Not long ago someone from Shelle Optical called and was loud on the phone asking me why i did the post and why i didnt call them ,Truth is after i was there several times and they didnt listen then why would they now. Spending 1300.00 dollars and no good results is not good business and so this person i told her she could have the glasses and i want a refund since we do have laws that you cant do this to people . I went there so i could see letters and numbers not the TV . This person said she had to speak to her manager and it would be about a week , i gave her over a month and this is why i say opinions my vary but i follow my gut . there is more

I have been wearing contacts for 30 years, and this is by far the best prescription I have ever gotten. I also got glasses. They have a great selection and the staff is really knowledgeable.
