and called out to him. He just pulled off. Long story short... I reached out to the store and was told they would redeliver it. Well that never happened either. Finally I reached out to corporate. They did refund my money. My issue is that the store felt like that was good enough. Basically said well you got your money back. I have placed 17 orders to this store in the past year. To be insulted with a response from the manager to call the store and he would give me a whopping $5 off my next order. Why would I bother to order? Customer relationships DO NOT matter to this store. I would not recommend it. read more

Ordered a chocolate bundle with balloons and card. Chocolate was delivered but no balloons or card. card was delivered but printed on back of a paper but not instructed on where it was. Lack of attention is horrible especially when everything is supposed to show up at once not later in day. Maybe next time ill order the one gift a day package so i know at least if they mess up the next day i can call complain and they would have it on the second day. Use this location if you don't mind taking most of your day wondering if they will deliver everything you paid for. read more
