I have never written a yelp review and I just came to write one because this place is so bad. Everytime I call there is a man who is probably the rudest man I've ever heard on the phone. We ordered from here last time and received mozzarella sticks with no cheese in them after an hour + delivery wait. I called and the manager was nice and said they would give us a $12 credit. So we decided to try them again tonight and after another hour wait, after we were given our mozzarella sticks for free and after our customary 20% tip, we got our food (from someone without a mask) and we got these mozz sticks that are half full and look like theyve been stepped on. Our sandwiches were all a mess to the point where we had to eat wraps with a fork and knife and completely wrong labels on them. I've done years of work in food service so I'm not one to complain but this is ridiculous, not worth it at all and I will definitely not be giving my business to them anymore. Being busy is no excuse for poor business. I hope instead of sneering at this review you can take the criticism and learn from it because you're food has the potential to be good. read more

I grew up eating Pizzadoros, I just never thought to write a yelp review. I love it here! Good food and good people. Never had an issue with them or their food. Always prompt, fresh, and correctly made. Living in RI now makes me crave their Greek salads or chicken parm pizza even more! It was actually my first stop when I came back to Boston for a weekend. It's slightly more pricey than other pizza shops in the area, but you certainly get what you pay for. Love it! Always will and always have! read more

Not very good. My dad usually gets us Pizzadoro's and the food is great for the most part. It's the delivery that's what's bad. We have had multiple wrong orders. Wether it be pick up or delivery. And yeah it may be a small mess up but this has happened MULTIPLE TIMES! I am starting to think that the young kid is to blame along with the quote unquote owner. Seriously. We have been going there for so long and almost every time they mess up our meal. And to add fuel to the fire, when we order another to get what they missed, it takes them NEARLY AN HOUR to deliver it. And we don't live far away. They don't need to help customers who are picking up or whatever first. They need to do who was next in line. I've worked down the street from Pizzadoros at a Jewelry studio for about 3 years now. They are a staple at my office as they are close, quick, a good price and most importantly, delicious. They have a lot of options for everyone. They are a fan favorite at my work for sure. Some of my favorites are the chicken cutlet sandwich, the Fallafel rollup, and the veggie pizza. But our all-time favorite at the office are the Wedge fries with their special chipotle aioli dipping sauce. No one can resist them! The staff is friendly, the store is very clean and our favorite delivery man Cassius is the nicest guy you'll talk to. I highly recommend. read more

My choice is generally a mixed greens salad with grilled chicken, which has perfectly spiced, moist chicken meat and a ton of pecans. The place gets crazy crowded around lunchtime, and sometimes the wait times can be long. My only disappointment was that I order a chix and spinach pizza and only 1/2 the pizza came like that and that was not how I thought I was ordering it same happened with the onion and pepper. The pizza isn't bad, but not the best in Dedham. However, they have the BEST subs in the area, hands down. The prices are decent for what you get and their ingredients are always fresh. I recommend their BLT sub, tuna melt sub, meatball sub, or steak and cheese sub. They also make ordering online pretty easy. read more

My go to place when ever I'm hungry, great subs, made a steak and cheese just the way I love it, reasonable prices, and the chicken caesar wrap was great, their pizza's are different then most you eat, but taste great, with a nice crunchy crust. When it is getting late and we are getting hungry, Pizzadoro's is our go to shop. We are a fan of their chicken caesar wraps. They also have really good chicken fingers. They also offer a lot of good sides. They have tasty rice and steamed broccoli, which is not something you would expect from a pizza shop. I love their onion rings, and fresh potato chips. I will try to give them another chance. My buffalo chicken wrap was cold (expected hot, don't know if that's their standard) and it was more of a spicy blue cheese dressing than buffalo sauce. Also parking was really tricky with a full lot and two auto body shops on both sides. Service was not good, not rude, just not friendly in the slightest. The lay cashier moved like she didn't want to be there, and the people on the line (the cooks) seemed pretty unhappy to be there. The food is "ok" at best. The problem I have with this restaurant is this: I ordered a sub and appetizer for delivery, and it took 1-1/2 hours before it hit my doorstep. I called to complain (which honestly, I never do) and the person I spoke with said, "how long did we tell you?" My response was, you didn't, but an hour and a half is ridiculous. He stated, "well if we didn't tell you then there's nothing I can do." Needless to say, I turned the delivery driver away. I'm not paying for food that was cooked an hour and a half ago. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, which I've had before and it was very good. Picked up and took back to work. When I opened it, buffalo sauce went everywhere on my desk. The wrap itself looked like it was folded over once and the one end that they tried to wrap up looked like it had a bite taken out of it. Very little inside of the "wrap", nearly impossible to eat. This has been our go-to place for pizza takeout for years now. We've gotten food there about once every two weeks for a long, long time. I have never been a bit disappointed. The pizza is great, especially the crust, which is extra tasty. Usually with pizza crust gets left behind, but never this pizza! We often also get the steak tips, and they are unfailingly delicious. We always order on-line, and the food is always ready at the time stated. The sides we've tried have all been great---lots of kinds of fries, a side salad (which is rare to get as an option for a side), onion rings---all tasty! I like it that this isn't a big chain. I wish they still had their fried seafood dishes, which was wonderful. All in all, a great choice for your takeout needs. The kids are always thrilled when we say it's a Pizzadoros night. read more

Pizzadoros is not excellent but it isn't bad by any means. The pizza is good, it's my fiancé's favorite; as far as what's available in this immediate area. They cook the pizza in a pan so it has nice crunchy crust. Sometimes it can be a bit greasy but what pizza isn't? Their buffalo tenders are mediocre. They use big chicken tenders that, for some reason, are kind of dry and sometimes have gristley pieces. The blue cheese they give you is straight up salad dressing- not the chunky blue cheese that you usually get with buffalo wings/tenders. The subs are, indeed, good. Italian and steak bomb are as good as it gets. The staff are always nice, I have heard horror stories about this place screwing up orders and not listening when customers have special requests. I can't comment on that since I've never asked for any variations in what I order. I love to support local businesses which is a big plus. And this place sometimes sends out coupons (which are usually good) in the mail or by email. Additionally, if you sign up and order online you get 10% off your first order!
