These flowers were for my mother-in-law's funeral and when we went to the funeral home the day before to check everything, the flowers looked like absolute crap. They were skimpy, and didn't even match what we ordered. My husband politely called to address the issues and to see how we could fix this. The flowers that my family ordered came to over $600. They were not cheap!! When my husband called to ask the owner to rectify the discrepancies, the owner told us "I wish you got your flowers somewhere else". Then he hung up. The lack of empathy and professionalism is disgusting, especially after my mother in law got her flowers from this shop for over 40 years. We were only asking for what we paid for. This behavior was completely unacceptable. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Do better. In this situation, I should have heeded my first impression of him and the shop. I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars.
