When I called to place the order, I asked if the limited options on their website were the only thing available. They advised it wasn't and that they customize the basket to my needs. They asked for my budget , which I advised was $85 total. I was expecting FRESH locally grown fruit an associate of GOURMET crackers, jams, cheese, etc. I also asked that they email me a receipt as I had just paid by giving them my card over the phone. These are all the reasons why you should not do business with this florist and spend your money elsewhere. Although I told them I only wanted to spend $85.00 total, they collected more than $100 from my card, and I never was emailed the receipt I requested. On the day of my family members' birthday, I called the florist shop to inquire what time the delivery would be made. I was informed it would be around 3 PM because they were waiting for FRESH fruit to arrive. I called back after 3 PM and was met with a rude, condescending tone and poor customer service. They didn't want to confirm when the basket would be delivered. When I immediately shared the dissatisfaction of the customer service, I was met with "sorry you feel that way" and a slick undertone. In short, my order was delivered around 5 PM on a Friday. My family member was so excited to receive the gift from me and overjoyed at the thought and the deceiving appearance of this "gourmet." When she opened the basket the next morning, we were filled with disgust, disappointment, and felt like we had been robbed. The basket was filled with rotten, molded fruit that looked like it had been pulled from a local dumpster. The container that the strawberries were in was so aged the label was barely visible anymore. It came with a bag of prepackaged almonds that were already opened and a goldfish cracker. There is nothing gourmet about goldfish crackers that's a childrens snack. I sent the owner photos within 24 hours of getting the basket and called several times. No response back! They robbed my family of this special moment. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

They also sell cut flowers and have a landscaping business in addition to giving gardening classes (see their website for a class schedule.) The best part of Triple Oaks is their plant nursery. They have an extensive collection of annuals, perennials, houseplants, trees, shurbs and HERBS! I LOVE growing fresh herbs and Triple Oaks has the best selection in the area.

I chose a beautiful bouquet from their website and set up delivery. I checked the box that said NOT to use substitutions, however, the arrangement that was delivered looked NOTHING like the bouquet I had picked out. I spent over $60 for a bouquet that looked like it was thrown together with a lot of filler and not the amount of flowers that were depicted in the picture. If they were unable to satisfy the order, the least they could have done was reach out to me to discuss. To top it all off, an email I sent to the florist was kicked back. When I called the florist to discuss my unhappiness, the person I spoke with sounded bothered. She searched for my order and was "unable to locate it". They even accommodated a change in the delivery date as she wasn't going to be home the day I initially requested. My mom was thrilled and even said it was the most beautiful arrangement she's ever gotten...and I've sent her plenty before. So, thank you, Lamp Light!
