Bought flowers on Monday at Ava's, needed them delivered by Christmas Eve on a Thursday to my mom. They charged me 94$, including 14$ shipping and on Thursday they called and said they couldn't get the flowers delivered. They were supposed to arrive on the day I bought them (Monday). Completely screwed me over. They offered no compensation for being 4 days late on a delivery and said they could get it there the Monday after Christmas (a week late and pointless at that point) and STILL charge me 14$ for shipping. Also throughout the week they gave me NO indication that the flowers might not make it, leaving me stranded at the last second on Christmas Eve to find a new solution. In desperation I called Jen Mor, the guy working told me they were closed and all deliveries were done, BUT I told him my parents address and he said he would get them over there. He arrived 30 minutes later and to quote my mom "these are the best flowers I have ever seen". And they were 30$ cheaper than Ava's. He went out of his way to deliver flowers after they were already closed on Christmas Eve, it was a Christmas Miracle. I'm Jen Mor for life. read more

I gave them two stars because they do have flowers but I have had too many issues with them to order them again. The arrangements were filled with cheap carnations or lots of greenery instead of real flowers for the 70 bucks you spend. I've even had flowers wilt in less than24 hours. They did say I could come in and return which I did but why should I have too? Don't you think you should come back with a better arrangement? My mom used to order flowers for me on our anniversary and I told her either save your money or call another florist. Seeing that yellow truck is not something I want to see pulling up to my house or work. Overpriced and underwhelmed. read more

I've been using this florist for over 10 years. It is a local family owned business that has provided very good customer service. I use this florist to send arrangements to my clients and for personal use as well. I have used other local florists and this business has THE BEST arrangements! The arrangements are always fresh, beautifully arranged, delivered when they say they will be delivered, priced accordingly and they seem to last a long time (least a week, which is nice). The people are always courteous, professional and very helpful. The ONLY downfall is that the delivery price is a little expensive for "local" delivery (this isn't New York or California) so I recommend you pick up the arrangements yourself if it's within a few miles distance you need it delivered. read more

Well Let me start by saying l love my local businesses but today I had one of the worst experiences with Jen Mor! I called a day in advance payed an extra 15$ to have my delivery made before 12:00pm. Needless to say I had to spoil my wife's surprise because of there service! I called twice to check on the eta of my delivery in which both times they said that they could not reach there driver! (REALLY) come on folks that's just unheard of. They make these things now days called BLUETOOTH I'm a delivery driver myself. They were nice enough to refund the extra 15$ for the delivery fee. Yeah right I'll believe it when I see it! They were quick to take my money and have yet to refund anything! All I know is I WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN! read more

I called for same day delivery at 9:30 and the flowers were delivered by noon! I can not thank them enough. I live 10 hours from my best friend and since I couldn't physically be there for her during an unexpected hard time, thanks to Jen-Mor florists I was able to quickly have flowers to her letting her know how much I love her. My arrangement was delivered today..............very disappointed with the LAVENDER arrangement. There is some greenery but very drab in my opinion. Not sure the arrangement will last until Sunday...........to me the delivery was done too early. Love purple and lavender but this is simply too much...........came in after being out for about four hours and there was a bud laying on the counter..........this should not be happening with a new, today, arrangement. LOVED JenMor Florist. Although b/c of budget constraints, I did my reception centerpiece flowers through an online wholesaler, I had JenMor do mine and my bridesmaids' bouquets, as well as the candelabra pieces. I absolutely ADORED my bouquet. I was a little concerned about it because my dress was so detailed, we decided to go with something simple that matched the dress. Well, the dress was champagne and I'd never seen champagne roses, but gave Susan (their wedding consultant) a swatch of my dress, and they matched it perfectly. It was soooo incredibly beautiful, but very simple, and it complemented my dress so well. Susan was great to work with. She even gave me some cost-cutting ideas for my centerpieces, which she knew I was doing myself. I was also able to purchase some water-tubes and corsage boxes from them for my boutonnieres and corsages which I also did myself with flowers from the wholesaler.
