Love the cartwheel app. I hate how at night they don't have any cashiers and lines are long. Parking can be a pain sometime. Bring a bag and save 5 cents! read more

Parking is easy and not over crowded. The weekends can get crowded, but during the week day it is quiet and nice. The food section is larger than the other Targets nearby, and provides a decent selection. Customer (guest), service is polite and nice. The employees are nice, and actually seem to enjoy their jobs. read more

I shop at this Target frequently and usually am able to get what I need. Generally, it is also clean and the employees are very helpful. I am particularly a fan of the pharmacy. I love that I can easily transfer a prescription to another Target if I am traveling. The employees at this pharmacy are truly helpful and caring folks. I had some difficulty with a refill for asthma medication. It was one of those situations in which I was beginning to feel like the physicians were conspiring with the insurance company to put me in the emergency room! :-) The pharmacy staff worked quickly and diligently to get the problems sorted out and were able to get me a prescription in a timely manner. I am very grateful! read more

Snack bar AND Starbucks were CLOSED, and this was around 4pm. No one I asked seemed to know why.

I recently had the best customer service at this particular location. Eric went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of a sofa/longer. I couldn't have asked for more timely and efficient service. I was fully impressed from beginning to end. They even matched the online price with no hesitation, loaded the sofa in my SUV with care and did it all in a very timely manner. read more

5 stars for the actual store, -1 stars for the pharmacy. The pharmacy is a terrible, terrible experience. I just moved here and was trying to have a monthly prescription filled. I dropped the prescription off, they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, but I didn't need it right away so I came back 3 DAYS later. I showed up, I was the only one in line, there were two people working, and it still took 10 minutes (I'm not exaggerating...I watched the clock) before they even started helping me. After they got me my prescription, she told me to swipe my credit card and THEN she told me it was $45. I had previously been paying $10 where I used to live. She told me my insurance card wasn't working and that I was uninsured. I know for a fact that I'm insured. She told me she'd work on it and to come back in 20 minutes. I gave them extra time and went back 45 minutes later. There were two people in front of me and I overheard that both were having the same insurance "issues" as I was. It was finally my turn and she said there was nothing she could do. So, after 3 days, plus another 2 hours, I decided to go to Bartell drugs to see if I could get a better price. I asked the Target pharmacist for my prescription form and she said I couldn't have it back, but she gave me the name of my prescription and said that's all I needed if I was going to check prices at other places. I knew that was wrong, but I was so frustrated at that point, I left. When I got to Bartell, the employee there basically told me that Target was completely wrong and that they should have given me my prescription form back, but she was kind enough to call Target for me and have them transfer it to Bartell. She also told me that even if I wasn't insured, the prescription would only be $30...$15 cheaper than what Target said. AND Bartell understood what was going on with my insurance and offered to take care of it for me and call the insurance company so I wouldn't have to. So, long story short, don't go to the Target pharmacy. Stay away. Bartell seems to be much friendlier and on top of things. read more

Do not rely on the Target app. If the app says item says it is in stock currently at a particular store, that is unreliable information and it very likely may not be in stock. I drove to the Redmond Target at 8pm to buy an item the app said was in stock only to find once I got there it not only was not in stock, but Greg the electronics manager told me this item has been out of stock since the morning! Yet the app clearly was showing this item was in stock still in the evening, and the app even said the exact aisle number location. Greg told me if you see the Target app shows an item is in stock in the store, you actually need to call the store first to make sure it actually is in stock, because the information on the app is not always up to date. Ok, that is translation for "the Target App is totally unreliable, and don't use the app." What is the point of an app if you have to call on the phone to ask a person working at the store if the item the app says is in stock is actually in stock?? And this is the Redmond Target in the High Tech hub! I just deleted the app, as it clearly is useless and only cluttering my iPhone. Target really needs to up its game in their IT department. They need to learn from Amazon how to run a reliable app that updates in real time. read more

Typically I love this store but today my experience was very disappointing. I was shopping and bought three shirts at all the same price. As I was looking at my receipt I noticed the cashier forgot to charge me for one of the shirts. So I went to the help desk and asked a young man to please charge me for the shirt, it's morals over money anyway. He said he would help in just a second (he was putting a cart away) but as soon as I went to give him my stuff he helped a woman who walked up after me. I wanted to leave because I had dinner plans so I asked another team member to help me on a check stand and that young man called over from behind me and said he was "literally doing it right now" ... He then proceeded to argue with me about how the woman was in front of me in line (when she wasn't and clearly walked up after me or I would have waited in line to ask for help) and then rudely dismissed me as I paid for the shirt target didn't charge me for in the first place. WOW. I hope the manager teaches these young employees some customer service skills because this young man needs a new skill set. IMMEDIATELY read more

I shop at this Target all the time because it is close to my work and I wish I didn't have to. The staff is never very friendly and they are not helpful either. The only people you are usually nice are the girls at the Starbucks. They are really friendly and try to help. But not the boys who work at Starbuck. The boys at starbucks are the meanest people at the store. Also they get mad if you order a drink 30 mins before they close. MY LEAST FAVORITE PART IS THAT WHEN I WANT TO SIT AND DRINK MY COFFEE THERE ARE ALWAYS A BUNCH OF EMPLOYEES EATING AND TALKING ON THEIR BREAK WHERE THEY SELL THE STARBUCKS. THE EMPLOYEES TALK TO LOUD AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR JOB AND OTHER EMPLOYEES. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ENJOY YOUR COFFEE OR FOOD. Also the food shop never has any of the pizza hut pastas. It's really annoying that no matter when I go I can't get what I want. I hate shopping at this target and wish that it wasn't the only place close to my work. read more

Every time I come here I fill up my cart and want to leave it the second I get to the checkout. Do I really need any of this stuff? The lines are always so long and checkout takes forever. I am reminded why I won't be back. read more

Out of the last 5 times I've called in a prescription and was told that it would be ready by 5 pm, it has been ready ZERO times. Do not assume that because the automated prescription refill service says your prescription is ready that it'll actually be ready. Pretty sure that's an inside joke at Target. Call to check on it every time and speak with a human being before you go or you'll find yourself wandering around Target aimlessly for 20 minutes. I'm sure this is done on purpose so that you can "conveniently" do your shopping while you wait for the prescription on to be filled. I'm switching my prescription somewhere else where I can at least get human confirmation that it's filled before I go in. read more

Every time I go there for popular Christmas presents I see them on the floor and they refuse to sell it to me. First with hatchimals and now an NES. If it's on the floor I expect to be able to buy it. Yet the manager "in charge " named Mitch said there is nothing he can do to help me. I at least expected an apology and some kind of help with the situation, but it felt like he just didn't care. Didn't care that the store was breaking policy, didn't care that I was upset, and was dismissive of me from the start. He wasn't helpful at all and now I regret getting my Redcard. One of cashiers was extremely helpful and considerate unlike Mitch. I'll try other locations now on. read more

If I could give Target zero stars then I would, especially for their online shopping. AVOID at all costs online shopping with them. They will just mess up your order and you will be a very dissatisfied customer. I used a $100 gift card to buy a microwave and on their end, there was a technical issue not even letting me (the customer) know. The only way I found out was because the microwave was taking so long to arrive. When we tried to get a refund they claimed there was no $100 gift card ever used (even with proof of receipt) and then the store told me to get the receipt for when the gift card was purchased and then they could sort things out. Well after we went to all that effort to get that, (the gift card was a gift from someone), and brought it back into the store, they then proceeded to explain how the person bought the gift card at a grocery store making them not capable of STILL not refunding us. With the many hours we have already spent trying to just get our money back, and with how horrible target's customer service is, I most definitely won't ever be shopping online with them again. read more

Normally I'm a Target fan, but they couldn't remove an item from a registry that I purchased even though I had the receipt and said if a person gets the gift twice they can return one of them. This is the service I got from 3 people on the phone. Horrible. read more

This store has the best customer service. They helped me track down a toy before Christmas so I could have the sale price, it was 20% of toy day. They toy transfer didn't happen due to the other store but the Redmond manager ordered one for me from another online retailer so my son would not be disappointed. I felt truly taken care of by the staff. They also taught me about the iPhone app and debit card so I could save money. Not many stores will take time with you these days. read more

Seriously.... Can it get any better then this? Everything you could possible need at a very reasonable price! Love this place!!!

I shop at several Target locations and this one by far is my favorite. Check outs usually go by pretty quick. The cashiers are always a delight, Returns are super easy as well. The girls at the return desk are so friendly and helpful. Its really easy to do returns with their return policy. The front end staff is always a delight. I highly recommend this location. I have had a few bad experiences at the Factoria and Woodinville locations which always reminds me of why I usually always go out of my way to go to Redmond. read more

My daughter has Down Syndrome. She gets pretty upset with changes to her routine. Every time we do our monthly shopping at Target, she gets to order a Blue Rasberry Icee from the small food court between the two exits. Today, the registers crashed, and Ryan, who was manning the food court at that point, had to tell her that the system had crashed and he would need to reboot. He noticed her lack of understanding, and how she kept standing there and trying to give him money for her drink. I tried to explain to her that the cash registers were not working right and she could not get her usual Icee. Her face got really sad in a hurry, and she was about to walk away when this kind employee handed her a cup and told her, "That drink is on me!" She still tried to give him money, since she did not understand what "it's on me" meant. I explained it meant the drink was free because it was not her fault the machine had broken. With this kind of gentle and kind customer service, and sensitivity to my daughter's disabilities, Ryan turned what could have been a sour experience for our daughter into a very sweet one. We will be back! read more

I caution you to beware of any attempt to order from Target online... they cannot figure out how to actually deliver the product. I ordered a Pebble Steel watch for our son as a birthday present on Jan 20th, to be delivered to the Redmond store (which they said would occur on the 28th). On the 28th I received an email telling me there was a delay, and that it wouldn't arrive until Feb 1st... which is two days after his birthday, so we had to give him a picture of it as a place-keeper. Then, on the 1st, I had to reach out to Target customer service because I had not heard a thing... only to be told that I should wait another day. Needless to say, I am not very happy, but what can I do? So I wake up this morning (the 2nd) to find an email telling me my order has been canceled - no explanation - just a lovely message letting me know they have screwed me over. When I called customer support they said it was canceled because it hadn't arrived at the store in the designated time... something totally within THEIR control. Fortunately for me they're happy to help me order it again... conveniently for them, the watch now costs $50 more than when I originally ordered it!! Please take this as a fair warning... don't trust Target online to deliver as promised. I now have to purchase this somewhere else... because I'm sure not going to trust Target again. Lesson learned - I should have gone with Amazon.com. read more

I purchased a Gazebo from Target last summer and waited until moving to my new house recently to set it up, knowing that I was moving. There were parts missing. I Contacted Sunjoy (The manufacture) for a replacement part as instructed to do by the instruction manual that came with the product because the merchant I purchased it from wouldn't be able to help me. Got nothing but a run-around. They post on their website "WORRY FREE PARTS REPLACEMENT WORRY FREE PARTS REPLACEMENT:.... You'll experience worry-free buying from start to finish. " This is not true at all and the customer service reps were extremely rude and disruptive... I received 2 extra parts that were not needed for assembly for my Gazebo and 4 missing pieces that made assembly impossible. Instead of sending parts "Worry free", they said without the receipts that I didn't think I would need (I expect all parts to be included for assembly when paying this much for a product) there is no way to get a replacement part. Worst customer service experience of any company I have dealt with. Completely false advertisement: "worry free replacement parts" and "Perform our duties professionally, ethically and with your interest in mind at all times" as per their About us page. I would expect Target to work with a more honest company. Now I have a Gazebo that assembly can not be complete with having to pay additional money to get the parts that never came with the product. This is extortion and is unacceptable! read more

I should have stayed with Pearl Vision !! The eye exam only took 5 minutes and didn't seem as through as it should have been. Target Optical does NOT offer advanced eye exams that check behind your eye for example to check for potential loss of site, glacoma, etc. The optometrist June is nice, but she wears a really low neckline blouse that may offend some (not me though...I always enjoy a show :) ). Just because it's Target, don't expect any bargains on eyeglasses either. I decided to get a basic pair of eyeglasses (progressive lenses) and prescription sunglasses (progressive lenses). Target had a deal going whereby the second pair of glasses was to be $89.00. While my eye exam and peep show was free, the two pair of glasses was over $400.00 !! I was strongly in two minds to just walk out, but against my better judgement I decided to go ahead and purchase the two pair of glasses as opposed to scheduling an eye exam elsewhere which I would have to pay out of pocket. Bottomline, I have buyer's remorse and will not be back. The glasses are okay, but certainly not worth $400.00. read more
