Placed an order on Sunday night for a Monday delivery less than 7 miles away from this location. The store didn't get working on this order until that Monday at 4pm. The business I was trying to deliver this order to closes at 4:30. In what sense does it make to start on delivery orders at 4pm? As a surprise my sister placed (2)-orders 1-fruit & 1-treats from - Edible Arrangement phone # 1-856-234-6700 Address:4250 Dearborn Circle ,Mt Laurel,NJ 08054 store # 1239 to be delivered on Mother's Day 05/11/25 to me. The fruit was so cold and hard (in edible). I immediately tried phoning store with no luck. The following day I spoke with manager she tried reassuring me that fruit is hard so that it withstands floral design creation but reassured me that in a couple days fruit would be edible. Wrong..,Fruit has softened but now taste sour! I've tried calling back repeatedly to discuss problem - no answer! This business is very incompetent. My sister in Florida is due a full refund but can't get a hold of establishment.I hope she reports them to the Better Business Bureau. Their merchandise is not cheap.! read more

Bought a simple order of fruit and a balloon for a birthday. The store was reportedly closing at 4pm. By 3:45 there was no notice that my item being sent, after being on hold for a while finally someone answered and seemed that they had no plan to get it out for delivery as scheduled, but did a last minute thing to get it in the truck. After several hours of my sister waiting for her gift, she finally received it at 8:45pm. Who delivers a gift that late! I should have read the reviews on this location before ordering, although it seems a lot of them in the area have the same issue. Well the order was not delivered same day or the following day, and on the 3rd day post order they were closed. But this franchise still charged me for same day delivery. Called to discuss & seek delivery info & was in hold for over 1 hour!! When my phone call on hold was finally answered , aka the store finally picked up the phone, the woman was rude, belligerent and even though it was 3days after the actual order & failure of this store to deliver a gift basket the manager STILL refuses to provide /issue a refund for said failure of timely delivery/delivery at all. Epic Mother's Day fail! If I could give a negative 5 star review I would! Placed an order on Wednesday for a very pricey edible arrangement. Wanted it for Sunday (Mother's Day) but no...had to accept Saturday or nothing. They took the money immediately. No delivery arrived on Saturday. No explanation, no email, no call, NOTHING! Never received arrangement for my coworkers birthday. Received a voicemail at 3PM to call back to the store. Tried 3 times but was on hold then a message says to 'leave a message after the beep'. Finally get through after 4Pm and the woman says, "yea, we tried to call you. We couldn't get to your delivery." I almost wanna give at least two stars because of the nice woman I spoke to this morning to make sure my order went through. But I spoke to a man (after calling 3 times) later in the afternoon to check on the status of delivery who was rude beyond belief and gave me attitude. Hung up on me before I could ask his name. After my order was delivered I tried calling the store (which took several times) and a woman answered, when I asked for the name of the man I spoke to, she claimed that they don't have any men that work there. My Mother's 80th Birthday delivery was stolen by the delivery person. She lives in an assisted living and received a call that her delivery was left at the front desk by an employee Katie of Edible arrangements in Cherry Hill, NJ. Unfortunately since they were quarantined at the time- (Covid-19) nothing was able to be delivered without assistance from staff who sits at the front door. When my mother called up to the front desk to advise she was on her way upfront to get her delivery- staff advised there was nothing there. We contacted the corporate office and was told it was delivered by Cherry Hill, NJ location. My Mother was in tears because the corporate office was so rude and hung up on her. I contacted Cherry Hill, NJ location and was told that they were not even open that day because of Covid-19 and it was the Mount Laurel, NJ Location. Left numerous messages for Mount Laurel, NJ WITHOUT ever receiving a call back. Spoke to Corporate so many times that I lost count, which they also could not reach the OWNER of Mount Laurel, NJ as well. Corporate would not even advise us who actually sent the birthday arrangement unless we guessed the persons name. I asked her to go to the front desk and embarrass herself to see if a packaged was delivered for her. Needless to say nothing was there. I had to spell the name of the person it was going to four times! It took me almost 45 minutes to place the order. Just as a precaution, I called today Thursday to make SURE my order was going for Friday and the store in Camden was closed and all orders coming from the Mt Laurel 234 6700.So I called Christine and she wa so rude! The Camden office neglected to put my NAME on the card! The greeting was there but how would recipient know who it was from? Then they left OFF the TITLE of the person going not even a Mr. Just a last name "SMITH". When I asked Christine to please go over my entire order from top to bottom, she refused and said "you tell us what you ordered." No I want YOU to tell me to see if you got the rest of it right. I use Edible Arrangements around the holidays every year to provide gifts to my valued clients around the country. After my experience with this franchise, I won't be using the company again. I ordered my almost $200 arrangement from this franchise a few days in advance of when I wanted it delivered. The manager, Christine, called me at 4:10pm on a Friday because she wanted to know if I still would like the delivery made as they were running late. There is no excuse for this. If I place an order with plenty of time to spare, this franchise should have known it would have to been out early in the day...especially based on the size of the order. How is the recipient (large company) with multiple employees supposed to enjoy a perishable gift at 5pm on a Friday afternoon? This franchise's idea of making things right was trying to offer me a waiver of their delivery charge and re attempting delivery on Monday. Not an acceptable solution for someone who spends over a thousand dollars in orders. It's a shame this franchise ruined it for the company as I'll be going a different direction next year for my corporate gifts. read more

DO NOT GO!!!!! My boyfriend sent me an arrangement for Valentines Day. The morning of he recieves an email stating that edible arrangements could not deliver my bouquet and will have to be picked up instead. He is out of town so I had to go and pick it up. I arrive at the one in Mt. Laurel and the service was horrible. There was a teenager at the desk who did not know what she was doing people who ordered weeks ago waited for hours to recieve their order. I was kept being told 5 more minutes for an hour and a half. The people seemed unapologetic and did not communicate how long the wait would be. They couldn't even keep the list together. They had a make shift list of who was in the store and were crossing off names of people that had not recieved their boquet yet. They crossed my name off the list even though I told her my name 4 times!!!!! What added insult to injury was that half of the staff walked around as if there wasn't any urgency to making the orders. one even had the nerve to have in headphones!!!!. After an hour and a half of waiting I was told that my order could not be fullfilled because they ran out of an item. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!
