Entrance off of 42nd St between 7/8th. Go downstairs and you're in a mini-Target, with a reasonable selection of items given they aren't a full-sized Target, and good for tourists and locals alike for the basics if you forgot anything. Cheaper than the CVS/Walgreens in the area. Definitely a better place to grab a pack of soda cheaper than anywhere else in Times Square.

Very convenient to have a Target located right in the Times Square area but it can get crowded. Selection of products vary by area but okay overall.

I am surprised to see Target in the middle of Times Square. I think it is great to have a bit of affordable shopping in a tourist belt. The place is quite small and you need to get down either the stairs or escalators to get inside. Elevator is available too. My friend wanted to get Theraflu and it was locked in a glass cabinet. You would need to get the staff's assistance for that. Good place to get last minute cheap clothings or necessities or snacks and grocery.

Target in Times Square is the same as any other Target except for the neon glitter and dancing dog. I was in a hurry and wanted to save my phone battery for my friend's visit so I didn't take a lot of photos. I did get this photo of the outside. I've been ordering online because the typical store is limited in their merchandise variety. This store is full of great merchandise. Regarding ordering online I have a new set of sheets coming via UPS this Friday. Whether I shop in store or online I'm a fan of Target! This location is a tourist attraction. Visit when you have time to kill and intend to make a purchase. You won't be disappointed.

I love going to target. I'm glad this one is closer to my house. The check out area is a little confusing. The board game section is lacking. They lost a star because they have more self check out stations. I'd rather wait on a line and have someone help me. I've seen bigger and better targets, this one is just a glow up of lights because of the area. I only come here whenever I have to do a pick up and not in store shopping. They have in store wifi in case you use your target app to shop. I tried to connect using my service internet and it didn't work.

Well stocked, convenient and no line to check out. Great selection of everything you need, plenty of snacks, cleaning supplies, clothes, medicine... Very friendly employee helped me find my candy too. Pretty mosaic tiles on the walls along the escalators give you something to look at as you head to the sub level shop.

Lots of check out counters (small entrance to them can get congested)

Pretty decent City-Target (like a pigeon is a "city-chicken) Dig the dog neon and the Times Square wall upon entrance, dig the big elevators, dig the new, clean, free flowing vibe, good stock just needs nerd gummy clusters!! (Nudge nudge wink wink)

This is a brand new Target location and the facade is very bright and colorful. Upon entering, you will see elevators and escalators, leading down to the Target store. This store is all on one level and has, pretty much, everything you will need. That includes a pharmacy. As my pictures will show, you will find items from produce to women's apparel. The store is very clean and the aisles are clearly marked. I noticed a lot of Target employees, addressing price tags, stocking shelves, and/or maintaining the store in order. There are ALOT of self checkout stations, but just a very few cashier assisted stations. This store will make it very convenient for tourists, and locals, to purchase needed items, within the heart of Times Square.

This Target is located in Times Square. H and I came here to grab some drinks and some snacks. We didn't want to spend too much at a cafe shop or elsewhere so Target was perfect. Target was not that busy when we showed up and that was around 9 pm. They are probably much busier during the day time. The store outside was so eye catching. It has many big bulleyes/target logos and the giant Target dog on a big screen. I couldn't resist but to take a photo of the screen. Anyway, they have almost everything you expect to find at Target. It is not that big compared to other Target locations but that is probably because of its location and the size of its store. You will find, clothing to everyday household items like toothpaste to drinks and produce. It is very clean inside and nicely organized. Definitely a good place to shop.

I contacted customer service and sent photos to which they responded, "It must be moisture, that's why it's rusting." My guests, who are not frequent, put their shoes in the cubbyhole. They certainly do NOT put soaking WET shoes for days in the SAME CUBBYHOLE to make it rust this way. Otherwise, this is where I store my cookbooks. They offered me an outsourced furniture service to 'fix' the issue AT MY COST. The fact that they won't listen to me, or admit this is a faulty piece of furniture, and help me replace it is mind-boggling. For over $700 and Less than a YEAR in my home, NOT EXPOSED CONSTANTLY to WET SHOES makes ZERO sense why this is happening. And instead of being of assistance to keep me as a customer who has spent over $3.5k at this store, it is just sad and VERY BAD service. One would have to keep a wet rag in place for this to have happened in this amount of time.

Three months passed after the day of purchase at this point I'm past the return policy. I threw my receipt away because I wasn't foreseeing any problems I was gonna encounter with this gorgeous blanket. After owning this blanket for three months I decided to wash it. I read the directions it clearly stated wash warm and dry warm which is what I did at the laundry mate. What happened nexts the blanket had burnt patches all over the place. So the nexts question is what do I do just deal with it it only cost me a 140 dollars, or do I take it back and have them exchange it or refund me due to a defected product I was sold? I explained the whole situation to them they appeared to understand my situation. The cashier did try to see if they had another one in stock they didn't he was gonna swap it out. But because they had no more blankets left in store they basically told me I was screwed and there wasn't anything they could do for me. I asked if this blanket could be ordered online they said yes. Because I didn't have proof of purchased they couldn't give me a store credit. I spoke to an operator before heading over. The operator said they could look up my receipt with the card I used to for payment. I did exactly this and it didn't work because I was informed after 30 days they delete all past transactions wtf? If I didn't push and threaten to protest to not leave the store until someone compensate me the staff/management would have screwed me over. 20 minutes later they finally decided to give me a store credit. I got no apologies nothing I left the store feeling like I wasn't a valued client. This is ok I'll just park my money somewhere else!

In recent years they've tried to change that opinion and have some decent things now. Which brings us to my issue - I ordered an entryway console and paid the extra shipping fee because it was a heavy item. The next level of service is a white glove service where the unpack, build and place your item. I didn't need that since UPS brings packages to your apt door and I could take it from there. This package was shipped with William Sonomas service - no tracking, no nothing. They dropped an 80lb box that was almost 4' long and awkward a step inside my apartment building lobby. No doorbell ring, no nothing. This thing was impossible to move without assistance. So they're still a terrible company with questionable quality pieces, but now their service sucks also.

Great location. Pretty housewares, merchandised beautifully…read more Based on my limited experience (I've stopped in ~3 times over the past quarter), getting things done around here requires interacting with the (seemingly capable) store staff, but there are too many shoppers and insufficient employees on the floor to help. I've been increasingly desperately in need of replacing my ~20-year old silverware that I think I purchased from a Bed Bath & Beyond for maybe $20. As it turns out, there's a pretty massive range of cutlery sets on the market, and I felt inclined to see and touch several options before making a purchase, especially if I'm going to drop substantially more than $20 on a replacement. This Crate & Barrel definitely doesn't lack for choice, but my transaction wasn't nearly as simple as picking out a box of new forks and knives. On my first visit, I narrowed down my selection based on aesthetics and material. I learned that I don't love textured metals, and I mildly prefer satin finishes over mirrored ones. I also discovered how massive a range in pricing there is between entry level cutlery and the high end brands. After reading several online reviews, I also determined that I wanted to purchase 18/10 steel for its durability. After all that, I'd figured out that C&B's Aero line (which seems to be a rebranded Cutipol product) might fit the bill, but I wasn't thrilled about the two-tone version they had on display. According to their website, they carry an all-metal version in store, and one of the employees was able to confirm it was in stock in the backroom, however, I had somewhere else to rush off to and decided to come back another time. On my second visit, I bee-lined it to the silverware section and waited to hunt down an employee who could help me obtain a set of the all-metal Aero cutlery. 10-15 minutes later, I finally got to handle a sample. This shit isn't cheap. I wasn't quite prepared to drop several hundred bucks on new silverware, but the store associate came up with the most brilliant idea: after confirming that there was no discount for purchasing multiple sets at once, she suggested I just buy one set to try out for awhile. That way, if I hated it, I wouldn't be out the full shebang. Genius, truly. Several weeks later, generally satisfied with the tester set, I returned for an additional three to round out my cutlery collection. It's a good thing I waited, too, because somewhere during the intervening time, they went on holiday sale for 20% off. My frugal inner Asian granny delights in a discount! Again, I had to wait around for a (harried) store employee to use their magical mobile app powers to summon a minion from the backroom for the ever-elusive non-displayed silverware and was -- eventually -- rewarded for my patience with a trio of shiny (more affordable!) utensil sets! All told, C&B offers a wide range of products. If what you're seeking isn't on display, there's a non-zero chance they might have more hidden away behind the scenes, so ask for help. And before arrival, be sure to gird your loins for a wait, because I've yet to encounter a scenario where there's an overabundance of staff standing around ready to assist.
