After placing my order. I noticed how close I was to this location and decided to stop in before my order was ready for pickup. I was greeted by Joann the front store attendant. She was so polite, kind, happy and ready to assist in anyone possible. I explained about placing an order online and requesting to pickup before it was ready. I even offered to go on the shelves myself and fetch the items. The moral of the coupon was in order to redeem the order needed to be placed online for delivery or pickup in store. JOANN notified me she would contact manager and see what is the best plan to assist me. Now let me digress for one moment. I noticed an African AMerican lady working diligently in the store, picking flowers, organizing store, answering phone and fulfilling orders. I was impressed with her resilience ; however, I was thinking she has to be EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH. Unbeknownst to me she was the manager I was waiting on to fulfill my order. She politely asked some questions and assisted me immediately. I had already shopped for the items, she apologized for not hearing the device chime to notify of a new order. I was not in a hurry and politely told her I was more impressed with her working skills than worrying about my products. MRS DONNA was the best with whom I have ever encountered at this location. Which would be fine, yes get behind all the rest of us waiting. Instead of enforcing the limit or making her get back in the end of the line, the employee allowed her to purchase four. As a result, customers behind her missed the chance to buy the item before it sold out. If a store sets a purchase limit, it should apply to everyone. There are plenty of other places to buy the same items, go there instead.

While we were shopping, Zanaya pushed items directly in front of us while we were still shopping and yelled "excuse me" in a rude and aggressive manner instead of politely asking us to move or waiting until we finished looking at the items. Shortly after, Amaya approached us asking what happened, but instead of listening or addressing the situation, she brushed us off and told us "the store closes at 6, we are shutting down", even though it was only 5:12 PM at the time. After that, Amaya rolled her eyes and made negative comments toward me and my mom when we were walking out of the store, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The entire interaction felt dismissive, hostile, and unnecessary. This was a very upsetting experience, especially on Christmas Eve, and it is not how customers should be treated holiday rush or not. I understand retail can be stressful, but basic respect and courtesy should still be expected. I hope management addresses this situation and provides additional customer service training so others don't have a similar experience

Never spent just one dollar in here…read more Stopped in as I was on my way to pick something up. Nestled in a corner lot. This was probably the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree I've been in. No boxed just lying on the floor randomly and it looked like they actually clean and sort stuff. Picked up a few items and headed to the cashier. She was super friendly and quick. No attitude, just great customer service. Most of the ones close to me are understaffed or staffed with people who have retail burnout. So it was nice and refreshing to feel welcomed. Def would return when in the area.

I went around 9am and the place was very organized and the employees were so nice and helpful. Everything was still in stock at this time so going early was good, I made my purchase stood in a short line as the people working the register were fast and smiling. I highly recommend this Bath & Body Works. This place is incredible. Today was the annual body items sale. I look forward to this every year. I'm sure they will still stand by their product and make it right when needed! The managers are great as well! I called the customer service line to get help with my rewards program and was helped by a great associate named Jennifer (10/9/22 at 5:30 p.m. CT).
