Online ordering for a few items saves me time and money. I notify them via the app that I have arrived and what parking spot I'm parked in and they zip my order out to me and I'm on my way. This does free up so much time for me when I'm on the go running errands. I don't overspend by going inside and I don't have to find a parking spot and wait in a checkout line. The selections are the same online and you can get some better online only deals. This was the only place that has the chobani ube creamer I have been wanting to try so it's the only reason I placed an order. It's been a very long time since I've shopped at Target. read more

Store is always dirty. No one ever around to help in the electronics or food departments. Starbucks is LITERALLY the worst one imaginable. Always out of something. Untrained workers. Slow. Just ridiculous. Waited 10 minutes in line with no one in front of me to order a nitro cold brew. Was never greeted so after the 20 minutes of waiting he finally told me they didn't have it. read more

I have been to this Target maybe a handful of times. But the service is always good. The employee who processed my return was very friendly and made me laugh while I was there. The store is always clean, as is the restroom. And it's Target. I LOVE Target. This is a really nice store. read more

None of the employees ever respond to these. Had been in the locked LEGO aisle waiting and constantly ringing the sensor every couple minutes. Finally after about 10-15 of waiting I went to find an employee to ask for assistance. The employee kindly called for another employee with access to the locks, but even then I waited about 10 more minutes before another employee walked by and I asked him for help. Luckily, he had a key. So really, why have these ping device if employees are not going to respond to them? read more

Target - Why have these if you won't respond to customer assistance in need of retrieving a locked item? - Department Stores Near Me - Hillsboro, Oregon

Have lived and travelled all over the US and shopped at various targets. This one is perhaps the trashiest looking and most disorganized one that I have seen anywhere. Checkout at this target is very poorly managed like others have said. Lines always spilling out into the aisles. The DMV seems a lot better managed. Add to that some very rude checkout clerks. Avoid and go down to the smaller one in Cedar Hills. read more

Bathrooms are DISGUSTING. It is apparent that cleanliness is not a priority at this location.

Actually went into a target today, I usually only do order pick up and going in was costly but I got some great bathroom towels and rugs I would not have seen otherwise and a great front door mat too! Thankful for order pick up to curb my spending but it was nice to go shop in store and I found quite a few things I love! read more

I love walking around here, you never know what you might find even if u don't need anything at the moment. There is lots of selection and deals and the service is good if u ask. Otherwise they won't assist you. read more

I haven't shopped here since the election. Apparently same with a lot of people. First off, no baskets at front. I had to search for a while before finding one. Place has gone so down hill. Waited 10 minutes for a Lego set pressing a button. I called the store, told them I've been waiting 10 minutes, and I wait another 10 minutes before finally grabbing someone I see. Then I wait in self check out, just to find out it's card only now. Fml. Hate this place. Never going back. read more

This was not this good 20 years ago. But now, Target has transformed into a much better than the-already-dead K Mart. Problem are nice and helpful here. I stopped by for flu meds and got helped with self checkout with a smile on her face. Nice place! read more

Honestly this is my favorite Target because it always seems to have the best stock of the three in Beaverton (even though I think this is technically Hillsboro). Its good though... I just came here to see if they had Halloween stuff since the other two by me are sold out of everything worth anything and sure enough I found several things here not found at the other stores and they just had more in general plus items I did not even see at the other stores! Target is pretty great though for lots of different items but I mainly shop the holidays here since they get pretty unique to them items that are decently priced and usually made pretty well. The groceries do not impress me but in a pinch I have grabbed an item or two since, why make two stops if I need an avocado or something quick. Another go to I look at Target first for is storage. I am obsessed with organization and this is my first place to look. They almost always have that perfect thing. Most recently I decided that in my car I did not have anything for in between my two seats so that I could store lotion, sunglasses...a bunch of car needs since I do not have a glove compartment or mid consul in my car. They had the perfect thing for under $5 and it looks great too!! I usually can find a few options for storage stuff too - wander through the store seriously...bathroom section, an organization section and some bedroom/kitchen ....I have found them in different spots. Where I was really truly blow away was at the end. I went to the lines which were long and a huge wait BUT the sweetheart who helped me was a dream! She asked if I had any coupons and then proceeded to pull some up on here phone insisting that she was pretty sure she had one that would help me and sure enough she saved me almost $3!!! WOW! She said she loads up the coupons to help her customers out - now THAT is customer service!!! read more

This happened today, 2/07/2023 at about 11:15am. Drove to the local Target on 185th (Hillsboro/Beaverton) with hopes of buying some cheap sunglasses and socks. Found women's and kids sunglasses but not men's. While browsing the men's socks some security lady walks by, looks at me and says "he's clean" to her walkie talkie device. I'm sorry, what??? I'm a middle aged boring guy with no weapons of any kind. No, there wasn't anyone else around me. No "hi how are you" or "can I help you find anything?" Now I know how some minorities feel. And Target? Maybe you ought to train your security better so the customers don't feel like some terrorist/shooter. You want to prevent violence in a store, put armed guards at the entrance like they do in Europe. Until then, I really don't feel like shopping at your stores after today. It's going to take more than an apology from some social media representative. read more

My group stopped by the Beaverton Target to get supplies and head to the beach since we're on a trip. We enter and the place was very obviously dirty . Clothes on the floor everywhere . I definitely got a whiff of bounce-that-ass. In the swimwear section, A worker came and told my group off for picking up the clothes off the floor and putting them back onto the rack. The old worker started calling us names like dirty slobs and rude teenagers. (Instead of doing her job ) we weren't going to let her to bully us . Nobody held the worker accountable and her name tag was flipped. This verbal attack felt like an act of racism . The workers didn't do anything to stop her and ended up making a young girl of ours cry, the lady walked away when we went to get an adult. Anyways; this place is dirty, they barely pick up stuff off of the floor. The rest of the shopping experience was OK. The lines were a long wait, about 15 minutes . Most targets are actually great, but this specific one is definitely a skip. read more

I visit this Target store on a regular basis, partly because it's the closest Target to my home but also because it's one of the nicer Target stores. This location is always clean and well stocked. The employees here are helpful when you need assistance. The former pizza food cafe has been replaced with a Starbucks, which is much more to my liking. I've always received good service and a correct order from this Starbucks. The store carries everything from groceries to clothing to home goods to cosmetics to electronics. There is even a pharmacy here. The cashiers are pleasant at this store, although I usually opt for the self-service check out which is always my preference if it's available. My only mild gripe about Target is that they don't play any background music so it's always eerily quiet. Background music has a calming affect on people. Whenever you visit a busy store like Target, staying calm is important. read more

Had a pretty (literally) redundant visit to the Tanasborne Target yesterday. My wife said we had something to go pick up so I gleefully volunteered. I drove down and parked my car in spot #9. My wife texted me the screenshot for the code. A few minutes later a dude came out with a bag and I requested that he put it in the trunk. He did so and went back inside. I had just purchased a Frappuccino and I wasn't in a hurry so I decided to let the seat back a little bit and relax. I was not in a rush and it wasn't busy. After about five minutes the same guy came back out and asked me if I had another order. At the moment I said no, but I should have asked why. I got home and I realized that I had my daughter's shoes and headband. The dress that we ordered was not there. I figured that was what the guy was referring to. I got back in my car and returned to the same location. I called using the YELP app, since the phone numbers weren't on the pick-up signs. It turns out that the dress was not available @ the store, but was going to be delivered to us. It would have been nice for the employee to have relayed that information to me so I didn't have to make another unnecessary trip to the store. read more

This is a very large Target with all departments well stocked. The clothing area has more options and sizes compared to other Targets in the area. Even though it's always crowded, the store is clean and organized. Large parking lot and the extra bonus of being colocated with other stores that I frequent like Old Navy, Marshall's and Michael's. read more

This day and age we African-Americans have proven we work hard and spend money just like everyone other race. To have on not one visit but several visit being followed and multiple Employees "conveniently" cleaning end caps and restocking at the end of the aisle. Is insulting and pathetic- I know for a fact my husbands income double your household income and if he didn't I don't deserve to be followed for simply shopping. We complained about this to the manager and was told we would receive a phone call- nothing. I guess they're ok with this culture in their stores. Sad. read more

I haven't been to this location for sometime now. It's always extremely packed, even compared to the one off of Farmington (that's my go-to) But this specific location did have what I needed and their Drive Up went pretty well. There was one employee loading cars with their orders. While, waiting for my turn.. cars continued to come and thankfully she ended up getting some back up. The wait time wasn't to bad. Especially, because of how insane this target gets. I got some pretty good deals. Some wall decor that was 40% off the normal price and some lip balms that had two per pack, which I got 3 and received a $5 GC. Such a great deal!! Lip balms ended up being .79 cents each. read more

The parking lot is a nightmare with baskets all over the place constantly. And the entrance is always dirty with dropped food and drinks. It is gross. I informed the Asian security guard about the food that anyone could have slipped on but he just ignored me. I know he heard me because he acknowledged "okay." I came back a few hours later for a return and he was still there. I told him the food was still there too. Then he radioed someone about it. They need to clean the store, parking lot, and entry. The people at the service desk need better training. There is only one who is great, she is the young Hispanic girl. The others need training because they are not friendly or don't even greet me. I have to speak the first word which is so awkward. Zero customer service. read more

Be advised that if you take your own bags that you'll be accused of stealing. Just dealt with a situation where my daughter and her friend were stopped at the door. They were accused of stealing because they had bought clothes from old navy and used recycled bags. I'm beyond livid. This is completely unacceptable. read more

Love Target for household items. I shop here for toiletries, cleaning supplies, and sometimes clothes and gifts. However, their pharmacy has gone way downhill since it became a CVS. No rewards program, takes longer to fill prescriptions, the text notifications don't work even though I switched over to their new system, and the employees don't seem as happy or nice as before either. Bummer. This was a definite DOWNGRADE in my book. Unhappy customer over here, Target. Figure it out. read more

This store is a fast pace but I can always depend on the Target app to tell me exactly where the product is. Also employees will price match the item if it's cheaper on Target.com or other web sites like Walmart or Amazon. Friendly employees. read more

This target is absolutely horrible. Longest lines ever, and very rude employees. I used to truly enjoy walking around a target and browsing, buying whatever spoke to me. But this target changed it. They block aisles with product, I had to climb boxes just to get baby wipes because the entire aisle was blocked (fire hazard, law suit, generally UNSAFE). The lines are all the way around the store if you go anytime after noon. I've encountered very few employees that are kind, friendly and helpful. Most will accuse you of stealing and treat you like garbage. read more

As far as targets go, I'd say this is your regular run of the mill target but a little smaller and with less selection. Is has all the regular sections, men's, women's, kids, electronics, etc. but everything just seems a little bit smaller. They don't seem to have quite as big of a clearance section as a lot of the other targets I've been to, but you'll still be able to find some things. They often seem to run out of the smaller, petite sizes but that's common anywhere nowadays. The staff here are friendly and nice by sometimes can be hard to find if you have a question. The store unfortunately is kind of messy at times but maybe I just seem to always catch it on a bad day. The CVS Pharmacy in the store is great. Very convenient and the staff here are very nice as well. Sometimes there are some communication issues via phone if there is something to be said regarding your insurance but overall I like getting things filled here. read more

It's a regular place for us because 1) we go to Target all the time and 2) it's the only one close enough to the freeway and it's easily accessible. That being said, the store is never in order and the selections are nothing to go out of the way for. Hourly bathroom checks must not be happening because the check sheet wasn't posted and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Like the trash was overflowing and the floor was well...like a beach bathroom. read more

Oooooh, apparently the big man actually reads these... But HEY! Your prices still SUCK. I used to spend tons of money on awesome Target clothes, too. But now they suck and are almost twice as pricey. They just dont hide that they are following you anymore. It's so insulting.. it's frustrating.. it's embarrassing-- becauee they aren't good at it either so all the customers can tell when you're clearly being followed. Come on target? Racial profiling? Class profiling? You profile and follow a specific kind of people or individuals, with a specific kind of "look". This has happned to me individually and with my friends and family on multiple occasions. It's gotton so predictable that I resorted to delivery and curbside pick up. Tell me Target, how is this *consistent* "guest expeirnce" you've given us align your values? I shopped religiously at target. i loved it but unfortunately i'm just a potential thief to them & not a "guest" because of the way I look. I don't know what happened but after my first visit like 10 mo ago (and subsequent Yelp review) this store did a 360 and now it's clean & tidy, stuff is not all over the place like before. Honestly pretty disappointed by the staff. I was walking through the area in the front of the store where they have deals or some cute holiday items. I wasn't in the way of the employee what so ever. I am giving them a 5 star for one reason and one reason alone: I have been looking for my favorite peanut butter for *FIVE* years. Target carries it! Note: this store went through an upgrade and grocery store items. They are more expensive due to them having less items.....but, if you are into getting milk while at Target? Knock yourself out. Doubt I would ever shop here besides getting peanut butter. (I like TJ's too much, and Fred Meyer has far more selection, far better prices.) read more

This was my 3rd time using the Drive Up service and my last time. The guy who brought my groceries out, forgot half of the items. I had no idea and drove home to find out I had to go right back to Target. Had to wait in a long line to talk to someone and then they couldn't find my items and had me wait.. I was so mad because I work at 5am at a hospital and need things to be easy for me right now and now I can't trust Target at all with groceries.
