The first time they made a set of bifocals that did not even work properly. They went unused and I ended up going to America's Best to get my glasses. Fast forward to this job and new insurance that uses this company. The same Tinley Park store. The doctor stated my distance did not change much and I do not really need distance glasses. I said yeah, I am here for glasses to use while at the desk using a computer. This appt was 6/29/2024. Fast forward until today- 1 month later and what did I receive but distance glasses. Talking to the lady at the desk was like talking to a script. We can reschedule you to have your eyes re-reviewed. Did you not do a comprehensive test to show what my script would be for reading glasses? Well, she doesn't know she can't look it up and tell. She wanted me to take the glasses with me. Why am I taking glasses with me that is not the correct product? Answer- so that doctor can see them when you come back. I asked again, why would I take a pair of glasses with me if I cannot use them? You did not call me to come pick them up; put them back and hold them until I come back. The worst customer service- so now I had to reschedule for another week - later in the afternoon so that this process can take what? Another month. I want my money back.
