Good grief. They are so busy stocking at 11am you can hardly shop! It is so frustrating...the shelves are empty, there are boxes everywhere and complete disarray. Not a great way to present a store read more

Huge store with a lot going on! This is the Target I come to while visiting in town. If you're here after 10am and before 7pm on the weekends, this area is highly congested with shoppers. BUT, there is plenty of parking. This Target is large, clean, and busy! They also have a self check out section for those with a few items, and many cashiers available. It's just like another target with the same stocked items, but like I said, it's busy, but the store is always flowing. They are doing something right here. read more

I've used target drive up more times than going into the actual store in the past two years. It's an amazing service. This location cannot figure it out. The last 4 times, it has taken them 8 hours to fulfill my orders. When they say it'll take 3. You cannot call and talk to anyone either. Not great. read more

This Target isn't the best. When you check out, they don't have a screen that shows you the prices when they are scanned. They ALWAYS overcharge you. I seriously think it's a scam because they think people won't pay attention. This happens almost every time I go to this location. Go to self checkout of you can, or just go to another Target. read more

This Target is going downhill, especially the bathrooms. You can ALWAYS expect long lines, particularly for the self-checkout. Crowded with poor traffic flow, it's rarely a pleasant shopping experience. read more

The WORST PHARMACY. I wish I could give this place Negative STARS!!!! There's always a mixup or something going on and I can never pick up my prescription on time. AND EVERYONE IS FUCKING lazy as hell and dragging their feet. Unbelievable!!!! Don't come here unless you ABSOLUTELY have to. Changing Pharmacies after this last time. Just complete incompetent idiots. Beyond annoyed. I go in to pick up and they tell me to call and meanwhile they go on lunch and tell me to wait another 30 minutes . Why wouldn't you have it ready??? It was called in over an hour prior. Idiotic I tell you. An hour of my life wasted with these idiots. Seriously, please use your brains and do your damn jobs. read more

There is a terrible lady with awful dyed orange hair that is disrespectful and rude. I held a swimsuit up to me and she treated me like I was disgusting. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I usually love this target but she made my shopping experience unbelievably uncomfortable. I wouldn't hire her to work at my company if she was the last person on earth. read more

Ridiculous. The new rule they have is that they make you pay a fee for each bag you use to bag your stuff. I would've just put 0 when it asked for how many bags, but the attendant was literally standing over my shoulder. When I was debating whether or not to put 0, he whispered in my ear that I should tell the truth. That sounds to me like a threat. This target was already bad enough, what with all the clutter in the aisles, disgusting bathrooms, serious lack of shelf restocking, and employees who just burned the whole book on good customer service. And this new rule is just another reason to hate this place. Would give it negative stars if it was allowed. read more

This is a newer target, big with a nice grocery area, and a fairly easy layout. Outside there is plenty of parking. Inside is big with enough lines to get people through fast, even on weekends when it is busy. If you need a break this Target has a Pizza Hut inside it. Target prices are good with lots of sales, in this this location is like all the others. Checkers are fast and efficient and most of the time greet you with a smile. Staff through out the store are good at helping you find what you need. This target carries the full range of what Target sells so just about everything that you use regularly from cloths, pharmacy, towels, electronics the list goes on. The store like most targets is a bright lit but generic kind of place but they keep it clean and well stalked and that keeps me coming back. read more

The checkout aisles don't fit two carts widthwise, so if you have a cart, good luck getting to the cashiers in the back row unless you want to be pushy and ask people waiting in line for the front cashiers to move out of the way. This one is always a zoo and does not make for a relaxing shopping experience. It somehow feels a little more like Walmart than Target. read more

Super annoyed that the one ""sanitizing" the carts ..... wasn't wearing gloves. The same team member put me in a LONG line verses the other 4 open with shorter lines. Pretty sure he was annoyed that I called him out. Cashier was friendly and was wearing gloves and also sanitized the payment machine after each customer used it. Got in - for out - with what I needed. read more

I love target just as much as any other mom but this one disappointments me too often. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Target is supposed to be family friendly but picture holding a 3 year old over a nasty toilet or changing a babies diaper on a super dirty changing table. Not fun. Also lots of isles are constantly empty. Such a bummer read more

I have a perplexing issue regarding Target. Here's where I stand. What's the difference between Target and Walmart? Why is Walmart a neighborhood killer, but Target is A-ok? Hey man, I'm not trying to start a war or anything...but whether the outside is a bulls eye or a star, or the inside is down-your-throat red, or looks like the american flag vomited up some smiley faces, it's pretty much the same place...right? I mean, I guess Tarjeeeeey does sound all classy and french-liayke. And I can see why a pirate would prefer it... (taRRRRRget) And it does carry Mossimo... (bilz-AOW!) But really? really? I'm flabbergasted. Any'jeeeey, when a speciality store like Lippmans Party Supply doesn't carry small helium tanks, you gotta love places like Target. Or Walmart. Whatever. I picked myself up a little Mossimo dress too. Blizaow! read more

Oh the Tanasbourne Target, how we all try to love you, but don't. Sadly that doesn't stop anyone from visiting. This Target is one of the most shopped Target's in the Northwest (Go random Target all the way out 26!) and there is the root to so many of the problems. The Tanasbourne Target is routinely over-ran with way too many people, including small children found aisles away from their parental figures. This craziness leads to the often "messy" state the store is found in. Too many shoppers directly equals too little time for employees to properly put items in their right spots and ensure proper stocking of the floor. So, thus this Target always appears low on stock, yes some of it is sold faster than it can be replaced, but the rest of it is waiting in some random cart or the backroom to be returned to it's rightful shelf. Along the same lines, you will also find long lines, grouchy staff (at times, not always) and a crowded parking lot. My advice, buck up and head to the Beaverton-Hillsdale store, you'll thank yourself when you head home not needing a drink. read more

I heart Target. I like that this Target is going thru a new renovation so it will have the grocery aspect to it like all the other Targets do back in California (and the one by the PDX airport). You can totally spend 2 hours here just browsing around and end up doing damage to your wallet. But this company does not disappoint. You can get your flu shots here and find everything and anything for yourself, your home, your pet, etc. Kudos to the Target Corporation and chains, for I will forever be a loyal customer :) read more

This isn't the worst Target I've ever been to. But they do randomly have problems. Like the time I bought a microwave there... oh this is a great story. So my boyfriend and I went to buy a microwave. My philosophy on Target electronic type things is that the cheapest one will break in 2 weeks but the second cheapest is usually pretty reliable. We pick out the last one of the 2nd cheapest and take it home. I go to the living room while the boy sets up the microwave and hear *THUNK!* and I'm like, "uhhh, what are you doing?" *thunk thunk thunk!!* My microwave box was actually filled with cleaning supplies instead of a microwave. What. the. hell?! So we took it back and security was giving us the stinkeye cause they thought we had switched it out. But they gave us our money back at least. It does tend to be pretty messy most of the time, and crowded. But it's close and I can usually find what I am looking for, read more

Ooooh, Target. I'm obsessed, for sure. This particular location is a good one. Great staff, super friendly. Lots of parking. Easy to get to. Maybe a little lacking in the fresh produce department, as I'm sure some other people on here have mentioned, but that aside, it's great for doing some basic grocery shopping and picking up other little treats that you might find yourself needing. The store is always clean and everything is well stocked, which is always great. Rock on, Tanasbourne team. Rock on. read more

I big heart shape Target... ...but not this one. This place is consistently out of stock on plenty of things I've been there to get and often is just a mess. Not like a gooey/dirty mess, but like a messy mess where everything is in a jumble instead of neatly organized on the shelves. Around Christmas, I'd forgive, but it's like this in July also. Other than that, it's a Target. So, yay, Target! And I still wind up there if I happen to be in that neighborhood instead of one where they have the usual nicely organized and stocked Target stores. Update 5/7/07: Downgraded to 2 stars. I know I said they are often out of stock on some things, but it's even worse than I thought. If you just want a 4 pack of toilet paper, don't bother - here you can only buy the huge pack. Doesn't look like it's just currently out of stock but is not even an option - so minus another star because that's kind of silly and different from other Target locations. read more

I don't think I actually like the service I get here. Its a nice target, the size is good and the layout is appealing, but the employees? One lady was following me and totally assuming I was going to steal from her beloved store. She was a hardcore fan of her workplace (which I guess is probably a good thing) but staring me down like a dog.... not so cool. Also there are some young male cashiers who seem really sarcastic or like they have no idea what they're doing. Others seem disinterested in helping customers and everyone looks pretty unhappy to be sporting the target uniform. Why would I feel good going here if the people who work there are miserable enough for both of us? On the other hand, whatever. Its a target and they have shit I like so ill go back, probably often, and not really think too much about it. read more

After some browsing, I went into the women's bathroom here on a weekday evening and it was absolutely disgusting. #foul I'm pregnant and had to hold my pee and go elsewhere. read more

Worst customer service ever! Cashier forgot to give back the gift card. I went to return department for help. The girl in the front didn't know how to deal with it. That was OK. Then they ask the worst employee came to help me. She was very rude, the attitude she asked me questions such as I was making anything wrong. She stared at me and let me answer what time I purchased the product. I said I didn't remember the exactly day and she said you had to answer. The worst customer service ever! read more

If I checked in here every time I came I would be embarrassed. I like this location. Its clean and mostly in stock. If I can't find anything staff will take the time to find it. I am a fan of the self check out. I wish that if people didn't know how to use it that they would wait in line. It makes this line much longer than it needs to be. There is a guy with glasses in electronics, every time I come in he is very helpful, he greets everyone with a good attitude and knowledgable about the products. read more

Today while in self checkout, I was abruptly interrupted by a staff member so they could examine a lunch pale (that was unzipped and open btw) to make sure there wasn't items unpaid for inside. I couldn't help but feel profiled and embarrassed. The only reason why I was in self checkout in the first place is because they only had 3 checkout lanes open and they were overflowing with people. You would think with the money that they saved by being woefully understaffed, they could afford to hire someone in loss prevention to avoid making honest customers feel like criminals. You might as well just frisk people at the exit. I may not be a thief, but I can guarantee that I will cost them money by choosing never to shop there again. read more

As much as I love Target, this particular location isn't my favorite. It's always busy, lines are long, and staff is generally sub-par. I much prefer the Sherwood or Beav Hills locations. I went last week to buy a particular lamp, but it was out of stock. I found the nearest phone for assistance and waited 2-3 minutes for an employee to arrive (they say "60 seconds" on the phone). The employee said there were none in back but that the Washington Square store should have some in stock. I asked if she could call to make sure, but instead she had me write down their number and told me to call them myself. There have been several times in the past when I've had to go to another store to pick something up, but the employee helping me has always, always made the call. So I call the other store, standing in the lamp aisle, and on a major time crunch. I get transferred to 4 different people before someone can look it up for me (all the transferring took 20 minutes - no joke). I had to read off the name of the product several times to the person on the phone because I couldn't make out the small number on the price tag. Ugh. After all of that, I decided to not get the lamp at all because I don't have enough time after the long call. And don't get me started about the gal selling Boots makeup. I was an aisle over and could hear her hounding this poor lady about trying the makeup. The customer kept repeating she was just looking for a face wash for her son and was not interested, but the employee persisted. I avoided the Boots aisle completely. Overall, this Target is just average. read more

I like that Target is big and bright and is always fun for recreational shopping. I am happy they have added the grocery section because it is easy when you are there to get milk, bananas, cereal, and bread. Last year when strawberries were in season, I got the sweetest most flavorful strawberries ever. I like the clothes and electronic section, and always enjoy perusing the books and CD's. All in all, pretty much of everything in a stop store. read more

I love Target. I love Target so much it hurts sometimes (particularly in my wallet as I shell out money for amazing crap I don't need). This location is really convenient because I work close by, and I don't have any qualms about the staff/prices/quality/etc. That's all great. But PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS! They're nasty. Maybe there's only so much you can do, but there's piss all over the toilet seats. The floors are dingy. There's a short supply of toilet paper. I leave and I feel like going home and taking a bath. Whew... Ok. Got that off my chest. Everything else is great though! read more

Target has always been my go to store--for anything and everything. I've shopped here for years, and I would drive 30+ minutes to go shopping at Target even though other similar stores were closer. I loved this store -- loved... Last week I wound up getting ill while shopping. Not- I have the sniffles ill, nor was it an I'm dying ill-- but still an I need to get to the ER ill. And it should be noted the illness is not Target related, they did not cause it. A Target employee was nearby when I felt the need to sit on the floor because I thought I was going to pass out. They never approached me as the color left my skin, they never looked over at me as I began to vomit (I'll spare you poor readers the details--just know it was a sad day). I did hear them engage another customer when she asked for details about a product, so I know they were alive and not a store prop ;-) Is it normal to sit on the floor of Target as an adult? Is that why they didn't approach me? I ended up being able to get ahold of a family member who took me to the ER. I emailed target because I was surprised by their lack of concern for my wellbeing while shopping. Don't they have some slogan about Target Cares? I didn't expect the royal treatment-- but I did expect common courtesy in asking if I was ok? Did I need help? But I got none of that. I've worked retail/customer service, and we've always had basic first aid classes, and were told to ask if people needed help (not so we could fix them up but so we could call 911, etc.). This is Target's generic response 3 days later: I'm glad you've taken the time to write us about your experience. I understand that you weren't given the service you have come to expect at Target. (My note: this already sounds like a template to send to angry customers). We expect our team members to be helpful while you're shopping. From the experience you described, it sounds like we didn't meet your expectations. (My note: CLEARLY you didn't meet my expectations--that's why I wrote you). We take your comments seriously, and I've shared your feedback with our Store Leadership for further review. ........(Blah blah blah)...... We'll keep working to provide you with the experience you've come to expect at Target. That's it. No apology for hanging me out to dry, not even a real letter-- that's clearly a form that just reiterates my complaint without real human thought. I'm very disappointed in my favorite store, and with that.... No more Target shopping for me or my family, and I will continue to tell my friends about this experience because a store like this doesn't deserve your business. read more

It's a Target. They are all getting to be pretty cookie cutter now to me. No complaints. Plenty of staff ready to assist you. Decent sales now and then, but hot deals are hit and miss. I think if one is female or has children this is a more exciting place to shop and I totally don't mean that in a sexist nor judgmental way. It is the target demographic (no pun intended) Great place to grab a hot, giant pretzel and people watch....especially the beautiful women and comely co-eds. Their security guard provided me with some fun viewing as well. Lord, please never let these types get into law enforcement nor carry a live weapon!!! ((shudders)) Target shopping is comparable to a pricier Walmart with more teeth and less diabetes. Fairly clean location and well stocked. Familiar experience each time. read more

Why is it that every time I go into Target without a list, I come out with five times as much as I needed? Hell, I do that even with a list. I hate Target. But it's the kind of hate that makes you stick around. I don't want to need you, but you do me right every time. A step up from Wally World, this particular location has just your regular old suburbians shuffling through isles, looking for lost children, and rolaids. I have only been to one other location since I moved here and this, being the closest, is the one I frequent most. Nothing special about it really but the staff is friendly and it is pretty organized. Overall this location isn't bad. It's usually packed to the brim with shoppers but what store that sells TP, candles, and tangerines isn't going to be at 10pm? Now you're wondering why I would need those three things at the same time. I've been to worst places. read more

Service was absolute trash! Went there 1st thing in the am to get a Christmas gift. Arrived 10 mins before they opened and a short guy came out and said they did not have it. I took him at his word and went to leave. As I am leaving in my car I see several people walking out with the item I wanted. I park and go in and there are non available. I asked another associate about it and was told there were only a couple left but they sold out right away with the 1st few consumers. I would have been able to get it if it were not for the guy coming out and lying to me about not having the item. Called corporate to talk about it and they said they did not have information about it but "assured me" they would look into it. Which is code for nothing is going to happen. Regardless I still did not get the gift so I could not care less about their assurance. read more

Okay of a store. Not as well maintained as some, but maybe that's because it's bordering many other shopping centers in the same location. Not too big not too small, their selection is of the norm in comparison to other local Target stores. I just wish it was cleaner of a store. However, I needed help searching for an item and a young gentleman was more than happy to help and bring out the requested items. So, despite the overcrowded lines and highly traffic, the condition of the store paled in comparison to their great customer service! read more

I come to Target (a.k.a. Tar-chez) to save money on bulk items in less-than-Costco-sized quantities. I don't need eight tubes of toothpaste...just one or two. The prices are better than most stores and you might even grab a few fresh/frozen produce items in their new grocery section. The latter won't ever replace a supermarket, but it does occasionally save me an extra trip. The place is normally crazy busy, so pay attention in the parking lot and bring a large dose of patience. Whether it is a crazy driver or a mom on her cell phone with three screaming kids running around unmonitored, you need to chill before shopping here. If you go here with the right attitude and don't expect a lot, you'll be happy with Target. read more

Ordered a package, order clearly states it comes in its own package so it cannot be hidden what it is. 2pm today I get my order canceled for a DRY ERASE BOARD due to package issues. Clearly says you will not be charged for this order. Cool, but my card is charged and now I gotta way up to 3 or more business days to get the refund and then go buy my dry erase board. Also, I am expected to reorder it again with more money to be taken from my account or come in to the store and buy one and take it home right away. --Mind you I ordered online to not have to travel to the store and do all that via bus with only one arm to carry it home since my other arm is injured. read more

Why is it every time I venture into a Target (even with a shopping list) I end up buying more things and spent more than originally planned? Why is it so nice and bright, and orderly inside? Most disgusting Target I think I've ever been in. Women's bathroom was close due to cleaning, whoever was in the family bathroom was taking their sweet time so of course I used the freshly "cleaned" men's restroom since I'm pregnant and couldn't wait.
