This Target is a pretty average Target. I think that's the most interesting thing I'll probably have to say about this place. Parking is plentiful and simple. I will say that the collection areas in the lot were pretty full, but this could have just been because I came at a weird time. The cart and basket areas were well-stocked inside, and the store was pretty clean. I will say that the makeup aisles were a bit disorganized, with products in the wrong spaces to make it look like the store had one of each kind in stock, when they really had eight of the least popular one. I think the biggest tip for this Target store is: check to make sure the item you are taking off the shelf is the correct item (and the correct price) for what you are wanting to buy). Went in and an item wasn't priced in the right section. The dress came out to 25 when it showed it was 10 dollars in the rack I found it. All those dresses and the different colors were on the rack. The associate overrided the transaction which gives them two stars, but still very deceiving to have a whole group of items on the wrong rack. read more

It's your basic Target. The experiences I have here are pretty similar to other Target experiences. Get the target credit card since you get an automatic 5% off every purchase! Some minor gripes -you get a 5 cent return if you bring your own bag. Oftentimes the employees forget so I have to remind them. Hey every cent counts especially when you live in the Bay Area! My go to Target as I live down the street from them and am a regular with a couple of the Employees who recognize me. As I mentioned before the staff or the few who are always helpful are great. My low rating is for the Security and the crappy "Undercover Shoppers/Lost preventions" who I feel like they profile me like crazy. I've been followed alot recently and I guess it's fair game but seriously you guys are gonna follow a guy holding Old Spice deodorant vs a couple Teenagers I see at the Liquor isle?? I've had the opportunity to visit Target several times recently, which is unusual for me. I have to say, each of the recent visits have stood out in a positive way. In one instance, there were some pricing discrepancies at the register, a couple of things that were rang up differently than I saw marked on the shelf, and one that had three prices underneath it, none of which appeared when it was rung up. What made it noteworthy, the cashier was empowered to resolve the issues without having to go through management, and she did it quickly and and in my favor. The other noteworthy visit, there was an issue with both inventory not available on products that were prominently displayed, and pricing on what was actually available. And the manager went out of his way to make it right. It's the nice when shopping is just neutral without negative experiences. It's a bonus when the shopping experiences are outright pleasurable. As a postscript, I had similarly pleasant experiences at the Automall store, making me think it is something of a corporate culture rather than coincidence. read more

My son gets money for Christmas and decides he wants to get a Kinect Sensor for his Xbox 360. We go online and see the best price is at Target, at $89.99, available "in store" only. We look and see it is available at the Target Store on Fremont Boulevard. We go in on December 26th to purchase. I ask 2 different people about the online price. One guy says it's $109.99 online, and the other guy says he can't even find it online. We purchase for $109. I check again when we get home. Online price is $89. Okay.....WTF? I go into the store today and tell the person at the return/refund counter that the online price is $89. She babbles on about "price matching" is suspended for 12/26 and 12/27. I say, it's not "matching", it's the price on your own website. She says that price matching is suspended. Again, WTF? I'm not one to complain about $20, but they only had to match the price on their OWN website. As far as I am concerned, Target can take a hike. I'll happily spend my money at other stores (e.g., Amazon.com) and not have to deal with them anymore. Goodbye, Target. Not to mention you can't get my credit card hacked anymore! This is my go to Target. It's right by the Safeway I shop at, the bed bath and the Marshall's which are all places I go to. It's located in a ginormous shopping center where you can find and get all the things you need in one stop. That is what I do, make my rounds in this shopping center. Its usually well stocked and looks not bad on cleanliness. The staff is pretty good here, I have never had issues with anything here and I've been coming for almost 4 years. I use the online pick-up a lot and its awesome. You order online then you go pick it up at the front entrance when you get the email that its ready for you. They recently put an optical center and a new Starbucks in there. I like this Target and this is where I'll continue to come. read more

Toilet paper, toilet seat covers, general garbage littered the entire area (floor and seats) of every single unflushed toilet stall. What the heck? They claim extra clean during Covid?! I love Target. I love Target so, so, SO much. And I didn't realise how much I loved Target until I went to college, but Target honestly has everything you could ever need plus a lot of things that you really didn't know you needed (and probably don't, if we're being honest...). This Target is just like your typical Target, but it also has an optometrist inside, which is where my friend made an appointment. We were there to do that and buy some other small necessities. This particular Target is quite big, and there's a lot to walk around, but there are dead cell spots inside, so it might be a little difficult to find your friends if you're running around doing your own separate errands. I found everything I needed to though, and there was quite a bit of space for parking, so we managed to get in and out quite quickly and smoothly. I'd definitely recommend if you're in the area and need a Target! read more

A pretty solid Target, it's a pretty large store, and the fact that it is located in the "Hub" is nice because you are so close to many other stores and food joints. There is free wi-fi. and although it's not very fast and I've really never gotten it to work on mobile, it is a nice gesture. I just came to pickup online orders, I was in a good mood, but somehow the clerk who in charge of the pickup made a simple transaction became a worst experience I ever have! No idea what's the problem with their app, but my husband just couldn't add me successfully after kept trying couple times from yesterday, so I show her the barcodes and order emails to prove we ordered the items. I showed her my ID, etc but the clerk still not that friendly at all! it should be a simple transaction and I was expecting good experience, yet I was not happy at all after the back and forth.... it's a BAD idea to order online and store pickup in Target if you happen to choose this location! read more

I like this location but the service at the customer service area can use some improvement. I third in line out of 7, with only one person working a register. A supervisor comes to help and walkies for an additional person to help the line. The supervisor assisted me and I place my empty soda steam canister on the counter. Before I can speak, she says we're all out. I told her this is my first time and the website said Target can do a credit for another canister. Supervisor replied do you want exchange or deposit. I replied what the cost difference would be and she replied do you want a new one? I again asked what the difference was and she replied do you want an exchange or deposit. At this point she wasn't helpful and we were going in circles. This employee needs more people training as she has no customer service skills other than knowing how to operate a register. I love this Target it is not big as some of the other ones but it usually well stocked and I come hear to actually purchase a lot dry grocery items, foods, beauty care items and medicines. Target has some nice clothing as well and the deals are even better when you download the Red Cart app to your phone to receive additional discounts off of certain items. Please check your Sunday paper for their last adds and you can always find holiday decorations for cheap in their dollar bins up front. I get decorations for Timmy door dorm here. read more

I like to collect Lego Minifigures. Thing that sucks is that I have to molest bags of Lego Minifigures to make sure I get the minifigure I need to complete a set. What sucks even more is that the Loss Prevention associates waste their time watching a grown-ass man feel-up bags of Legos for almost an hour or more only to buy one or maybe even none. It sucked for the price match process. I showed them the price on the manufacturer website, and they said it had to be those online stores, like Walmart, Amazon,etc. It didn't make sense on that. Ok, I did the price search on Amazon. Then I showed them again. They used their own device to search, and they told me it couldn't find it. WTF?! I showed them 2 solid websites, and they didn't honor it. I did the same thing in other Target. As long as I showed them where the lowest price was. I love Target for obvious reasons and it is usually my go-to store but this one is such a mess. Not to mention the women's restroom is disgusting! There is toilet paper everywhere, unflushed toilets (not pictured cause that's gross), stalls without toilet paper probably because the customer are using it to decorate the bathroom floors... just very unkept and even smells like it hasn't been cleaned in quite a while. The three times I've been here there has been overflow in the bathroom, feces on the walls, and one even attempting to keep it clean despite 4/5 employees gathered right next to the restroom area conversing and waiting for pick up orders. I am really enjoying the convenience and safety of the no-contact shop online, drive up option. All you have to do in the Target App is order, then let them know you are at the location and they will bring out the items and load them in your car. I suppose it could have been a busy day with many customers pulling items off the shelves and then, flinging them back onto the shelves. As I went to the cash registers, I was surprised at how many people were waiting in line, especially with an unattended register open. Do not I repeat do not come 15min before closing with alcohol in your cart. They close all register and only have self check out open. I have been shopping here since 9pm and not one announcement saying if you have alcohol please come to the front 15min before closing. Let me first off say that I love to shop at Target. I use to work there when I was a teenager and it was a cool place to work. The quality of their brand is top notch and they make some really nice clothes for women. The cost compared to a Walgreens is always cheaper. I have a red card so the price is probably comparable to Walmart. This place just seems it does not have as much items in stock compared to the Auto Mall store. I understand that this one probably does not get as much traffic, but there is a little bit of a gap between the two stores. This place use to be a much older looking Target. They have started to remodel the store and the standards look to be going up. In addition, it looks like there is going to be a Tesla charging area in their parking lot soon. read more

A couple months ago I came into Target looking for the coffee I would drink for the rest of my life. I discovered Nescafe Clasico Light. It was absolutely amazing. Especially if you use the creamer coldstone cream with it, it is like crack in a cup. Ive been coming for the last couple of months looking for this specific bottle of Nescafe and unfortunately it appears they no longer sell it! I prefer the Target actually in Pacific Commons, but this one is nice if you're trying to hit multiple errands. Usually when I come here I'm trying to also go to Trader Joe's, Safeway, or Michels too. There's some sketch people around the area and some people posted in front sometimes pressure asking for money or donations. This Target is usually clean, but could be maintained a little better especially their bathroom! They do have self checkout lanes, which is a plus. However if you go around lunch time or early evening around 4pm expect all lines to be busy busy! Have been to better Targets, this one isn't the worst, but it can work on cleanliness and kinda sucks having sketch people around occasionally when I've visited recently. On a positive note, all employees I've been helped by or just around the store have been nice and helpful. read more

I am so disappointed in this Target it's unbelievable! First they don't items of their store brand which you may have seen at other stores. I came here specifically for Market Place salami and was met with negative results. Fine, I guess I'll have to settle for the "Gallo" brand of salami. I come to the checkout area where I am met with huge lines. I scurry to the end where I see the self-checkout lines and hope for the best. At last it was my turn to scan my own items and check out. I was shopping yesterday and I witnessed something very disturbing. There was a gentleman who happened to be African American being followed throughout the store. As he went thru the self checkout he was asked to open his backpack as the so called security guys stood behind him and watched. I understand that people steal but I too had a backpack on and so did the lady behind me and neither one of us were asked to open our backpacks. This was pure profiling and just hideous behavior.
