I'm digging the remodel. However, the produce is underwhelming (for example Sunday all the avocados were small, mushy and had a weird white film or powder on them, and the cookie/bread table is huge in comparison to the whole food options which was disappointing. I will still shop here because I like the grocery/household items combo store. I appreciate their large selection of meat alternatives in the frozen section (truthfully the only reason I go, everything else is just a bonus). I've been sitting on this for a month, I went a few days ago, bought fruit, all of it was moldy after I took the top layer off (blueberries, raspberries and strawberries). Just majorly disappointing. So I'll stick to non-food items and frozen stuff. And probably a Starbucks for myself. read more

I don't know what is going on here, I don't blame anyone in particular. I think it's just one of those things that happens, but this place is a literal ghost town as it relates to the management. It's remarkable. Every time I go in, I joke that I wonder if I'll be able to ask someone for help so I can just get in and out, and every time I go, it's yet again impossible to find anyone! Might be me, but I don't think so. I don't write negative reviews without some thought, and I'd be happy to remove this if they solve the issue, but like, who even works here! Help! read more

This Target is so bad that it makes Walmart look like a luxury brand. It doesn't look like it has been cleaned in years, many items are out of stock, discarded merchandise is scattered in piles on the floor throughout the store, hardly any employees were present, long lines at the register, etc. read more

This targets prices are a little lower than the ones in the Boston area so once in a while I like to drive the extra distance to shop here. I've only been here on Saturdays and it's been pretty busy in the store and in the parking lot. The young man at the returns section today was terrible. He asked a lot of questions about why we were returning a jar of peanut butter and even opened it to see if it's been used. I've rarely been hassled by returns at target. The other employees I dealt with were peasant and helpful. Skip their produce department. Everything looks old and wilted and is expensive. Their up and up brand products are priced well, especially the medicines. What I like about this target is they have a self check out section. It's convenient and I prefer bagging my own items. read more

Went to this location as I was in the area on Biz and had to return something that was defective. It was a quick and pleasant transaction, with the person helping me in the best ways as I lost the receipt and she pointed out that she would check my credit cards to see which one I used. BINGO, found the right one and quickly refunded my money to that card. read more

I've only spent any time in this store at the optical center. The people that worked there were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommended getting glasses here not only because of the staff but also the surprising options (including Armani Express, Coach, etc.) and warranty offered. I feel like I can't give it a better rating only because I went into the bathroom next to the pharmacy and it was DISGUSTING. read more

You probably don't want to shop here at the very beginning of the school year because the incoming Framingham State University students WILL clear this store out! I keep making this mistake every year, and then I'm left wondering why I'm not finding anything. I can't deny though that this is a really nice Target. The parking lot is accessible, the location is great, the store is clean, the stock is usually in good shape, and I've had no problems with staff either. The produce isn't too bad looking in the grocery department, and I really love the Archer Farms line of food they carry (the best trail mix ever!) This particular location has a really nice cosmetic section too, and they carry a lot more brands (including E.L.F.) that you might not find at other Targets. read more

Very clean and very organized. This is what I notice as soon as I walked into this Target. I was able to grab a few items for lunch for the next few days. The food area was clean, organized, and fresh. Especially the vegetables and fruits. The prices was good and competitive to a Walmart. The checkout line was quick and pleasant. 3 stars, sure they work in a pinch. this is referring to their optical joint, not the target in general. I needed a new eye check and maybe some new glasses for my nerding. fortunately, my vision is status quo, but the glasses i had needed an upgrade, and by upgrade, i mean larger lens to handle the extra office work i do now. the eye doctor was bubbly, which isnt something i need to point out and certainly not for an optician, but she was, so that the facts. through job, checked all the eye parts and stuff, best i didnt do this myself. on the other hand, the sales guy inside the optical place was driving to the hoop every time. i gave him a neer do me tone and he eventually stopped with the full court press. I settled on THE cheapest pair of glasses i could hack, and they still came to 150 bucks with my meager 30% health insurance discount. they do take AAA, but not MTA fyi. they carry rayban and a few other brands, no gucci or prada or etc, which is fine by me. this isnt the first time i used target for my glasses, but it is the first time my insurance didnt cover the whole thing, so i went cheap over style. i guess if im paying out of pocket i can go with foreyes, pearl or any of the other fish in the sea. read more

This is a great target. With the newly added food department, you can get pretty much anything now. Not everything, but just about everything! The store is clean, never have to worry about getting a cart- the cart attendants are always refilling the bays, that makes a difference ! Customer service is good, Miriam at customer service is a sweetheart and very helpful. Some cashiers could use some common sense training, but usually they practice "the customer is always right." as a customer that is much appreciated. The bathrooms are always clean. The Starbucks inside there is very convenient. There are price scanners all over, so I never have to wonder about a price. I like this store. read more

I just got back from shopping for a baby shower gift. I got a blanket thing, it was marked $9.99 on the shelf. It rang up $17.99. I was also charge for an extra $1 item...a little gimmicky toy thing. And the tostidos rang up as $3, when they should have been 2 for $5. I didnt catch the $1 item and the chips, but I got a refund for the baby gift. It was cute, but just not $18 cute. Read your receipt carefully. read more

Worst Target I've ever been to. The shelves ALWAYS look like a hurricane's just come through the store. This is every department - household goods, toys, clothes. All throughout the year. Any day of the week. If you can, go to a different Target. This one needs some major changes. read more

I have been too quite a few Targets but nothing is as bad as this one. Target is typically my go to place for any last minute items I forget to get somewhere else. But I will not return to this location. The store is not only extremely disorganized every time I have visited but the hang tags are almost always displaying the wrong price. Tonight for example, I stopped in to pick up some paint markers and a canvas and paid much more than was marked on the tag. The markers had a full facing under $2.47 but not to my surprise they rung in at a little over $10. When I told the associate at the self service registers I was simply given an "eh okay". Not impressive customer service if I knew anything about it. Now the canvases, were all over the bottom shelf of half the aisle. With no clear price what so ever - same as above. Not sure if it's a matter of their unprofessional employees and assistant managers just hanging out in "clicks" (I think the kids call them that now) gossiping or the fact that no one likes working at this Target.. either way maybe it's time for some turnovers of employees that want to be more helpful. read more

This store is a mess. Always dirty and under stocked. I was looking for a particular item and asked a nearby sale associate- she just looks at me and says "I don't know" and walks away. Haha- great customer service! If I have time I head to Marlboro. Seems much more organized and less chaotic. Target in general has fallen out of favor for me due to high prices. read more

This review is about the pharmacy within Target, not the store itself. The pharmacy recently switched over to being CVS pharmacy but the perks for Target card holders are the same. I recently started doing auto medication refills with them and it is just fabulous. When my refill or prescription is ready for pick up, I would recieve a text a week or 2 before I run out out. ( It's like your personal reminder of when it runs out. I dont know about you but I do not count my pills to see how many days I have left or pencil it in my calendar to call for a refill) When they have trouble refilling a prescription, they will also send out a notification text of the issue. Which is also great because again, I am very bad at keeping track or calling to MD for a script before I run out. The staff are super helpful and friendly as well. I have met Maggie, she is wonderful. Always willing to consult with you even if it is super busy. Dan is also great. He answers questions to the best of his knowledge and even give recommendations. The tech is also good. The only complain I have is that there only seems to be 1 tech and 1 pharmacist at all times. Sometimes the line gets really long and you only need to hand them a script. During Friday July 1st, I waited 20 mins to drop off a prescription and the wait was 2-3 hrs for the fill. I guess it was the beginning of the month, everyone needed to go away and it was before a long weekend. However, if they expected it to be that busy, why leave them short staff with 1 tech and 1 pharmacist. read more

I'm just a Target kind of guy. I can't stand WalMart, so I shop at Target. I go here for practically everything one could need, inexpensive summer clothes like shorts, Polos, undies etc. Quick snack pickups like Red Bull, Pop chips, mints, candies and gum. Beauty needs like toothpaste, deodarant, razor blades etc. One could go on and on. This paticular location is always pretty stocked well, clean and the aisles are always free. This is my local Target, and other than an ENORMOUS one in San Diego, it is my favorite one. The staff keeps it neat as a pin, and even when you'd expect it to be a mob scene during the holidays, they have every register cranking and no more than 2-3 people waiting at any line. They also have the largest and most well-organized sale/clearance section of women's clothes, and a full maternity section. YAY for Target! read more

I live a few towns over and went out of my way to get here before work because I needed something for work. I checked the hours and it said 8. I get all the way to the door and they tell me it's seniors only. I LOVE that they have a seniors only hour, but their hours should reflect this. I specifically checked google for their hours to see if there was seniors only and saw nothing. Very inconvenient. Wish they would have had google update their hours like most other places also doing this. read more

I order a item on Black Friday online , for delivery for December 6 th , so I get a email on December 5th saying the there will be a delay item will delivered December 10 th , then I get a email December 9 th , item will be delayed will delivery date will be December 11th . So called to find out why first call was December 6 , they told oh it on back order . I said can just pick it up at the store, they well they have cancel item online and reorder for pick up at the store , I said ok , so then they said oh can't be canceled because it's been processed , wait until December 10 , th as I got another delayed Then a I called this morning like the lady told to call if I get another email for another delivery time and they can canceled the item and refund me back to my credit card . Guess what they can't cancel because it's . already processed on I wait , and behold another email say won't be delivered til December 11 th , i called same story , they can't cancel because it been processed . Now I am calls my bank to put a stop payment on it .. seems they are playing games . Never again will I order online with Target .com read more

Battle of the discount department stores. Target is on mark. I really like Target. They have the right combination of low prices, quality, and style. I have not been disapppointed with the quality of their clothing for both men and women. and the women have the fortunate benefit of rotating aspiring and established designers at reaonable prices. For example, Anna Sui coats for less than $100? Basically this is a great place for the budget fashionista. If you want stylish things at affordable prices, you may want to check Target out. You may be surprised. PS dont tell too many people, the good stuff might not last too long. :) read more

There is a young man working tonight...black kid, afro. He is working his butt off! Managing the self service lanes AND a regular lane next to self service. I don't know what you pay him but he needs a raise! The self service lanes are acting up so he jumps to fix them then runs back to his regular lane. I hope management is paying attention. read more

The past few months this target has been awful. Everytime I go in the shelves are always empty, they have boxes all over the floor. When you look online its says things are in stock, then you go to the aisle and its empty. This traget was my go to but I will drive 20 minutes and go to the marlborough location. Y'know what? F this place! I've always been a pro-Target, anti-Walmart kind of person, and I've suffered through years of going to this particular Target in Framingham, but NO MORE! What's the problem, you ask? It's always a thousand fricking degrees in there, that's what! Now, I know larger stores like this have problems keeping the store climate controlled, but this is the only store that is guaranteed to get me running for the door during all four seasons! I never browse there or stroll around the store, because I'm already overheated after 5 minutes. I just grab what I need and get out. I think it must be circulation problem or something, because the air always feels stale - ??? - look, I'm not an air conditioning specialist! I just know that other stores don't feel this way. I thought with the recent upgrades, and the new REFRIGERATED grocery section, this might have changed, but Nope! It's bad enough during the winter when it's too hot, but during the summer, it's just unbearable. Walmart here I come! read more

The staff at this store are ALWAYS so helpful, whether its been aiding me with heavier objects, showing me the aisle where eyedrops are or whatever I need! I love this Target, it is always so clean, organized and well stocked. There's never a time I come that I don't pick up a few extra things (without feeling guilty). Last night my cashier Irene seemed a little not-so-friendly. I understand after a long day you may be tired and not want to see another customers face. But when I pulled my cart up there was no greeting, she just tucked her head down (literally) and started scanning my items, bagging them and then slamming the bags down at the end counter instead of handing them to me. It was incredibly odd. The only words she spoke to me were: "Would you like to save 5% for opening a Target card?" I was really put off (and worried that some of my groceries may have broken) so I just hurried right out of there without my change. read more

I've never understood what all the hubbub is over Target. It's a huge rip-off. I guess for wealthy shoppers it's 'reasonably priced' but for guys like me, shopping there isn't even an option. I go to Walmart where one can actually find great deals. I know the one in The Ham gets a bad wrap because of the "sketchy" clientele, but I'm not there to make friends, I'm there to save money. Customer service here, oh my goodness. AMAZING. Jen C helped us out and she was super nice. She genuinely cared and wanted to help us out with a return. There were some problems but she got them worked out and was relaxed and helpful the whole time! We got a tv and the guys in the electronics department were quite nice and not standing around being useless like they are sometimes in Woburn. Nice change.
