This was the first eye exam that was done with natural lighting. When I was finally able to pick up…read moremy trial pair of contacts, I wore them for about a week and told them I couldn't see the letters on my computer clearly. Now, it did take me some months to pick up my contacts because I travel for work. When I let them know about the issue with my contacts, they wanted my primary insurance information and stated I needed a new exam because my eyesight could have changed in 4 months. Why is that? We are told to go yearly, and I have never heard of someone's eyesight changing that drastically in 4 months. Not to mention, I can see the lettering on my monitors just fine with the glasses that I have had for two years. I did purchase the contacts, but I'm not sure I'll ever use them. I'll wait until the beginning of the year when my benefits start over and get a new exam from another place. This time I won't choose the place based on convenience. Also, it's funny with every other call, they left a voicemail to tell me my trial contacts were in and left reminder voicemails when they would call. I called today to see if my contacts were in, and they have been there since November 10th. I received no call and no voicemail.
