Yes, I'm still a Target customer. But I don't go as frequently as I used to. However when I do shop at Target, I prefer this location over the other stores in my area. This store is smaller which I like because I think the layout is better and on my recent trips I believe it to be better stocked than the Tanasbourne location. Parking is always easy and plentiful and perhaps it's because of the times that I shop, but this location is rarely busy or overcrowded. As a new puppy parent I've found myself going to Target more recently for their pet brand, Boots & Barkley, which I like for its style, quality, price and seasonal product offerings. I feel like this brand is better quality and value than some of those available at PetSmart or on Amazon. My experiences shopping here are usually easy breezy and I always use self checkout. read more

I think their Christmas are so cute and adorable. Some were a bit pricey but I think it was fun to look at. I hope they have it when it's on sale but I doubt it HAHA. I wanted all the food-related ones! I also want the birds, too. I'm glad they have more and more options! read more

I would give this location a 0 if it were possible. This has to be one of the worst-run Targets I have ever shopped in. No customer service, management has all but given up. The store employees complain openly about hating their jobs. I will never, ever step foot in this location. Other Targets are bad too, not just this one. This location is closer to home that the other 2 Targets in different directions and less traffic for me. I do online ordering only thru my app and drive up to pick up my order. It saves me from buying aimlessly. What I do like is that I just let the app know I'm on my way and when I've arrived and they run it right out to my vehicle. This location has had less of a wait than the other locations. If you spend $35 and they are out of an item they will ship it to your home free and usually arrives within a few days. It's great for pantry items or things you need right away to swing by while you are out running errands. No minimum limit for pickup either. read more

This is seriously one of the worst Targets I've been to. Most of the employees here seem to hate their job as they don't really want to do anything to help you. There's so many sections especially in the health/beauty and household items that are all locked up. Each time you need to request service or try to find a worker where you'll be waiting at least 15-20 minutes each time. Not only this but I noticed when going to purchase soup that many of the containers were far past their expiration date by several months! When I tried to bring it to the attention of one of the workers they couldn't have cared less. So disappointed by how this location is run. read more

I've had issues since they started locking up merchandise. Wanted to buy shaving cream today, waited 15 plus minutes for an associate to unlock the doors it was behind. No one came. I tracked someone down and she said she didn't have a key and that pretty much everyone who did was in a meeting! I ended up having to leave without the shaving cream because I had to get home. :( Guess I'll be looking for a new store. read more

Absolutely love the order pick up and the customer service we get from those who bring your stuff to your car. This is a game changer. I am high risk for Covid so I like not going into the store, but I am also disabled and appreciate being able to order and pick up. We don't do it every time But we do it often and I hope after Covid this is a new normal as it is super helpful since I also can't drive and I can order from home and my husband can take us to pick up what we need. This saves so much time since he is the only driver in our household and also works and does everything at home since I can't do most of it. We have ordered a ton using this service and the orders have always been accurate and the friendliest service. read more

Ummm it was 94 degrees today. It was a good thing that we got the kids new swimsuits to play in the slip-n-slide today. Unfortunately it did require an exchange, but fortunately I got excellent customer service to make my shopping experience a good one. My son has 3 pieces, 2 Cat & Jack pieces, and a Mindcraft bathing suit. I was able to locate the separate pieces, but after looking for the Minecraft suit for 10 mins, I decided to ask for help. Along comes Dulce in the soft lines (yes I do speak retail) department. I asked her if there were any selection left. She didn't point the way and leave it at that, she walked me to the section where it was (I would have never found it) and explained that there wasn't an XL in stock. Then she said that they had received a shipment that hasn't been sent to the floor yet. She went to the back so see if there was any in stock. When she returned she advised me that that style wasn't available at the moment but she brought 4 or 5 other bathing suits in XL for me to choose from. I did thank her, but I actually found another style on the floor. I have (had) worked retail for 20+ years and I have seen the good and the (really) bad both on the employee and customer side. This was by far one of my most enjoyable shopping trips. DULCE should be recognized for her excellent customer service. I would suggest a $10.00 Starbucks gift card to use on a break/lunch. No changes to collectibles in about 3-4 months. Guy told me the person who stocks them doesn't usually pay attention to it and focuses on other parts of the store. For exclusive items only to target it's weird that they don't put these items out. I get disappointed everytime I come to the store thinking it'll be different read more

I seen a vacuum on sale called the manager to help me with it he look at the sell price and ripped it off and said oh this was supposed to not be here I said sir I want the price that it said it was originally $399 on sale for $169 he said sorry I can't help you I called in to speak with him after I left he already left for the day I spoke to another manager I told him the situation he said if the sale sticker was in it he should have gave it to you then he asked me did you take a picture of the sale I said NO! Why would I have to do that it's in your store for sale! He then said there's no way for me to prove that the item was on sale Randel the manager that I felt with knew if I took a picture of it he would have to give me the sale price that's why he ripped them off so fast and crumbled them up in he's hand I'm so mad with this situation I'm going to be contacting corporate and complaining on he's poor customer service he was a horrible manager and a disgrace to target read more

Highly don't recommend this location. They allowed another customer to tell and flip me off from another car. Another mom there to pickup an online order with her children but somehow I have to go inside to pickup my order while she gets to stay in her car and yell at me for parking in a drive up spot so I could contain my child and my pickup order. Clearly they don't have mothers in mind or they only have certain mothers in mind to give preferential treatment to. target employee sided with the customer yelling obscenity's and flipping me off. I bought a 75 inch tv yesterday. Ryan from electronics went above and beyond to make sure I got it home safely. He wheeled it out of the store for me and helped me get it onto my truck. He also helped me position the TV in the back of the bed so it wouldn't fall down. The store was really busy but he still took the time to help me out. Really good customer service, he should get a bonus or something. read more

The most disrespectful employees I've ever seen. I waited for 5-10 minutes at the Starbucks and I eventually left because the barista, Fatima? didn't acknowledge or speak to me. As I left another employee bumped into me and then CONTINUED to walk side by side with me with no regard to my personal space. He was so close I couldn't move my hands from my side without touching him. I eventually told him to back up. He just looked at me and said nothing. This is store is just terrible at customer service. read more
