Their door says "walk ins welcome" I not only tried to walk in 2 times (each time was told no we don't Have room or time to see you...even though there was only 1 person in the entire place that was a patient). Then I made an appt and was there 8 min past the time and they said dr left right at my appt time (no phone call). I don't understand how they can say walk ins welcome when they have only 1 dr and he randomly leaves if no one is scheduled and even if someone is scheduled. I understand being on time is my obligation, but there was zero customer service and they couldn't even reschedule me for soon that day. They need to take down the sign that says walk ins welcome it's completely misleading. The prices of lenses seems average but that's all I was able to determine. Took money elsewhere and will never go back. They don't treat people with respect.

Then we discussed glasses options and made a selection. When I got my glasses they were the best I have had in years. There was a slight problem with glancing to the left. After a few days I called Dr. Kwok and told her about it. She knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem. Now my glasses are perfect!

I was asked to sit in the waiting room where another disheveled woman called me in ... her shirt was incredibly wrinkly, her hair was a mess like she just rolled out of bed. While she was starting the exam I asked "are you the doctor" she said "yes" I was a bit taken aback. She didnt ask me why I was there, didn't ask if I was in for anything in particular and didn't even introduce herself. She finished and literally sent me to the waiting room. Didn't go over results, didn't tell me if my prescription had changed ... didn't ask me about my needs. Which until this moment I forgot I wanted to talk to her about allergies and eye drops. Another gal called me back to the lobby. She just went right into what my insurance covered and that was it. I had to ask her opinion on the frames I chose, I had to ask her what I was being charged for as they were insanely expensive ... not what the commercials advertise at all. Again, I had to say to her "can you help me find a frame that will work with this prescription" I ended up buying one pair from them and bringing the prescription to Costco up the street where I had incredible one on one attention and bought two other pairs for the price of their one

So I wait. They were ordering frames so my son can try them on for his prescription sunglasses, we were told this would take three or four business days and it's been three weeks. No callback. I had an awesome experience at LensCrafters in Surprise!…read more About two months ago, I had an issue with the fishing wire on my semi-rimless glasses. I took them to another optical department for a repair, but they told me they didn't have the correct length of wire and had to rig the repair. Afterward, the frames never felt quite right. Today, I noticed the wire was actually hanging out from the top of my frame. I first stopped at another optical center in Surprise that I knew did repairs, but they told me they wouldn't repair frames that weren't purchased from their location. So I went to LensCrafters in Surprise -- and what a difference! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, welcoming, and completely confident that they could fix my glasses. Keep in mind, this was only about an hour and a half before closing. Ricardo told me, "I'll take care of your glasses. Just give me about an hour." I ran a few errands, and before long I received a call saying my glasses were ready. When I returned, Ricardo explained that he had straightened the frames and installed all-new wire. I put them on, and they felt fantastic -- comfortable, straight, and sitting perfectly on my face. I asked what I owed them, and they wouldn't accept payment. I was told it's LensCrafters' policy to provide these types of repairs at no charge. The confidence, friendliness, and willingness to help really impressed me. Awesome job, Ricardo and the entire LensCrafters team! You earned a very happy customer!
