It was easily done on their website, and they delivered the next day. The delivery fee was fair 12.95, and a $5 tip for the driver. It stated a bouquet using garden flowers in an uplifting and vibrant color palette. I was not happy with the flowers they first sent; my fault, I could have been more helpful in describing what I wanted, but they made it right immediately! They are a class act and deserve my praise and gratitude. I will use Bakanas again, and I appreciate them for their attention to customer service. I would definitely recommend them. Great customer service, beautiful flowers, prompt delivery. Glad I found them.

Stay away! if you don't want to get pricked by a nasty thorn!…read moreOrdered birthday flowers for my sister by selecting a picture on their web site. I understand substitution policy, but the flowers my sister received was nothing like the picture I selected. I wanted something celebratory, consisting of bright colors -- what my sister got belonged in a funeral home! The web site claims 100% satisfaction or money back -- it's a big thorny lie! I emailed the florist: When I didn't get a response, I called. The worker said the manager/owner doesn't come to the store much, but will relay the message... it's been 3 months and still no response.

I didn't know what to pick on their website, so I gave them the backstory and told them I trusted them completely to create whatever they thought was best. The woman on the phone was incredibly caring and knew exactly what I meant, even though I stumbled over my words the entire conversation lol. They absolutely nailed it!! The bouquet they made was bright, colorful, and so interesting to look at. The pictures don't do it justice. My mom loved it and would walk by the flowers every day, and would always stop to look at them and smell them. I'm so happy they made something she could enjoy for days after, not just the day itself. It meant so much to me to see her happy. I'm really grateful for the care and attention they put into this order and will definitely be using them again!

I've found my go-to shop! After checking out a handful of flower shop pages on Yelp, I kept coming back to Millenium - I loved the arrangement photos posted by other Yelpers - especially the one posted by Maria L. On the website, arrangements looked nice, though a bit outdated, so I called the shop to articulate exactly what I wanted. That's when I was connected with Yana, who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Yana explained that they have a great designer in-house and she was able to work with me on my price point. Today, I was pleasantly surprised when she sent me several pictures of the finished arrangement via text. She wanted to confirm that I was happy before the flowers went out for delivery. This has never happened before and I thought it was such a nice touch. As you can see from the photos, the flowers are gorgeous. Most importantly, my mom, who is retiring on Friday, absolutely loved them!

Exceptional Quality and Service…read more I had a wonderful experience with Ziegfield Florist & Gifts. The flowers arrived looking exactly like the pictures I saw online, which was incredibly refreshing given how often actual arrangements can fall short of their marketing photos. Everything was beautifully arranged, vibrant, and remarkably fresh upon delivery. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially considering the excellent value for the price. It's clear they take pride in sourcing and preparing their blooms with care, and it shows in the final product. In addition to the beautiful flowers, the customer service was outstanding. My order was delivered right on time, which was crucial for my occasion, and the entire process felt seamless from start to finish. Their team was highly professional throughout, and they took extra care to ensure everything was perfect before sending the arrangement out. I appreciated the attention to detail and the peace of mind knowing I was working with a trustworthy vendor. I would absolutely recommend Ziegfield Florist & Gifts to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality floral arrangements, and I'll certainly be using their services again in the future.
