Went to Target on Saturday 4/6/20. Was shocked to see they are not caring for their workers or practicing social distancing. I noticed not a single employee was given a mask and asked our cashier who was less than 3 ft away. She said management doesn't provide them! They've cleaned it up, but it's more sparse (in terms of seating), and there's nothing leisurely about it. They were great for my zombie frappuccino. It had a delicious, haunting caramel apple flavor. As for the Target itself, I found what I needed, so I was able to take care of it in one trip. I got some apple cider donut coffee on sale, along with skin care products. The North Napa Target is superior when it comes to keeping things in stock, and tends to be cleaner. The checkout line was kind of slow, so they promptly opened other registers. An OK place. read more

Staff isn't too friendly and the bathrooms are always super dirty. I drive the extra distance when I can to go to the Napa north location.

Target has really done a lot better over the last couple years. They have great employees who go out of their way to be helpful and to get to know you. Obviously it's a Target so it has the same basic stuff every other Target does and has comparable prices to Walmart but really we come here for the great employees. They aren't just nice to me but also my kids and they have gone out of their way to make my SUPER shy son comfortable and feel welcome. Don't even get me started about the in store Starbucks- THE BEST employees- every single one is a gem, not just doing the polite customer service gig but they go out of their way to get to know you too. Only under extreme duress would I ever go to another Starbucks. Even my extremely shy son (who hides when people look at him too long) feels comfortable walking up to the order line BY HIMSELF to talk to them. I really cannot emphasize enough how great these people are. Plus good coffee. read more

I was in Napa for vacation and needed a few things from Target, and this Target is big. It had many things and was very clean. The layout was good as well and I was able find what I was looking for easily. I also found other things I didn't need but bought too. Overall it was a very good Target. read more

Store is clean and most employees are friendly. Took away 1 star because employees speak Spanish to each other which is unprofessional and makes non speaking customers who overhear it feel unwelcome and awkward. Took away another star because my children and I do understand Spanish and I find it highly inappropriate to be hearing swear words (chingalo, etc) come out of their mouth as though nobody understands. Please bring some manners and professionalism back into your business. read more

Great store, good location and excellent staff- I never leave disappointed. This store carries a lot more variety than the one in N. Napa and you don't have to deal with the parking crisis either. Personnel is actually great, I'm honestly used to being ignored in most Targets and this one is the only one I've had them approach me and ask if I need help finding something, so it's a big deal. read more

The Mr & I apparently didn't pack very well when it came to our most recent staycation but luckily Target was within an easy walking distance from our B&B Grabbing essentials such as sunblock & sleepy shorts, we also found some Levis jeans that came in very handy on those cold mornings Didn't have quite everything we were searching for ( like camping chairs ) but the store layout was nice, there was a SBux inside & the crowds were laid back & nice as could be And that makes me a big fan! read more

We were on the search for a camera battery charger (because we stupidly left ours at home). We searched the electronics department for camera chargers but were unable to find the section. The first employee that tried to help us was unable to find the charger we were looking for so he grabbed another employee that was a little bit more familiar to help us. He found that the charger we needed was out of stock but that it showed that they had 2 in stock at their other location. Not only did he give us directions but he also called the Target to ensure they actually had the chargers there before we drove all the way to the other location. I can only guess that the shelves of this target and the one in North Napa are always so picked over because there really isn't anywhere else to shop in this town? Came in here looking for some socks, and a pair of slip on shoes for someone in a nursing home, and spent most of my time trying to find someone to help me... only to be told that they didn't have any more inventory in back... how can a store be that low on plain white athletic socks? I don't get it. Clean store, very dim lighting which is a little odd - but maybe they are just trying to save the planet. For the people who think this is the nicest target - you may want to go try any (all?) targets in larger areas. read more

I shop at this target store a lot and every time I go here and I mean every time, I go to buy the Almond/Chashew Protein Chocolate Milk and they are always always out of stock..... actually that whole section with the Almond Milks are never stocked!!! It's always next to empty!! It's soooooo ANNOYING!!! The last few times going there to get a few things I have needed I have not been able to get what I have gone there for!!! This store does not keep inventory stocks well at all! I have to go clear across town to either to the little target or to another store to get what I need!! I never have this problem when I go to Walmart, they always have what I want when I want it!!! Maybe I should take my business there entirely!!! read more

I've been to many Target's, however this one seems to have more merchandise than other Target's. Nice and friendly staff.

Service is okay but the website is incorrect. There was an item that had clearly stated "IN STOCK" but when I drove all the way over there was none to be seen. I wasted gas unfortunately. It was my fault as well for not calling in to check. Still, there is much product at this store. read more

The past 2 times I have been in this Target I had bad check out experiences. They have very long lines at self check and only 2 other registers open. I walked out the first time and ths time waited so long to check out. If this is a staff issue they need to fix it as I don't plan to come back. read more

I hadnt been to this Target in ages, I mean at least a year, as I live closer to the other Target in town. They have totally remodeled and it is really nice. The main thing is they added a large section for food. I found several items that either my regular places don't carry or were a better price. The store was nice and clean and well stocked. P.S. I wont mention the "garden center" as anyone who has read my reviews knows how I feel about those places....lol read more

I had a difficult time today trying to find more of the same brand and size curtains. I had to go to three different stores to get the set completed. At one target store I had them call this target to see if they had what I needed. After they physically checked they said they would hold them for me. However, when I arrived they had inadvertently been placed in the go back basket. The supervisor ( Sarah) was very apologetic and even offered to let me pick what I wanted at the in store Starbucks while I waited. Once they had rounded up what I needed she even threw in a five dollar target gift card as a way of showing their apology. Then the associate that rang up my order (Melinda) also went out of her way to see if she could find more of the curtains that I needed at a different store. In short, the customer service here is awesome! A big store that knows how to give the personalized touch. read more

The employees at this store are the most inept people I've ever had the mis pleasure to deal with. The day the sale paper came out I went to get an item I saw. Sorry, out of stock. Employee says they sold out 10 days ago ! It just went on sale today. She said go to Vacaville, they have 2 left. Asked for a rain check and she said we don't know if or when we will get any again. Huh ? She said we can deliver it to my home, okay I said. Oh sorry this item doesn't ship. Huh? Employee just stood there blank, glazed over look on her face. I just walked away. I like this Target better than the one on the Trancas. They have a great grocery section as well as the normal things you expect in a Target. I also like that I can grab a Starbucks before I start my shopping for the day. The store is very clean and the employees are always very nice. I utilize their coupons, Cartwheel (download on the app store), and red card and normally save anywhere from 5-20 dollars, depending on what I'm buying (and how much). They make it too easy to save money, that I spend more, which is great for my house, but not for my bank account ! read more

I wanted to return a T-shirt and shorts I had previously purchased at this location earlier this month but they were unable to look up my receipt and assist me. My original purchase was for $140. Target, you really need to meet me in the middle here....and I don't need Zeds' nor Marens' help. You folks just revamped your joint unnecessarily. It was fine with that layout and you went and missed the bullseye completely. I was there today, 05/28/2019 and had to pick up some items and such. Some shampoo, some slight groceries, very slight, some other things that apparently we can't live without says my wife. If she changed the litter as she should be doing, we wouldn't need the deodorizer but I know, I know. I goto pay for my items in the endless slew of red card potentials and am greeted with, "Sorry, we don't have any bags". Ok, I'm not severely overloaded, but more than enough to carry. I glance towards the gates to freedom and it looks like a mass exodus of theivery. People with all kinds of items vacating premesis like they owed it money. I wish someone had filmed it. Could have seriously trolled the news. Well, apparently just like every other targeteer, I was given the option of cart or carry. The good lord did not bless me with the longest of appendages nor the heighth to match thus I had to decline option B and go with said cart. I was also notified upon departure to return said cart as others would be needing these. Come to think of it, I could have sold that cart....oh well. I can see running out of bags, like, I was totally dorking around for the past month and bags completely slipped my mind. Or that my warehouse hasn't put two and two together and dropped me a carrier pigeon or something. Worse case scenario, I waltz my red team member behind down to Raleys, and with the biggest smile on my face, ask them kindly, "Would loan you us some bags"? I really like the fact that this Target is not only placed in a strip mall next to an Office Depot, Home Depot, Raleys, and many other stores. But also that they have re-modeled it to have a grocery store inside now. I like to go there for big shopping trips rather than somewhere like Raleys. I can get just the same groceries for usually around $15-30 less total. The only thing that I don't like about the groceries there, is the produce and breads. All the breads are packaged bread and the "fresh baked" breads are anything but. As for the produce, I constantly see browning or unripened produce. For those things, I go to elsewhere. Definitely convienent though, they have food, clothes, electronics, etc, all in one place. Very similar to Wal-Mart but much nicer inside. They have also recently added a Starbucks at the entrance of the store. read more

I already enjoyed buying household items, clothes and electronics from Target. But, now that they have fresh produce and everyday grocery items; it has made my quick dash to the store so much easier. We just moved to a location where the nearest grocery store is very expensive. Now all I do is pop over to Target and get everything I need right there! I love the new upgrade! read more
