They NEVER have anything in stock. I recently bought a watermelon and it was rotten. Will never shop there again.

First off, three stars for this kind of store is rock star in my world. Target is worlds above Kmart and Wal-Mart. Their clothes are okay quality and okay price. The grocery is okay quality and okay price. The produce is not awesome, but you can do okay if you take your time. The selection throughout the store is tremendous. My kids love the toy section, and it does not seem to badly priced there either. The thing I don't like about Target is that it can be tremendously busy, and as a result, quite stressful, especially with kids. I get a bit of a twitch when I think going there with two kids to pick up a few things. My wife goes there with the kids for full-on huge grocery trips, and I don't know how she does it. And I don't know what Target can do about those things - they want to be busy...and yeah, its amazing what you realize you need in the worst possible way when you are in the store when 30 minutes earlier you didn't know that thing (which your future happiness now depends on) even existed. read more

I go to this target a lot for groceries. It's not as nice and doesn't have as much as a grocery store, but it's got all the necessities and it saves me a lot on my grocery bill each week. read more

I have always loved this Target. Awesome customer service and always clean. I'm writing this review because I had lost a signed $120 check. A store employee found it and voided it for me and put it back in the service desk. I was so worried I lost that check and was so thankful for the honest employee who went above and beyond. read more

First "shopping while black" experience here. Totally unacceptable and unwarranted. I was browsing for wine and talking on the phone as the cashier so obviously walked up and down the aisles beside me. I pointed it out and of course she denied it and said it was her job to watch the store. Her coworker then comes up to take over and tells me that they have had a lot of theft and need to protect their product from black people. All the manager has to say is "I'm sorry about that." Typical. read more

Target doesn't carry any contacts in store so you have to wait for up to 10 days (they say). But I have been waiting for over 10 days and when I called to ask if they are in the lady said that it's only been 10 days the day that I called. I counted the days, and it's been more then 10 days. Telling your customer that they have their days wrong?! That's bad customer service. Did I mention that I called 3 times? Everytime it's not been there. Everyone rates it for being so good that's why I tried but I have been having bad customer services there the moment I went in. I can't believe I've been there since 2008! This is the last straw! I'M NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!! read more

Single worst pharmacy I have ever used after given multiple chances. Never going back.

The rating explains it all... it's literally as good as it gets! I mean, you can't expect anything less from a Target near their own corporate headquarters in Minneapolis. The staff @ this target is huge because it seems they have something to prove to their corporate headquarters. Not to mention that, but I've come to the conclusion that it's a "test store" to test out things.... namely, the new innovative carts, but that isn't a huge deal. read more

Yeah, it's Target. You know what you are getting, a huge building filled with cheap crap that you don't really need. Except this one also sells food. Delicious Archer Farms brand foods (seriously other than their cheez-its which are the devil the Archer Farms stuff is generally super good). Also they have a photography studio. My 3 year old is generally difficult to get a picture of on a good day. However with the promise of an Icee (available on site) and the easy to work with photographer we were able to get super cute christmas pictures of a smiling happy 3 year old. Seriously if you go to Penny's or Proex for photos check out Target Roseville, they have done a great job every time. read more

This specific target is basically my home, I somehow find myself here 1-2 times a week. I love this target! They have a starbucks, a bakery, and a wide selection from blankets to frozen meat to clothes to face masks. It's not like any other target, it's super clean, organized, and all the staff have been very kind and helpful there. There is one thing that has happened to me in all of my 10 years of going there, and that happened kind of recently, I was trying to get a face mask per usual, and in that aisle stood an employee on her phone, calling or video calling her friend or someone, so I couldn't get my weekly face mask! Haha. read more

T1. This place is the best! Pleasant staff, beautiful store layout. The Starbucks up front it great! Would love to see them replace the terrible Pizza Hut food/popcorn and such with the fancy new healthy eating but otherwise this place is amazing! read more

This super target is really nicely kept and maintained. The aisle are clean and organized. Parking can be hard during peak hours otherwise it is fairly easy to find a parking spots. There are plenty of grocery selections due to this being a super target and contains a Starbucks as well. read more

The service at the deli is horrible. I cant count the number of times I've been ignored and treated like I'm not even there. One time I even waived at 2 of the employees behind the deli counter and said. Hello, am I invisible? The 2 looked at me and walked away to do whatever they were doing. I end up buying the Oscar Meyer meat in the refrigerator case instead. They would probably sell more deli meat, if their employees acted like they have a crap. The check out lines are horrible as well.20 plus check out lanes, with only 5 of them open at busy times, while some employee, keeps trying to flag you into the self check out. I'm not there to do all the work for Target employees, while they take my money read more

Great service, but checkout lines seem extremely long at "busy times" of the day. I would suggest they staff more people in the checkout area so that customers aren't waiting for such a long time. read more

Not the place to go for photo printing. Extremely poor quality, but the woman who helped us was WONDERFUL. She deserves a raise for sure. Otherwise their cashiers are really hit or miss. Sometimes they're exceptionally slow, bad at bagging (two things per bag is not okay), and badger you about signing up for the Target card (no means no!). Others are totally fine, you just have to get lucky. Store is clean and well organized, but if you go during their busy times it's the most chaotic place in the state. Weekday mornings are the best. read more

I have had two great experiences at Roseville Target in two weeks. First, I had a pricing issue that no one in Target Quarry could answer, but Zach in Roseville answered it, solved it right away, and saved me $86 in the process! The other night we were there, found a damaged item in clearance with no price on it. Took it to the customer service desk, made an offer on it since it was damaged, and manager Andrew made the offer work with no problem at all. Nicely done team Roseville read more

I used to enjoy shopping here, but since the remodeling and CVS pharmacy switchover, I hate it. I was willing to give it some time, but the last four times I've been there the lines have been long, merchandise is nowhere to be found and all of the employees are new and stupid. read more

So we had just spent $250 in the checkout line at this Target, and a shirt I was going to purchase rang up full price, even though it was from a 30% off rack. We checked the rack 3 times, so we knew we were correct about the signage. Instead of honoring the 30% off, which amounted to a measly $6, it took 3 employees holding up 5 other customers behind us to prove to us that even though it was, in fact, on a 30% rack, since it was not a sweater, it was full price. I was lectured on how I "have to read the sign" because we both missed the print at the bottom specifying that only sweaters were included, even though the shirts were right next to them on the rack under the sign. At this point I was annoyed with the rude girl with the rainbow hair to the point that I had to resist the urge to return the entire $250 worth of merchandise. Ick. Not returning to this Target. Hope rainbow-hair girl can get an attitude adjustment from Santa. read more

Yes, it's Target, and we all love Target, and this location is the Mary of all locations as it's the first one, but it needs an overhaul, and here's why: -Consistently out of stock on everyday necessities. I saw another reviewer comment on this TWO YEARS AGO and they still haven't fixed it. -Parking is HORRENDOUS. The spaces are tiny. I hate SUV's too, but when my tiny Ford Focus can't even fit into a space without getting nicks and scratches from the person who parked next to me, it makes me think twice about shopping there at all. And it should make you think twice too. I understand a business wanting to pack in as many people as possible, but this is ridiculous. -It's always busy. I actually worked at a Target during grad school to make a few extra bucks. I know about the secret button you can push on the register that calls all the workers to the front of the store when there are tons of customers at the check-out. There are something like 25 lanes in this Roseville location. At most, I've seen 10 lanes open. Use that button!! --It is always crowded with yuppies and and their kids, which means a lot of crying toddlers, and having to carefully drive your cart as to not hit one of those little, entitled, tearful baby yuppies. The biggest complaint is that they seem to have a *MAJOR* problem keeping things in stock. The biggest plus is that their staff is respectful and kind. My recommendation would be to avoid this Target at all costs. We live in Targetville... I'm sure you can find another Target within a few miles. Go there! read more

Great selection and a wonderful staff. Clean aisles and even cleaner bathrooms. The layout is wonderful and you never wait long to check out. I would say this is one of the nicest targets out there read more

This has to be my favorite Target! They remodeled it recently so it looks amazing! Althought it may seem a little tight, most things are organized pretty well. The employees also don't follow you around and bother you while you shop; even though they do remain helpful and nice. Not to mention the self-checkout is an AMAZING ADDITION. Overall, this store is very up to date and contains many products. read more

It's a Target so of course it has everything under the sun. There's just one thing. There's a little food stand after the cash registers with popcorn and pizza and such, and every time I go there's a customer standing around and no employee in sight. This isn't the only Target with this problem but it isn't a problem in every store. I have better luck getting a snack at the Fridley one. read more

The store was clean and neat and had what I was looking for. The staff were courteous and friendly. Big pluses. However, the minus has to do with staffing! I stopped in during a weekday in the afternoon with the goal of picking up a specific item for a child's birthday. I couldn't find the item. I couldn't find anyone to help me. I used the telephone after about 7 rings I hung up. I wandered around, then out of the blue a very nice staff person came by, but I had already discovered the correct aisle. I took the item to check out. Only a few check out lines were open and they each had a line of people trying to check out. I took the shortest line, but with poor luck got behind someone that had a number of issues that the poor cashier was trying her best to resolve. It just felt like Target Corporation was very cheap with having enough people around to actually help customers. I probably hit a down time so staffing was very tight. But it made my experience a poor one and I left the store exasperated. read more

This is a great store as a whole. However, the pharmacy needs a little work. The culture has kind of a bad attitude, one guy told me once that he enjoyed seeing customers having to wait. They all seem a bit "over it" which is more like a management issue. The biggest issue is not with the very busy staff, it is the automated refill texting system. It texts you like a million times, gives you error messages every time you respond requesting a refill. I have been taken off of it twice and still receive the texts. When I called them again, they actually told me to call the company they outsource to. Again, a management issue ultimately, passing the buck. I don't care who you outsource to, it is your responsibility for it. Don't refer your customers to them. They never seem to get faxes from my Drs office. Maybe time to move on. read more

I hate going to this pharmacy and I will never go back again. I dropped my prescription off 2 days ago and they told me I could come back the next day and pick it up. I go back the next day and it wasn't even ready, they told me it'd be 30 minutes. As irritated as I was, I told them I'd come back the next day. So the next day I went back and it still wasn't ready. Not only that but they told me they didn't have time to fill all of the prescriptions they receive in a day and that's why I had to wait so long. This place is a joke. They also loudly confirmed my name, birthday, address, and prescription name so everyone could hear. Haven't these people heard of the HIPPA law? Never going back again. Worst pharmacy ever. read more

The employees were really friendly not all up in my face, but they didn't completely ignore me. The cashiers were really friendly and weren't annoying. I would definitely recommend this target to anyone. read more

The CVS Pharmacy in this Target store has the WORST customer service. As a result of a negative encounter in the store, we moved our prescriptions to another Pharmacy. The new Pharmacist was on hold with CVS for 50 minutes! Then when CVS did pick up, they were rude on the phone to the new Pharmacist! If you value good service, go elsewhere! read more
