I contacted the office multiple times seeking assistance and clarification about services and coverage. During each call, I remained polite and respectful. Unfortunately, the tone and manner in which I was spoken to felt dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I did not receive clear guidance despite calling several times, and the conversations felt focused only on payment rather than patient care and understanding. As a Medicaid patient, I left these interactions feeling judged and unwelcome. This experience was deeply upsetting and made me feel discouraged about seeking care through your location. No patient should feel uncomfortable or ashamed when trying to access medical services. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed. So I ended up getting $400 frames for $350 instead of $300 for $350 as it was originally. In the end they made it right but lying to me about the lenses from the frames which became discontinued, not fitting into the Gen 2 was confirmed to be a lie. In the end it saved me $50 but cost me a months use. Lenses are like rentals. I lost a months life on them as they sat on a self.
