This place is a rip off I asked for a small bouquet and they said do you want to keep it under $50? I said sure. What I received were seven tulips no babies breath no green filler. It was just a seven bunch of flowers squish together wrapped in plastic. A bouquet to me means babies, breath and green filler or some sort they charge me $53 and change I will never use them again. I called them and they didn't even offer to say oh here will bring it back and I'll put babies breath in it or something. No customer service. read more

Unprofessional. I had a phone meeting booked with them and they canceled not even 24 hours ahead of time saying saying someone booked my date. Sent me an email canceling and that was it. I didn't even need delivery or set-up. Just the flowers. read more

After calling her with our concerns about the floral arrangements she personally made for our family's funeral, she then told me "A grieving family should not be worrying about flowers at this time, I made exactly what you ordered, check the picture online. I'm too busy to talk, have a nice day." and hung up. You can be the judge of what we were supposed to get and what we actually got. A friend recently has surgery. I and a friend had a floral arrangement sent to her from Leigh Florists on Amherst Rd in Audubon, NJ. We selected a pretty arrangement that included white tea roses, all along with white gerber daisies, blue hydrangeas, etc. However the arrangement that was delivered was not what we expected. There were no tea roses and the blue hydrangeas were in fact a single "white" hydrangea. I contacted the florist to express our disappointment. Leigh Florist immediately responded to my email, explained that the price value of the flowers was the same, and went one step further to offer a floral replacement that would include tea roses. I am seriously impressed with Leigh Florist's belief and carry-through on its policy of "customer satisfaction" -- a policy that is all but extinct with so many other businesses. I ordered flowers for Valentines day via Teleflora and allowed the company to pick the florist. I have officially learned my lesson. I ordered one of the pre designed arrangements on the teleflora website and opted for the Deluxe over the standard (an extra $10.00) which was supposed to include a larger array of flowers. I received my arrangement on the day only to discover the arrangement looked like a lesser version of the arrangement on the website (the image was a standard version, and as previously mentioned I ordered the deluxe). There were no roses in the arrangement, which to me is is short changing an already pricey venture. There were roses in the picture on the website, and one would assume that Valentines Day arrangements would in fact include roses. It was mentioned to me by a friend that it is a common practice to exclude the more expensive flowers in a mixed arrangement by many florists when it is a delivered arrangement because the receiver usually does not know what they are supposed to be getting. I will keep that in mind for the future. I called teleflora, and had 2 days of a back and forth between Teleflora, the florist and myself. While they wanted to rectify the situation for me it was too little too late. The lesson I learned from this whole experience: make my own arrangements. This way I know exactly what I am getting, and probably for a better price. And please take this is a cautionary tale, not just for this florist but for others.. Make sure when you order flowers online you see the end result so you know you got what you paid for. read more

With the national emergency currently going on, adjustments were made to my husbands US military deployment and based on the CDC recommendations, we were forced to cancel our wedding reception. All my other vendors made exceptions to their typical policies based on their contracts & provided FULL refunds of all monies paid considering our unique situation. This was my ONLY vendor that stood their ground and wouldn't budge and kept a good portion of the money paid. As a wife of someone who serves our country, I will never do business nor recommend doing business with a company that doesn't value our military personnel. The owner stated "our policies stand as non-refundable regardless of reasons for change or cancellation". My frustration has nothing to do with the money but the principle that they refuse to make any exceptions regardless of reasons. I am part of a family that has owned a small business for over 100 years and we would never treat customers as such. read more

Awful! So unprofessional to work with, and overpriced. Went to two meetings for my wedding. My bouquet was extremely small and the wrong colors. The bridesmaid bouqets were tiny. The centerpieces were wrong and the owner Denise is horrible to deal with. Not interested in making the customer happy at all!! When confronted on the wedding day about the wrong centerpieces she said "I think they look nice," and did not attempt to change them or reimburse us for anything. DON'T USE! read more
