    The Target was as expected. This location was clean and I was very impressed with the onsite Starbucks. The Salted Foam latte (not sure if the name) was on point! While sipping on my cold drink, I found everything I needed. Shelves were obviously well stocked. Personally, I love self checkouts and Target did not disappoint. In and out made easy.

    I have shopped at many Target locations throughout the Chicago and Surburban area. I was early for work and decide to come to Target to bypass some time. Very spacious and clean. You can easily find what you need without the clutter. Bright lights and visual signs for you to locate the aisle you're looking for to shop. They even have a section to honor the month for Black History Month. Books, tee shirts, purses, tote bag etc. There are many other designer items here to select from as well.

    Love this place for everything you could possibly need. Huge parking lot. Self service kiosks are very handy. The Cartwheel bonus is now called Circle, but it's the same concept. I can scan whatever I pick up in the store and immediately see if there are discounts. The Target Redcard gives you free shipping online and a bit of a discount off every purchase, too. Very friendly staff here, and customer service is excellent.

    We went on this location of Target because the Target near our home is always crowded and we are having a hard time shopping plus the checkout has a long line and that is why we are surprised to see that this location is not crowded. There were lot of people inside but it was not too crowded than the other one near our place. The store is clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. All of the selections are well organized and fully stocked. We went to their department selection and we saw a lot of wonderful clothes at great deals. We literally take most of our time on that department choosing clothes. I got a lot of clothes that would be really a great gift for my relatives. I know it is not branded but the items have a good quality and it really does not matter if the gift is branded or not, what matters the most is the idea of giving.

    Yikes...this Target has dramatically declined over the years. You would think after the big renovation last year this place would be immaculate. Sadly, no. Long lines almost always. So many bare shelves (baby food isle was almost empty) and not to mention just filthy. My 4 year old daughter had to pee, and given the conditions of all the stalls, I told her to hold it until we got home.

    AVOID THIS STORE!!!! I called the store and asked if they had this suitcase available because I was not able to buy it online and they said yes we do but it shows on our website it's $109. They're big liars because on the app it shows around 2 bucks and not just that if you read the policy for matching prices it shows that they would match the price in the store and they didn't so I will make sure I NEVER EVER EVER WALK IN THIS STORE AGAIN. Once crazy thing about this is the manager told me he cannot match the price well maybe he needs to read the policy again for matching prices.

Before we knew it, we bought an incredible new leather couch, leather recliner and leather ottoman! It's wasn't just about her salesmanship which is beyond outstanding, it was about giving us everything she had- 100% customer service. I've been in sales for 47 years and am old school giving my own clients 1000% as a Realtor, and seeing Val give the same was refreshing, and meaningful to us. We've been to other stores looking and the service (if we were even acknowledged) was cold , uninformative, and made us feel the salesman was inconvenienced. Not the case with Val at Penny Mustard. We felt like family. Val and I hit it off instantly. And we appreciated the comraderie among all the sales girls working. They worked helping each other. Again what a phenomenal experience we had. I just had to brag about them. It's just so darn wonderful to see that people still care about superb customer care and service. Next time you need furniture, run don't walk to Penny Mustard and see Val. Absolutely outstanding! We adore her!

They have the largest selection by far, and most of what they accept is in good condition. There's always something interesting in their collection, which at any time has handmade, vintage, collectible, and other unique items alongside more conventional ones. The more desirable vintage and antique items won't be cheap, but they'll be cheaper than at a curated vintage or antique furniture shop. Jubilee isn't a thrift store, and in some cases their prices can be a bit high. Everything is final sale, so there's an element of "buyer beware," like most resale shops. They put the brand name on the price tag if it's a selling point, but not so much for cheaper brands. Once I purchased an item here, and when I got home I found the label and saw it was made in China by a low-end furniture company. I never would have paid as much had I known, so I felt a bit duped. However I still wound up going back as I never found as much furniture I liked anywhere else. And for what it's worth, the item has held up. Most of their service is provided by volunteers, who are nice, but some are more knowledgeable than others. To sum up, it's not perfect, but in a retail landscape where most new furniture is either flimsy "manufactured wood" or ultra-expensive high end brands, Jubilee helps fill an important gap for affordable quality furniture.

    Finally, after nine long months, my furniture has arrived! Yay!…read more I ordered the furniture on New Year's Day 2022, and today was the day. What brought me here was two-fold: the immediate reason is that they had a daybed on clearance and I needed a guest bed; I had been looking for a full-sized daybed since it could serve multiple purposes. In addition, I had been looking at sofas for months and noticed in their catalog a couch with arms that had a pleated arm, which I have not seen before. Usually in couches I see a standard track, sock, or some other similar arm, but I loved the look of the pleat. I had intended to only purchase the daybed, but decided I might as well just get it all. I didn't realize how backlogged they were so it's good I did. The process of ordering was... for me... involved, but others I am certain won't take as long. I wanted to make the perfect choice for me, so I looked at basically every fabric they had. You might think that's hyperbole but I honestly think I did. The only thing I knew I wanted was for it to be very firm and for it to have pleats on the arms. I spent 3-5 hours at the store that day viewing couches, fabrics, deciding on pillow fabrics, and so on. There actually was a big snowstorm that day and they sent a few people home and by the time I left I had to drive like 40 miles per hour home from Glendale Heights to Ravenswood, but Chris (who no longer works there) was very patient and the other folks who work there were great too. I need to get an ottoman for my new couch, and I'd be happy to work with any of these designers. However, my review is a bit mixed, unfortunately. Whilst working with the designers was good and they were very helpful, the delivery wasn't as good. I decided to err on the side of a higher review so that I don't give too much weight to this somewhat small thing, but the delivery was a problem in two ways. One, when I asked the guy if he could lift the daybed slightly so I could adjust the rug that was underneath, he gave me a look like I had called him a slur and grudgingly moved it a tiny bit. His reaction made me not want to ask him for help so I just struggled with it later on my own. Secondly, I noticed when I returned upstairs that they had gotten some sort of brown goo on my brand new (fewer than two and a half weeks) painted walls. I tried washing it off but only got so much. So now I have to correct that, which is really, really annoying.

    Buyer beware: We've been without a functioning couch for over a month -- and we do not recommend…read morethis company. We ordered a couch and selected a delivery date based on the delivery options the company provided. We planned around it, expecting a normal delivery of brand-new furniture. Instead, we've dealt with repeated damage, failed deliveries and no clear point of contact. And when you try to get help, there's effectively no human support to resolve the problem. Here's what happened from start to finish: Delivery attempt No. 1: No warning, then "it's damaged" On the scheduled delivery day, we received no advance notice of any issues. The delivery team arrived and told us the couch had been damaged at the warehouse and would not be delivered. The drivers even said we should have been notified ahead of time, but we weren't. They proceeded with the rest of the order, but once the truck was opened it was clear additional pieces were damaged, too -- specifically the coffee table and side tables. The drivers refused to deliver them because the damage was obvious. So after waiting for delivery, we ended the day with no couch and damaged items that could not be delivered. Delivery attempt No. 2: Couch arrives -- but defective and incorrectly assembled We waited for a second attempt. This time the couch did arrive, but it was in unacceptable condition for a new purchase. It had: * a rip/tear * improper assembly * a bend in the center * a bottom riser dragging * the wrong legs We were not comfortable sitting on it. We were also pushed toward "repair" as a solution, which is not reasonable for a brand-new couch that arrived defective and incorrectly assembled. Delivery attempt No. 3: The "replacement" is broken on the truck This attempt was supposed to be the fix: exchange the broken couch for a new, non-broken couch. Instead, the delivery team told us the replacement couch had a bent footrest while still on the truck. They said they tried to repair it, but it still wasn't functioning properly. After three delivery attempts, we were once again left without a working couch. Over a month later: still no resolution It has now been more than a month and we still do not have a functioning couch or a clear resolution. Communication has been slow and inconsistent, we've been bounced between people, and there is no single person taking ownership of the issue through completion. Bottom line We paid for new furniture. We've received damaged items, defective assembly, and a replacement that was broken before it even came off the truck -- plus no reliable way to speak to someone who can fix it. We do not recommend this company. If you're thinking about ordering, be warned: if something goes wrong, you may be stuck for weeks with no clear path to a resolution.

    Absolutely HORRIBLE furniture store with the WORST customer service. We purchase a sectional and a…read morecoffee table and had a delivery date for September 8th. When both furniture arrived the guy who came to the house said the sectional won't fit through the basement door. Also he showed me that the coffee table had a dent and he said he would take it back. He informed us that we would get a full refund. Even Anita the sales associate said if you return things that don't fit or don't look good while the truck is still there you get full refund . Now that we got the refunded, they are charging us the $189 delivery fees . They customer service person tells me we attempted to deliver and since we couldn't you still have to pay the delivery fee. Not once did the sales associate Anita tell us this. She told us it would be a full refund, the delivery guy said would be full refund. First time shopped here and it is definitely my last time.
