The owner Even is not friendly to his clients . We go quite a bit he walks around and looks at us and others with not even a hello . If people support your business it doesn't hurt to acknowledge them and say hello . Now for the food , slices are always cold . I asked the pizza cook to heat up our slices and he has an attitude. Pizza has been not cooked completely including the chicken on top . Gross . Ordered a meatball sub and don't want sauce . Comes wrong . I would like to support this business . I am a corporate chain pizza kind of girl, but I love being able to order just a good slice of pizza without having to buy a whole one. The pepperoni slice was about $2.99 each. The service was friendly and the pizza hit the spot. The crust reminds me of the old school Pizza Hut crust with that crunch...yum. before I get to the food, customer service in the staff behind the counter, the kindness hard-working staff I've seen in a long time if something's not right they are so quick to fix it for you before you leave their food. If I could, I would give this place a 3.5 that seem to be a more reasonable rating. In comparison to my go-to "Olympic pizza," which is located not too far from Pizzadoros, they had captured my heart when they initially opened. But as a repeated customer, the quality has drastically declined. Pizza can occasionally have off-putting flavor as it can be very greasy, and cheese flavor is not always consistent. One thing I will praise is they have one of the best crusts around. They also offer a good garden salad, and I really enjoy the balsamic dressing that comes with it. We stopped in for a quick bite. We choose the Italian. It was good, especially the bread. I thought the hots would be those little red pepper pieces, but they were banana peppers. When they are on time, the food can be good. But too often the food will arrive 30-40 (or more) minutes after the latest provided delivery time. The food will be lukewarm or cold. Mistakes happen, but the most infuriating aspect of this is that the drivers will not make any attempt to apologize for the lateness. I once called during one of these delays and was told how busy they were. Note, they didn't apologize for it or make any attempt to assure me they cared about my business. Their attitude is a matter of fact one assuming you will continue to order and that there is no reason for them to apologize for delivering a pizza 90-120 minutes after you ordered because you're not important. You'll just keep calling them peasant. Well no more. If you cannot respect me enough to treat me with the bare minimum of kindness, I can find another pizza shop. read more

Disappointed at what just got delivered. I order a Caesar salad and a large thin crust pizza with mushrooms. Pretty basic order. Pizza is almost inedible, Uber got here early and we didn't see the notification so thin crust sitting outside for 15 minutes ek that might be our fault! Either way it's extremely greasy and oily the flop is serious. Also the salad is laughable, i immediately put some Parmesan cheese on top because clearly it had none and the lettuce looks old. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing? Thin crust probably won't travel well but it shouldn't be on the menu if it can't be done properly for delivery. I am very disappointed with my most recent visit to Pizzadoro. This afternoon my elderly mother called to place a large order for lunch. When she got off the phone she told me that the man on the other end was extremely rude with her and that this wasn't the first time. I initially thought nothing of her comments until my elderly father came home with our order and said they were extremely rude to him and accused him of submitting an expired coupon. I know this was not right because I had written down the rewards code for my father. My father stated that the worker at Pizzadoro was very confrontational about it and rude. When I later called Pizzadoro to bring it to their attention someone named Jimmy said "well we were busy". I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be treated rudely just because they are busy. The workers name was Jimmy. read more

BEST BLT EVER! this place just like every other seems to have its ups and downs but their bacon is amazing! Been going to Pizzadoro for many years and i really appreciate this local spot because they are not average, they try hard and go above average but of course are not perfect. Anyway, they have the best bacon i've ever had and they know how to cook it thoroughly, it never comes out fatty, stringy or undercooked. They are masters at making an amazing BLT sub! Its almost impossible to find good bacon, so many places serve white strips of chewy fat and call it bacon, i mean 75% of sub shops give you garbage bacon but pizzadoro serves delicious, high quality bacon and they cook it to perfection. They are the best after years of searching. Also... chicken parm pizza is awesome and they have super delicious homemade chocolate chunk cookies. Local sub shop that goes above and beyond your average corner pizza shop. In closing my driving point is: this is literally the only place i will order a BLT because every single other place i've tried has mediocre to crappy bacon, it seems to be a sub shops achilles heel. I have been going here for years and this is hands down one of the best pizzia's I have had in the United States. Decently thick breading topped with plenty of sauce and a perfectly cooked cheese. I prefer the pepperoni personally. But every pizzia I have ever order here has been great. read more

First of all let me just say that I absolutely LOVE the staff here. I have never had any issues with them as they are always nice. They crack jokes and over all are a pleasure to be around. They're like a big happy family. The sweet potato fries are AMAZING but some of the things are not as amazing. The Italian sub meat is not very great quality but still delicious. It's thinly sliced and they have good hots. The steak and cheeses aren't bad either but they can be dry depending on who makes it. I like to lightly toast my bread and that usually counteracts if the meat is dry (: Lastly the bakery items are okay but I do think they are a little bland. Maybe they need salt in it to counteract the sugar to help it taste sweet (I bake so that's my theory) Finally they might be a tad overpriced but they're also secluded on the line of dedham and hydepark. Either way, I would pay double the price for their sweet potato fries because they are just so good read more

I rarely ever venture this far out of the way in Dedham, but recently saw this place and saw the good reviews, so I thought I'd try it out. Pizzadoro's is a small shop located in somewhat of a "sketchy" area on the borders of Dedham and Hyde Park located on River Street. It looks sort of old and rusted from the outside, but surprisingly it's a thriving business that is new, modern and state of the art inside. Some people call me old fashioned, and other say I'm in with the times.... I think, I personally depend upon the situation. Certain things from the past are good to keep, and certain new things are also helpful to have. In this case, the wireless technology is a nice addition and something I think it useful and efficient. The newer furniture, large and open floor plan and huge bathrooms are well thought out, and even the sparkling kitchen looked great. From the counter you are able to see everything that is going on back there, so there is no way for their to be any unwanted sights. Clean and organized is how I'd describe both the kitchen and dining room. Decent menu with lots of options available other than pizza. Sandwiches, burgers, calzones, pastas, salads, soups, wraps, and even a children's menu. Lots of options in every section too. For such a small, local place.... they offer residents and workers a lot of options! Prices are affordable, and other than the lack of sufficient parking, I don't see any issues with this place whatsoever. They also seem to try to keep customers by accepting competitors coupons (the first pizza shop ever, that I've seen to do that...) and offering free Wifi (one in every few). For this area, hours are sufficient, Mon-Sat 11-9, Sun 11-8. 4 stars for Pizzadoro's. I would come back in the future. read more

This is our work lunch spot. It's not too far from our office. It is owned by and run by Greeks. So you could almost imagine what the Greek salad tastes like! :-) We became regulars here, us, and the UPS guy Kevin. They know us by our names. The place is big and clean, the kitchen is huge, they could play ball in there in their down time. Below is what I tried so far: Buffalo fingers dinner served with french fries and salad: A+ Greek Salad: HELLO!!! Turkey Club, served with french fries: B+ Falafel Sandwich: F Gyro Sandwich: C Pasta with Alfredo sauce and chicken: B+ steak tips served with french fires: B+ Meatball Sub: it was a little dry but good: C Steak Bomb with green peppers, mushrooms, and onions: A+ Chicken Cutlet: B+ And if your order is over $40 excluding drink, you'll get a free small cheese pizza. I've been here twice so far. The first time, I ordered a Burger and Fries. What I was expecting was a soggy bun over some low quality meat. Instead what I got compared more to a top of the line pub burger. It was served with tasty steak fries. More recently, I ordered a couple of slices of pizza. How do I describe this. The cheese wasn't oily (which means it's pure) and the tomato sauce was very tasty. When I asked the guy at the counter what was in it, he mentioned extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs. You can taste quality in every slice. During lunch and dinner, lines are going out the door - so they must be doing something good here. Good, quick and friendly service. This place is our go to delivery place when I visit my parents in Dedham. The pizza is delicious and doesn't taste like it is frozen or fake. I was told a good way to tell if a place is using good cheese is by how greasy the pizza is. If this is true then they are doing it right here because the pizza isn't greasy at all. I have also tried their burger which was surprisingly delicious and big. Their salads are also good with either chicken or steak on top. My husband ordered pizzadora tonight At 530., at 640 they weren't here so he called and they said they are on the way - at 7 still not here - I called and they girls first said oh i just called the driver and he's coming I said I'm sorry but it's been an hour and a half and i have 2 kids that are starving , she goes ok I have a discount it's going to be $24 I was like put the manager on. The manager said so sorry it's free blah blah- so at 710 my husband gets in the car to get McDonald's for the kids cuz it's still not here. Today I was obliged to go with an old staple from a sub shop in Hyde Park called Pizzadoro. I got the Angus Burger. I always do. A half pounder with cheese lettuce tomato pickles onions and mayonnaise on a sesame roll. It came with ridged wedge fries. The ridges made them extra crunchy without adding some mystery batter to fake it. Juicy and flavorful, it was the type of burger that you're compelled to compliment in between bites as you stare lovingly into it's center. OCD?
