I called Sloans directly so I could talk to the florist; I was calling from out-of-state, not FTD, or internet sale. I specifically said 'tall' , 'to sit on the floor, not a table top'. The gal taking the order was very polite. She said a' fire-side ' arrangement. I said that sounds like 'cottage'. I felt we were on the same page! Originally, I had wanted a large poinsettia, but out of stock. I told her how much I wanted to pay $$$.00 and she said that will make a very nice arrangement. I'm thinking the coffee pot vase must have been pricey because the flowers used and size of arrangement would not have cost as much as I paid. Nine days later it still looks fresh and snowman looks cute, but that is not even close to what I expected in size and design for this event. Disappointed Aunt.
