My long-term optometrist, Dr. Shazia Karim, is excellent. She explains everything happening now and what to expect in the future, only recommending treatments or prescriptions when absolutely necessary. Afterward, Shaye in the frame department was incredibly helpful. I had selected 5 or 6 frames on the MyEyeDr website beforehand. Shaye tracked them down, checked their availability, and looked up the exact pricing for each one. This was by far my best visit, and I credit the MyEyeDr website for enabling me to do a little prep work myslef. Shopping for glasses is usually my least favorite chore, Shaye, along with some casual conversation made the entire process easy and pleasant. I can highly recommend MyEyeDr, Dr. Karim, Shay and the entire staff. I trust MyEyeDr to ensure I receive the best fit, secure the best price that I am comfortable they will manage all that needs to be done to ensure I get proper use of my insurance benefits. DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES HERE…read more Although the eye doctors associated with this particular Pearle Vision are excellent, I highly suggest you take your prescription and go elsewhere to purchase your actual glasses and/or contacts. I previously had purchased my glasses from this Pearle Vision so when I got my eyes examined I went over to the shop to purchases my glasses. For 2 pairs of glasses it was going to be $900. This was for one pair of no line bifocals and one pair of reader glasses. Oh but wait, there's more. I also wanted to change out the lenses in my Maui Jim prescription sunglasses to match my new prescription. $750 just for the lenses and use my current frames. I went ahead and ordered the Maui lenses but decided to shop around for glasses. I happened into Costco that day and did you know they have an eye glass area? I didn't until that day. I got one pair of no line bifocals and one pair of reading glasses for $312. So basically 1/3 of what I would have paid. They don't do the Maui lenses so I was stuck with Perle Vision. Two weeks after I order the Maui lenses I call and ask if they're ready, nope. A month goes by, I call again, are they in yet, nope. This was on May 15th. Every time I get in the car I think, I sure wish I had my sunglasses. Today, June 7th, I call again and the sunglasses are there and they tell me they've been there for over a month! What? They said they had called and left a voicemail on May 3rd and May 28th. No they certainly did not as I have had 2 voicemails on my phone since April 26th and neither was them. I also have their number in my contacts and have had no missed calls from them. So I go to get my glasses and I speak to the manager who is evidently the owner of that store. She's pretty much like, oh well. Then I ask for the name of the district manager and she says she's is the DM and there's no one above her. She ended up giving me $50 off so they only cost me $700 for lenses with a lot of inconvenience. That is the absolute last time they will receive any money from me, ever!

We waited an hour before walking out and never being seen. That was after watching another family that had been there before our appointment walkout after not being seen. I do not know if it's the scheduling or if they allow walk-Ins with appointments as well. But I will never visit this office again. It's to congested and has little to no seating at all, some people were sitting on the steps. Had we decided to stay it would have been a 3 hr appt! TOPS! They do not have you fill out paper work or send insurance documentation before appt so that also is time consuming. They did have a clean restroom and that is why I gave them two stars.
