When she called them she was told it was because they had to pay fees , so that is all they could do. I would suggest they not accept orders if that is the quality of what they can provide . I've seen nicer bunches at the grocery store.

Will never order again. It's so sloppy can't even see some of the flowers the greenery is so randomly placed! I'm so not satisfied and very unhappy with this purchase! I also just noticed all the greenery at the bottom of the vase just floating so so crazy to me that someone looked at this and said it was beautiful. Spent $80 for this for my mom was supposed to be something special. Update: I have been trying to call the business since we've received the flowers to complain and they never seem to answer. I've called them 11 times on Wednesday and I'm still trying to get in contact with them

I gave this place a poor Google review. I received a call from Alyssa about an hour later. She…read morestarts the conversation off with " I just read your Google review". She then said; " it was very long winded & difficult to understand ". Lolol Alyssa! Perhaps you could reread it! Your employees; Maria & the young Cashier have No Clue WHATSOEVER about good Customer Service. I was ignored when I walked into Penn Florist! Neither individual behind the counter acknowledged me! That is beyond RUDE!!!!! Neither employee @ Penn Florist said hello or do I need help with anything!!!! That is rude! I was made to feel unwanted and unwelcome @ Penn Florist! I bought a cross wreath to put on the graves of my MOTHER, FATHER, SISTER & TWO BROTHERS. I was not told that there is a charge to put their names on a ribbon beforehand but I did pay for the service. Why wouldn't someone tell you in advance that there is an additional cost to put names on a ribbon & how much the charge is beforehand? You called me to ask me about my Google Review Alyssa; then you insult me with saying it was " long winded & difficult to understand ". To add insult to injury; you did not have an open mind to my review. I stated that clearly your employees need training on good Customer Service. You called me to be rude to me & tell me that they " did not need training'. Lolol! That's laughable. Clearly you are in denial & obviously your nasty hostile tone on the phone while talking to me speaks volumes. YOU HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! THIS PLACE HAS VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES WHO LACK COURTESY, CIVILITY, EMPATHY, COMPASSION & RESPECT. NOT RECOMMENDED

What a special and wonderful florist!…read more I was already late in sending birthday greetings and was unsure what to get. So I wrote in the comment section what I wish to include and the florist went above and beyond what I expected. I do not like the floral websites like FTD or 1-800-flowers. I prefer finding a local florist in the town that the delivery is needed. As a customer from Georgia sending a bouquet to my niece in Pitman, NJ, Rosebud florist delivered better than expected for a reasonable price as goes for delivered flowers. Thank you, Rosebud. You are now in my phone directory!

Although it was not a big order it still was important to us. The order was delivered with people already in the church. That was professional! Flowers were not as ordered/ expected. Boutonnières should have been at church for the pallbearers before they arrived. We should have had two arrangements for the alter and not one larger one. Exceptional Quality and Service…read more I had a wonderful experience with Ziegfield Florist & Gifts. The flowers arrived looking exactly like the pictures I saw online, which was incredibly refreshing given how often actual arrangements can fall short of their marketing photos. Everything was beautifully arranged, vibrant, and remarkably fresh upon delivery. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially considering the excellent value for the price. It's clear they take pride in sourcing and preparing their blooms with care, and it shows in the final product. In addition to the beautiful flowers, the customer service was outstanding. My order was delivered right on time, which was crucial for my occasion, and the entire process felt seamless from start to finish. Their team was highly professional throughout, and they took extra care to ensure everything was perfect before sending the arrangement out. I appreciated the attention to detail and the peace of mind knowing I was working with a trustworthy vendor. I would absolutely recommend Ziegfield Florist & Gifts to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality floral arrangements, and I'll certainly be using their services again in the future.
