This Target is terrible. It's huge, but ALWAYS out of stock in the grocery department. The goal of Target is "one and done" but I always have to go to Winco Or Safeway, because they are out of staples like milk, eggs, fruit, etc. (see photos). This Target is centrally located and the workers are fine, but I can't get everything I need. It's odd how the Beaverton Target is tiny, but is always fully stocked. I won't be back. Also no popcorn . read more

Hey, it's TARGET, so not like we haven't all been there and done that, huh? This is a nice Target store, but today( Sunday about 11:30), there could have been more checkers! And difficult to find prices in things in the shelves. read more

Management has no idea what they are doing. They are rude and unprofessional. The bathrooms are disgusting and rarely cleaned. Most of the time they tell cashiers to sign the paper saying they cleaned it even when they haven't. They treat their employees terribly. They harass employees who are unable to work longer than their scheduled time. Management does not file doctors notes, instead they throw them away without even looking at them and then proceed to coach the employee. If you are looking for a good place to work this is not it. Management has no respect for their employees. read more

This store literally has it all (almost everything, anyways)... I just have to leave a review for my favorite department store of all time. I've been shopping here religiously for as long as I can remember. I'm particularly a fan of the Mossimo clothing line and all of the clothes that Target carries. They consistently have new styles for each season and their clothes are inexpensive, and while not the BEST quality, you get what you pay for, plus some. Their tanks and shirts last a long time, and they have some really nice sun dresses and pants for work. Their home decor section has stepped it up a notch lately, and I can always find an employee easily if I ever need to find something. They have a great beauty section, as well as numerous Target brand products that I love. I could go on and on, but Target is my favorite store, hands down. read more

I think the store could work on its cleanliness. I think presentation is a major part of retail and appears to be a lost tradition. I dont think this was allowed during the 90's. As it stands right now, skid row appears to be located at the car carousel, immediately to the right of the entrance. Staff are great and always willing to help! read more

I got my first job here and absolutely love the staff I worked with. I wish there was more input on your schedule, but that may just have to do with difficulties I have as a teen balancing life and work before moving away. Overall really good experience though. People are happy, fun, outgoing, supportive and incredibly helpful. I had a bad day and ended up crying in the back and my boss let me in to a quiet room in the back and allowed me to have an extra break to process and recollect myself. It rarely felt like work and there were always laughs, support when needed, and a plethora of hugs. read more

Had a great experience yesterday with the customer service associate at the door. We walked in and I could not get my mask on fast enough. The associate was very understanding and kind. He even offered an extra mask in case I didn't have mine. read more

I needed to run over for a few things and that stopped at every aisle due to people unloading their inventory. Also has some of the persons loud voice over the radios. Not one person moved their cart. They were in every aisle and were talking about how ugly the clothes were they were hanging up. Why empty inventory in the day? Had to go around 5 aisles to be able to go down one then go back. Never coming here again. read more

Target - Department Stores Near Me - Hillsboro, Oregon

This is a great store you get so much of what you are looking for. Target can be over pricey at time but it will a 5 star. Target is the best store to get great holiday things and have a great store overall !! read more

Target is getting some cool things in store. I was disappointed by the lack of super bowl promotional things. My most memorable moment in target was last year. My son was using birthday money to buy a bike. The total was far less than what I expected. The checker was patronizing and didn't listen to my question. My husband and I looked at the receipt and they had charged us $24.99 for a $110.00 new bike. As great of a deal that was we just couldn't walk out the store knowing they under charged us. We went to customer service and pointed out the error. I had to ask if we could be rewarded for being honest and were told no. Not even 10% off as a thank you . They found out that one of their employees had mislabeled all the bikes. We didn't even get a thank you or acknowledgment that we caught their error and saved them from losing a lot of money. read more

Well, it's Target. If you haven't been to one, then you're missing out. The usual selection of clothes and household necessities, and a fair amount of food items too. The nice part is with most of these stores is that if more checkers are needed, they actually call some up. Amazing right? Anyway, shop on! read more

It's really unfortunate that this Target is closest to my house. Every time I have been here over the past few months, there are three things that consistently happen: 1. I encounter small group of employees badmouthing their coworkers and management. Not in the corner, not out of the way - in plain sight and plain hearing of everyone who comes near them. It makes for some very negative energy and is completely unprofessional. 2. Someone approaches me about the Cartwheel app. There is no internet service available inside the store. All the employees who have asked me about it say they know this, but say its stupid that they are required to ask anyway. 3. The checkout lines are ridiculously long because they never have enough cashiers, and there is always a manager watching the lines but doing nothing to help. My average time waiting in line is 10 to 15 minutes. While the store is usually clean, and they don't rearrange inventory that often, I dread coming here. Last week I drove an extra 20 minutes to get to the Hillsboro store and had an amazingly good experience. All the employees were friendly and helpful despite being busy. I think it is well worth the drive and that will be my new Target from now on. read more

Every employee at this store was awesome today!! The Joshs in electronics and the managers were helpful. Thank you from California!!!!

Good single-story Target in the Tanasbourne shopping center. Always clean and well stocked. Newly renovated customer service station. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a Starbucks. This Target still has the older snack area. I'm hoping it will be updated soon! Update: Yay!! This Target now has a Starbucks, and is in my opinion, perfect. Also of note, the grocery area is very nice with an expanded wine section, and they have also added a new section for the Hearth & Hand With Magnolia home decor line. read more

Not the greatest target ever but I was able to pick up a good floor fan, some pillows and some lamps. Their selection of pet/baby gates was poor. They have some items but really could use better variety and displays. Still it's close to Ross and a few other stores if you want to get all of your shopping done at once. read more

The bathroom was filthy, the toilet had overflowed and there was hair everywhere. It was reminiscent of my bathroom when my mom had cancer except with puddles of water. Their clothing and underwear section looked like a garment factory exploded. I'm a big girl, I found that even though they carry a plus size section, they don't carry bras in the equivalent sizes. Also, they used to carry super cute leggings with patterns, I guess they don't do that anymore. They wanted $28 for a nice pair of black leggings. I might as well go buy LuLaRoe leggings for that price. If the place was cleaner or staff friendlier you guys would have earned a couple more stars, but this place is crowded and gross. read more

I love this Target!!! I live within walking distance of the TV hwy Target but when needing to do the "stock up" shopping drive to this one!!! Worst target experiences ever!! Looking to purchase few iPad for my cousins and base on their policy only can sell 1 per person per day. I came in yesterday with group of 4 people. Matt B from electronic department refused my request for 4 iPads since we have 4 people. And he told me only 1 per household. But we have 4 people with 4 different last name and 4 different address. But Matt B still considering we are "1 household". After talk to store manager and problem fixed and we purchased 4 iPad with some "nice" attitude. And today I'm looking for just 1 more iPad mini and I got told from Matt B I can't purchase today since I purchased yesterday! Wtf is that policy? Be aware the "policy" to this store and specially if you are Asian. They don't give us any nice attitude at all! Will never ever stop by this store again! read more

I went in to buy a smart phone and I got "convinced" that I needed a tablet. The sales person was very knowledgeable and "took care of me" and after considerable time, I left the store with my new device with Verizon service. I was told I would get all my money back if I returned it withing 14 days. When I got home I read on the back page of my receipt that if I didn't return the phone in 3 days I would not get my activation fee back, so I took it back the next day. The sales person tried to convince me to keep it during the free trial period. I mentioned the activation fee and she said she had never seen that happen and not to worry about it. I told her I didn't feel good about that as it was in writing so I gave the tablet back. It took over an hour to convince her I did not want the device and then about 40 minutes to process the return and cancellation. So 5 days latter I am still getting emails from Verizon about my account, but of course I can't log in as I have cancelled. I was able to find out from their recording that I am past due $71, I finally got through to a Verizon rep who told me my bill had not been completed yet but I would owe for the one day's use and data usage. This is not what I was told. They tried to convince me to keep the phone for the two weeks telling me I would get a full refund if I brought it back. Am I glad I didn't give into the pressure. Shop at your own risk. read more

This Target has the latest prototype (2010 I think) the compney calls P-Fresh. (Prototype Fresh) so it has a expanded grocery to include most things you'll find in a typical grocery store minus the service departments like Bakery and Deli. The grocery deparment is much larger then their 2001 (what this store had before the remodel) and 2004 prototypes This store is bigger then the other Hillsboro location and offers a bit more merchisde. You still have the team members asking you over and over "can I help you find something" and you fell like strangling them and say its MAY i help you find something" but hey, its Target. They want to be hip all the time. read more

So up until recently I used to frequent this Target store pretty often. I understand it's going under a renovation, but really you're going to plop down a grocery section? I used to like how everything in this store was laid out nicely with big isles. But as of recently you can't even fit two people across in some of the isles. I've been to Target Superstores that have grocery sections and they're huge. The service while roaming the store is pretty good, but at the front end it's poor. It's sort of why I go at night when there's no excuse for crowds or kids. Today after going to the gym and needing to stop for ONE item, I found myself in line for more than 5 minutes because of the stupid Red Card application process of the person in front of me. The clerk at the front told me that her station was closing and that I needed to go to the next station. This was after I had been waiting behind someone in line (with a kid no less) for 5 minutes and had approached the register with the light on. I was a little annoyed. I will give the clerk a modicum credit for trying to send me to a less crowded register, but I was unfortunately sent to wait behind two people with several items after only having to wait behind one person who was almost done if it weren't for the stupid RED CARD application. I had one item in my hand. The sad part was that all the express lines were closed. It was noon-ish on a Tuesday. This Target is a little outdated compared to stores in other states. I wish there was a Portland area Target Greatland. Love those! Maybe we'll just have to wait to see if they plop one downtown. It would be a lot more convenient. read more

If I could give no stars I would! Margaret made me feel so embarrassed and less than. I asked a simple question and she completely snapped on me. I'm usually not one to complain or even post on these sorts of things but Margaret at Tanasbourne Target should be recognized for her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I know this might go ignored but I hope someone who has the power to do something sees this and takes action. Just because you're an elder, Margaret, gives you no right to treat others younger than you like COMPLETE SHIT. read more

This store is horrible. I had a receipt for the item and they still would not return item or do an exchange. The mangers should not be managers. Very rude and unprofessional read more

This rating is strictly because of inconsiderate employees. We have twin 11 month old girls. I took one to change her. I went to the family restroom and it was locked. So I waited. Out came an adult with no baby. Very inconsiderate. What made it worse is it was an employee. Ok, one bad employee. You can't judge a store on one person. As I was in the bathroom someone tried to get in. So I hurried thinking another parent needed to get in. I finished up, walked out and it's another employee waiting to get in. This meant when I came back with twin number two I had to wait again for another employee. That's pathetic that the employees here are so inconsiderate that they use the family restroom over walking 5 feet to the public restroom. We will not be back to this Target. read more

It's ALWAYS busy here, but my husband and I walk here all the time. The lines are usually long, but its Target, whats not to love?

I absolutely love this Target. When I lived in Hillsboro I used to frequently visit this target. I love the layout as it is all on one floor. The return policy is simple. I got the red card which gives me a 5% discount on my purchase. After my experience here, I have become a Target Loyalist. I have typically found everything I was looking for - clothes, accessories, cleaning supplies, etc. I love the smell of popcorn at the store, immediately relaxes me after a hectic day at work and crazy traffic. read more

I shop at Target. I like Target, but generally, I wouldn't give a 5 star review for a store of this type. So why the 5-star review? I was shopping here with my cousin, and she was carrying cash. She paid with a $50 and didn't realize until quite a while later that she had gotten change as if she had used a $20. We came back a couple of hours after this had happened. The manager went through the security video and checked the tills (very very quickly) and came back with the proper amount of change. We were so impressed with our experience with great customer service, that we both became life-long Target fans! read more

Went in for cough medicine and passed by the restroom on the way in. So incredibly, horribly dirty. I mean from the walls to the floors to the sinks. Only Months without proper cleaning can get things to that state. Great products but very dirty store :-( read more

This target is horrible, I will never shop here again. The store is always a disgraceful mess, the employees are always standing around, and they do their stocking during the day. Cardboard boxes, empty pallets, pallet jacks, and unwrapped packaging litter the isles. It has been common for me to not find simple everyday items because the shelves are not stocked. This is not a review based on one experience, I live down the street and go there often. I have literally never been in that place and not been shocked by how dumpy it is. read more

I really like this Target because it's convenient. However, they overcharged me (the list price and the scan price were different) by 30%. They were really rude when I brought it up to them and they tried to blame it on me. Please be careful and make sure that the price is the right one when you check out because they make it really difficult to refund the difference. Also, unlike Safeway, they do not have a policy where they give you the first item that they overcharged you for free. read more

The last couple of times I went to this Target, the sweetest young gal helped me at the customer service counter. I'm pretty sure her name is Emma (I hope I'm right!). BAIT & SWITCH The only reason this review gets two stars instead of one is the sincere effort by a manager whose initial is "N" trying all the nearby stores to get me the promised item. Target was still running the ad offering a $200 grill for $159, both on-line and in their store display, but the manager said, "Sorry, it's a discontinued item and none of the nearby stores have any. AND, you can't get a rain check." That, my friends, is the definition of BAIT AND SWITCH. It's the responsibility of Target to provide reasonable supplies to fulfill their promised deals, or at least offer a raincheck! I blame no one but Target Corporate for this blatant cheat. It'll be a cold 4th of July weekend before I venture back into one of their stores. I should've known better than to believe their ads anyway. http://www.target.com/p/char-broil-4-burner-gas-grill/-/A-14263674 read more

On June 1, 2018, I had the occasion to visit this store and check the Bridal Registry. I went to the counter for help. The sweetest young lady, Michele, was there to help me. I would give zero stars if I could. Went in to get my phone upgraded. She had zero idea how to do it, tried setting me up with a new phone plan instead, and texted the guy that works there usually to ask all the questions. She hit on my husband thinking we were siblings and when he walked away asked me for his contact information. I said we were married and she continued to say how that's crazy because we are so young. She then asked how old our son was and when she realized we had him as teenagers her eyes got huge and she said "wow! I won't say anything about that that's crazy." Okay? I didn't ask you to say anything about it fix my phone. She then continued to question us, asking what are jobs are, if we use financial aid for school, if we use food stamps, and this just continued for an hour. I would have left earlier except she ran my credit already and had already grabbed the new phone. At the end she realized she clicked create new line not trade in phone. She tried convincing us to stay and she'd do it right this time, but we left. First off it's ridiculous that someone that has worked there for a month is working alone. She has zero idea what to do. Second off it's horrible that she thought it was appropriate to say half of the comments that she did. I spoke to the supervisor something I've never done and all she said was "oh wow I'm sorry." So embarrassed by this whole thing. Update: she's been fired. Guess target realized after many many complaints how incompetent she was read more
