Like most folks on Yelp I was surprised by the mandatory 20% gratuity (almost $2 per beer). As someone that ordinarily tips 20-25% in a sit down restaurant I'm a little confused as to how in a place where you order at the counter, pick up your own food and bus your own table the 20% is earned?
