I also got a little disclaimer from my friend that told me about the place that I'd need to know what I was looking for because asking for help was off the table unless I wanted to learn Espanol, fluently and fast. Unfortunately, true to his words, NOBODY spoke English and I left after trying to get help, empty handed and disappointed. Earlier today while passing by I wanted to see what the place was like under the new ownership. It seemed decent and I found what I was looking for (at a pretty good price!!!) but then I called to ask a question tonight and spoke to someone who kept apologizing because he didn't speak English and hung up on me while I was trying to google translate. Bangs head against a wall. Look, I get that many of their employees speak ESL and I have nothing against until and unless it interferes with serving the customers. From what I've seen their client base from both of my visits seems to be pretty heavily from English speaking customers. I'm increasing my very bottom of the barrel 1 Star review by 2 stars because within *minutes* of posting my review I received a message from Franks Corporate office which is almost unheard of. I WISH my clients would be 1/10th as attentive to their social media footprints. I may be compelled to give them another chance based on that alone but if the language issue comes up again as a hinderance to me being a customer I'll probably be done with Franks and whatever else they change the place to in the future. I suppose I'll call back tomorrow and ask the same question I tried to ask tonight. We shall see.

An employee assisted me in locating it, he walked directly to the aisle and I followed him in an electric mobility cart. He was very helpful but the electric mobility cart started running out of power, so I immediately headed to checkout. I highly suggest that this store upgrade their electric mobility carts for the handicapped shoppers. Besides that issue, the place looked clean and was very well lit and seemed to be properly staffed on a Sunday afternoon.

Manager Rachel was super chill and friendly and was basically everyone's go-to when you needed a laugh. Katie is wonderful, Marcy is wonderful. But there was always gossip between the employees. And negative gossip too. One day you'll walk in and everyone will stop and stare. Keep in mind, I worked at the bake shop. It was about 5-6 girls at a time. Bottom line: careful ladies.
