When you enter the shop, you'll be overwhelmed with the huge selection of amazing home decor and gift items. I was immediately drawn to the baby section which was filled with adorable products- everything from hair bows, to bibs to small toys. I was mad, wife was mad and the boy was in tears. I took him outside to calm down and told him we need to go back in and apologize to the workers. When we went back in the woman who I believe to be the manager greeted us again and asked if he was okay before he could say anything. She even kept his attention and let us finish gathering candles and other bits. She said she was a grandmother herself! But the staff here is what any company strives for, if there were more workers like her then review apps would not be needed. Hands down best service I have had anywhere in years.
