Ordered online from their website and we received order confirmation email but after 1 hour of food not being delivered I called and they said they didn't receive any order and asked what company I ordered online from, then when I said they're website they asked me again because apparently they have no idea what online ordering company they use. He said he would call me back and never did so I called again 20 minutes later and they said they didn't receive an order so it's not their fault and I'd have to figure it out with the online ordering company. It was good pizza, fried mushrooms, and salad. Their website didn't seem to work but thankfully, you could order delivery via Yelp. Came within 40 minutes, which is really quick for our area. The marinara sauce that came w/ the fried mushrooms was, for me, an odd consistency (really watery with pretty big chunks of tomato) but the pizza was filled w/ toppings and had a nice, crunchy crust. Greek salad was full of fresh veggies and the pita bread that came w/ it was surprisingly soft and chewy. The online menu was a little frustrating because the heading said Pizza and Calzones but there was no clear, obvious way to order a calzone. All in all, it wasn't the best place ever, but especially for the quick delivery, I'd probably order it again. read more

Some jerkwads from California without doing any research of their own were posting bad reviews, when they never eaten there. Follow the guidelines. Ordered the garden vegetable pizza which was abundantly filled with toppings. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't quite satisfy us as it tasted bland. We added red pepper flakes and ranch sauce to up the flavor of this pizza. I'll go back and order another specialty to give it another chance. read more

Got The Godfather pizza (small), 8 piece wings, onion rings, chicken and broccoli ziti in Alfredo sauce for three people and it was a good amount of food. Loved the balance between meat and veggies on the pizza. The crust was thin and crunchy, and the pizza itself was on the thin side with regards to the dough, which is how I prefer my pizzas. There's a hint of cheese jn the Alfredo but it wasn't too heavy, and there was a decent amount of grilled chicken in there. The wings were crunchy on the outside and juicy inside. Onion rings were fried really well, the breading didn't fall apart as you bite into them. Overall, the food was pretty great. read more

This is literally the WORST place for food. I ordered a pizza awhile ago and it was like a cracker with flavorless tomato sauce and cheese. Last night I ordered a steak and cheese sub. At first glance I thought it was not the same order cause I couldn't see any steak. I then opened the sub and underneath the iceburg lettuce and large pieces of onion was about two Tablespoons of shaved steak on the sub. I noticed this place each time I drive down Washington Street in West Roxbury - it's distinctive because of the nice looking storefront and interior. They also stand out because of the unusual delivery vehicles that are often parked out front -- an old-school Hummer H1 often sits right next to a tiny logo'd motorized cart type thing (similar to those enclosed mini vehicles that parking enforcement people use). The interior is very nice and when I was waiting for an order the only magazine around was a yacht/powerboating mag. That stuff and the H1 parked out front almost make it seem like the business is either a labor of love or maybe even a side business for someone with other resources besides a small pizza shop. One day I stopped on a whim and ordered a take-out pizza - a large "Garlito's Way" with garlic sauce and mozzarella cheese. It was freaking huge -- 21 inches according to the takeout menu I grabbed. Tasty as well. Three stars because I've only ordered once and because the website is quite possibly the worst restaurant website I've ever seen. It looks like it's outsourced to an order taking site and you can't even get through to look at a menu without first entering a phone number and then getting through a nosy registration screen. I am a Sophomore at Boston College originally from North Carolina. Let me tell you in my 2 years at BC, I have never been to an establishment close to as amazing as this place is. This place has everything you can ask for. The owners are the nicest people I've ever met (Including all the southern hospitality from NC), the food is hands down 11/10, never had pizza this good in my life. All the ingredients are fresh, the dough and sauce is all made in house. You can taste the difference in your first bite. Words won't do justice to how amazing this place is. Not to mention of how warm the place feels. When I walked in I felt like I was at home, this place has everything you could want. My personal favorite was seeing a line of nutcrackers across the front window. The owners are great, great attitude, great food, great atmosphere. I'm sorry, but if you want the perfect place to go on a date, bring your family, hang out with friends, or grab a bite to eat, this is the place to go! To keep this in perspective, I am in the middle of taking finals exams and I went out of my way to write this review because this place is THAT good. Make your way over here, you won't be sorry. Was a big surprise!! Walk into this rather tratoria, boutique pizza place called Target Pizza. On a busy corner. Next to some ho-hum shops, Target was classy. Intimate. Nice chairs, a small fireplace, exceptional sepia photographs from old Lebanon, Beirut I assume. Cascading olives and bushels of nuts. The owner, tall Lebanese guy with startling blue eyes, instantly served an espresso to the two of us. Quite a touch. He then took from the oven round, big, fluffy loaves of just-made Syrian break aka/Pita Bread and tore hunks off for us to taste. He suggested a Zahtar pizza! Incredible! Zahtar is THE classic Middle Est spice seldom if ever made into a hot, on the spot pizza! Couldn't believe it. Then he brought out a dish of fresh, tangy Labeneh (thickened yogurt) running with pure olive oil. Threw on a few rich, black and purple olives gave us more bread and the pizza hadn't even come out of the oven yet. This was a cultural experience...done with class and grace. Updated 12/26/17 We used to live coming here. As of late the pizza just doesn't taste the same. The quality doesn't seem as good and the ingredients just don't taste as fresh. I just got a menu with a notice of new management. Not sure what they're doing different but it's not as good as it used to be. We love the pizza at this place. It's our new favorite. The ingredients are so fresh and the owners are very nice. Our pizza is usually ready within 25 minutes and it's worth the wait. Only thing for the owners is that it would be great if you dusted the front window space. It gives the place a rundown look. When my husband and I first moved to the area the summer of last year we noticed this new business opening called Target Pizza. We liked that the decor was really nice and it was new so we went there and ordered calzones. The calzones were very large for like $5 each and with toppings like $7, not bad. And the ingredients were fresh. The owner introduced himself and talked about being a small business owner with a new family. My husband and I were very pleased with the food, service and price. I'm not a fan of Greek style, spent too many late nights eating Dominoes in college and the local 'deep dish' is usually swimming in an extra few hundred calories a la grease flows. Target is different and just what I had been looking for since moving to Boston. The owner is super nice and after a couple orders remembers your name and what you usually order. They are also one of the only places around with an X-Large size - reminiscent of a real NY pie. The crust is thin without being crispy and the veggies are always fresh. Cons: Size options -- 14 inches is too small for my family and 21 is huge. Pros: 21 inches of delicious pizza makes up for the fact that it's an absurdly large pizza. I did line that it was thin crust, the pizza was crispy firing every bite. Typically thin crust can get soft, but this wasn't. The sandwich was excellent. Good flavor, large size and crispy chicken. Target Pizza is a family run pizza joint that always takes me to my happy place when I'm in the mood for some good pizza. If anyone reading this is like me, I'm not the biggest fan of super greasy pizza or of a pie that overdoes it with bread, Target does neither of those things. I generally like to get their specialty pizzas and I've never been disappointed in their selection. One of the things that really blew me away was how fast and friendly the staff is at Target. The owner is almost always there and will great you personally when you walk in. He even remembers your name (if you go in enough times!) and starts up a friendly conversation with you if you are waiting for your order. Pizza's are ready around 20-25mins, which is pretty good, and the crispy thin crust doesn't ovestuff you after only a couple of slices. I generally go with the 18'' of any specialty pizza and it's enough for 3 grown adults with some slices to spare in some cases. Depending on the type of toppings you want/like on your pizza, you will have to decide for yourself what kind you want to order. I would give you a personal opinion on what to order but I order based on my mood that day. Since I've had all of their specialty pizza, I can honestly say that you really can't go wrong with any of the choices they have to offer and just pick what fits your needs for that given day! I also can't give any advice on any other thing on the menu because I'm normally fine with just ordering a pizza. I've heard that some of the other things on the menu are stellar but I'll let you review some of the other Yelper's opinions on those items.
