This review is for ordering via the app and picking up in the Drive Up. Living more than 1,000 miles away from two of my daughters has been really tough at times, especially now since one of my grand babies was born during the pandemic. I have yet to meet him in person, but we connect via video conferencing all the time. Today, after a FaceTime call, I went on my Target app and purchased a play mat to help my 4-month grand baby with Tummy Time. The mat was a hit with him. Just makes his workout fun! The ease of having my daughter, who just had surgery, be able to pull up to her neighborhood SuperTarget's Drive Up is priceless. It took a couple of hours for the store to get the order ready, but it was great service and lightning fast for the associate to bring it to the car. Thank you SO much y'all. read more

Customer service was rude Nichole. Came to make a return for cat and jack which I purchased on my red card, but because I didn't have it in my app she made a big deal. It could have been just as easy for her to explain how to use the app. read more

Very nice, clean and well organized Target in the neighborhood. I've been shopping here for about 2 years ever since I've been in the area, and have always experienced good service. Their drive up has always been efficient. Always on time; ready on time and delivery to the car timely too. Only drawback, app doesn't always have the live stock updates. If I order something that is in stock, it may actually be not in stock. So, after placing the order, have to wait till the order is ready for pickup to know that I got all of my items. However, this issue is common with almost any other stores or even worse. Staff has been friendly, no complaints so far. Parking is convenient here, not overly crowded. Glad we've this nice Target in the neighborhood! read more

It's a superstore, they have more than a usual target has. They have wine, produce, baby & a decent maternity section. A home - kitchen and decor. Very well organized. Just it's so big if you forget a things from one corner - you can reach your daily exercise goal here. read more

Why is this store so depressing? None of the employees ever smile. The only good experience I had was with Cherish from Starbucks. They also need to train their security on being discreet when they are following you around the entire store. Literally following you like a shadow. Considering how much money I drop at target, it's kind of disheartening to experience that. Regardless, I guess that's the world we live in today. Can the employees At least try to look happy? Love me some Super Target! It's a brand new Target that just recently opened about 3 month ago. It's by far the biggest I've been to. They have the usual Starbucks inside their store. They have more clothes sections then most of the Targets I've been to also. There fitting rooms are pretty decorated, well lit and roomy. The staffs are friendly and helpful in the fitting rooms. They have self check out here also. The best thing about this Target is that they have a huge selections of wine and beer right across from the fruits sections of the building. The reason for one less star is the lack of posted sales signs. I left with 4 bras for only $34! I would have missed out the sales if I was digging thru the rack and the tags was mark down but there were no signage that would have tell customers it were on sale. read more

Me and my friends went in and got looks from employees everywhere. Later on we got kicked out from the store for no apparent reason with an employee following at us and yelling to leave while we were already leaving confused. Overall bad service, can't feel normal with looks from all the employees. read more

This Target is by far the sleekest and most modern store I've visited. It's extremely huge and feels very open and not at all claustrophobic. The way they display the departments, especially the home and cosmetic/toiletries sections are very pleasing to the eye. They make me want to buy everything! The toy area has some interactive games to play with which is fun for the kids. With this store being brand spanking new, the customer service was amazing. Multiple sales associates throughout the store asked me if I needed help and were very friendly. Let's hope it continues to stay that way. All in all, I can't say one thing bad about this location. I will definitely be here multiple times a week. read more

I normally do the drive up orders, when I order a few items. and sometimes it takes a little longer than five minutes. We had a horrible experience here this evening! We tried to return a baby swing we've had less than 2 months with a defective motor, we didn't have the box or receipt because we just moved and don't keep boxes and couldn't find the receipt as well. We were told right off the bat we should have kept the box, then we were accused by the employee named Candace of buying it from Walmart and trying to return it to target, that makes no sense at all! So already frustrated with the rude, falsely accusing, and nasty employees we asked for the manager "Shannon", well she refused to help us saying it was policy not to return or exchange anything without any transaction history but after calling customer relations was told she could have helped us because its a case to case basis and the store manager can so if they choose to return or exchange anything they want but for some personal reason she chose not too. Shannon was rude, condescending, and just plain refusing to help us in any manner. She told us we should just try and call the manufacturer and that target could not help us at all. We have lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years, spend lots of money here and even stoped someone from steeling over $1000 worth of stuff about 6 months ago. For some reason these rude nasty employees chose to refuse to help us. I will make sure all of Houston, Richmond and as many higher ups with target know about our horrible experience and how nasty we were treated. read more

CVS PHARMACY I am not one to complain but this was the worst experience I've ever had at this pharmacy. Not with the pharmacist but with the technician. She could not be bothered to re check a refill for me that my phone showed notification was ready today. So quick to dismiss me to the side to have it re refilled. Her demeanor and stance showed no drive or want to be there when it is so hard to find a job as a pharmacy tech. The pharmacist came to help me get re filled and asked me to go back in line while she quickly completes my refill and as I got close to the check out wouldn't you know she left to go to the restroom leaving the pharmacist by herself to tend to the long line behind me and I could see the frustration on the pharmacist face as I expressed my complaints. I'll get over my experience but I can only imagine that if my mom or an elderly person is in my place and she treated them like that??? Wow. Just wow. I will take her job any day if only I qualify. read more

My boyfriend and I had a difficult time finding the vinyl records, and when we did, we were horrified at how the records were stored laying flat. Records should ALWAYS be stored upright, or they become warped over time. read more

I was very impressed with this Target. It has only been open For a year and a half but it is exceptional. I went to look at the Our Generation doll accessories in the toy section and I was wowed by the beautiful doll display. I was reminded of the American girl doll store by the cubed play accessory playsets that were on display. It definitely encouraged me to buy! I complimented one of the associates on how nice the toy area was and she told me how hard they worked on that area. They did a fantastic job! I have attached several photos of the Our Generation displays that really impressed me. We bought several toys and a Jojo Siwa lighted jewelry tray. This location is 7 miles from my house but worth the drive. I will definitely be back often. read more

The service was good and helped tirelessly to find a solution to the problem, but, due to the technology the store relies on they ultimately failed to solve the issue. Went in there to buy specific type of Christmas lights called "Philips Heavy Duty 200 (or 400) count white (or multicolored) Christmas lights." (These specific lights are exclusively sold at Target). Since (from experience) I know the extreme popularity these lights have and how often they are sold out, I specifically made it a point to call in and ask a real human attendant if they were in fact in stock. I was told they were. The issue there was that attendant was only speaking about what their internal software was spitting out, they did not actually go and look on the shelf to see if it was accurate. I then followed that up by checking the listing for the product on their specific locations page and it showed multiple in stock. However, I got there only to find that there wasn't a single one there. One attendant did make an effort to look hard for them in the back room. Another worked with me to find how to quickly order them online. Ultimately I would still recommend this store but you can't trust them to accurately provide info about stock over the phone or on the website because no one is actually going to look on the shelf and check for you, they are just going to go based off what there flawed software says. read more

Target hates healthcare workers! I have sleep apnea and I was on my home from working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. Showed up to Target at 7:57 am dressed in my scrubs. There was a sign outside that said the new covid hours was 8am to 9pm. An employee comes out and tells the people in the line that the first hour is only for people with medical disabilities. I told the employee I dont have a disability but I just need a bottle of distilled water for my cpap machine , i promise i will be in and out in 2 minutes. He told me to come back at 9am. I don't know how grocery shopping can be "confusing" but you guys totally miss a lot of the best parts of this store. The merchandising flows extremely well, and I love how the products are actually showcased in creative ways. When I go shopping I WANT to want to make a purchase, and they actually succeed in that with this store. Not to mention the cosmetics department here is A-1. I ordered for the drive up and was hoping to get my item as soon as the same night, it was slim, slim chance and i couldn't get off my car to go inside and grab them instead since i desperately needed this box of sanitary stuff. This very kind gentleman by name of Haarith, helped me get my stuff the same day. This target and many other especially this one treats card collectors as we where criminals. As a customer being told with attitudes when you ask questions it's very aggravating. I wonder if you come in and ask for milk if you get treated like your garbage. As collector I'm tired of being treated like we aren't customers. Management at this store need to be readjusted. Every customer needs to be treated the same. Not one better than another. If I could give them negative stars I would. If you come in and sit on the cart as some one who is disabled you can't sit on chair because it needs to be accessible for customers. This target looks so upscale and is very well organized. I really like the clothing section, very good selection if you are looking for casual attire. The home decor and necessities collection this target had is also my favorite. I love browsing through the under $5 section when you enter. They always have cute and necessary stuff that they keep changing according to the season. read more

Visited this Target again today. Specifically to buy a cell phone charger. I wanted a fast charger-one with 2 lightening bolts. Couldn't find anything like that and no sales person to assist me in finding. Left the store w/o purchasing. Went home to order from Amazon. The moment I pulled into the confusing parking lot I should have taken that as a sign that's I would have a bad experience. Inside the store I was unable to have a calm and leisurely stroll about the store looking for the few items I was after. The layout is horrible and makes absolutely no sense. I wandered around for 30 minutes looking for socks and notebook paper. There were no associates to be found to help. The aisles make no sense and there were some displays set up with utterly random nonsense. It's like they are attempting to be a higher end store than they really are. When I was done, self checkout lanes were open but there were 3 or 4 employees standing around a register who never even offered to check me out instead. I will probably never intentionally shop at this Target again unless they make some major changes. And I was told this is a test store for future layouts. If that's the case, I may limit any future shopping I have with them. read more

I Ordered an item online, and went in to pick up on the day it was scheduled. Customer service said order was cancelled and they do not know why, there may be a glitch in the system. I kindly asked for help to resolve the issue, they told me to call customer service. I had a long line of folks behind me so I left without causing a scene. This was a present for my grandmother, she specially wanted this item from target, and now we are out of luck because of their system or customer service or whatever the case may be. Went to return a product with receipt. Customer service people could not find product bar code and were very unprofessional and rude. I had to go myself and get the product bar code from the shelf to get my money returned to me. They even took my driver's license as if I am at fault. Target must run its customer service with a more mature professional team. Very disappointed. read more
