Staff are super nice, and include free gift wrapping if you're buying some of their boxed items and/or if you spend a certain amount. Small free parking lot on the side of the building is nice. Make sure you look for the "grab a number" machine when you go inside in case there's a line, so that you don't get ready to order/pay and you don't have your number. They sometimes also have an express pay slot at the end of the counter, but that might be more only around the holidays.
