I have no idea what is even happening with this location. It is always messy, and the focal point seems to be the NEW Ulta beauty now. It is a freakin eyesore. It took up a whole lotta real estate as well. I hate it. They have rearranged everything recently which I am okay with but now I have to basically go to my favorite aisles way in the back corners just to find them horribly shrunken. The Halloween display for 2023 (oof ;-/) seems to lack luster. There is always one person only working in that section and the area looks like a "Discounted" aisle instead. It is filled with random items dumped on shelves. Mixing football chips and dips with Halloween decor and Christmas lights. Randomness. The Halloween display still as of 10/5/23 have boxes that either need to be opened and put on shelves or disposed. There is sadly no "Real" Halloween display either. It is just sad to look at. Why? Why is this happening to this location? I hope there is light at the end of this mess. I have hopes.

Needing to get an updated pair of glasses I checked out Targets Optical Store. After going to For Eyes and a few other places this was the only place I felt had choices without being too overwhelming. Having walls and walls of selections with no help makes me crazy. Bring a friend or a few to help pick styles and colors. You'd be surprised as to what others will pick for you. Richie, Kathy, and Dr. R were all helpful and patient through the process. I went back 3 different times and they answered all my questions. Interestingly enough my AAA membership gives a bigger discount than my BCBS. Also if you buy a pair of glasses or contacts you can get a "clearance" pair for $69.00. I was able to find a nice pair. These could have also been made into prescription sunglasses too. Target is going through some remodeling right now. The Optical and eye glasses are near the Pharmacy which is far right of the store.

I am giving Jordan's Furniture one star as zero is not an option. In August 2024, I purchased a…read moresectional couch from Jordan's Furniture and purchased the five-year protection plan for all sections of the couch. Within less than a year, I noticed pulling of the fabric, wrinkling of the fabric, and feathers coming out of all of the cushions. I called customer service and they sent someone out to examine the furniture. They said this kind of where was to be expected for the furniture and gave me a kit to comb the pills off the fabric. I tried the method they recommended also tried other methods, including vacuuming, sticky tape, and manually, pulling loose feathers out The furniture continue to get worse instead of better. Jordan's representative came to my house again and continue to tell me this was normal wear and tear. They advised me to unzip the cushions and ref fluff to deal with the wrinkle fabric, and that there was nothing much they could do for the pilling the representative use the comb tool himself, and although he pulled off lots of the fuzz that was accumulating on the fabric, he was never able to make the couch look presentable following this visit, I talked with customer service and was very unsatisfied with their response. I have bought many pieces of furniture from Jordan's over the years and I have never had a problem with the equality as I have with this couch. This is not normal wearing tear! I specifically asked when I purchased the couch from sales representative Mike P. If this particular fabric was durable, explaining that I had a dog, he assured me, in my daughter's presence, that it was a tough fabric and would handle wear and tear very well. The customer service representatives have told me the warranty does not cover either of these issues because it is "normal wear and tear". The extent of the fabric wear and feather loss is far beyond anything that could be classified as normal wear and tear. I do not consider it normal to expect a customer to have to unzip seat cushions and fluff them to remove wrinkles from the fabric, especially as the cushions are made out of dense foam. It is also not acceptable to have to spend time every day removing loose feathers. I requested to have the couch recovered in a different fabric if this issue was not resolvable with the existing fabric. Customer services first offer to me was 10% of the purchase price as a credit to be used towards purchasing a new couch, when I said this was not satisfactory. They increased to 20% refund to be used to purchasing a new couch. After escalation to a manager, the offer came back as a 50% credit again to be used towards the purchase of a new couch. I asked for a full refund, including the cost of the five-year warranty I purchased. I was told this was not possible. I asked them why I would want to purchase another product from them when this one was so awful. They said this was the best they could do and initially told me I had to use the rebate within three days after explaining to them that I was currently out of work they said they would give me a month. Needless to say this will be the last time I purchase furniture from Jordan's ending a 20 year history with the company.

Then, on delivery day for the RIGHT bed frame, one of the delivery men BROKE ONE OF OUR STAIR BOARD STEPS! They said corporate would handle damages and get the repair taken care of, and they called the support to start a claim. If I could give 0 to negative stars, I would. Because...GUESS WHAT?!!! Their claims department just denied our claim and tried to gaslight us, so they could be CHEAP and wiggle their way out of responsibility and liability for the damage they caused to our property. They claimed that the damage was due to "normal wear and tear" This situation has been infuriating. The system here is from the 1990's befote the internet was invented. Whatever you buy here, once your credit card goes through is unchangeable. They have no furniture in stock ... everthing in the store must be ordered and delivered. Add $300 to the cost of any furniture you buy for delivery. You heard that right ... $300 delivery fee! Non-negotiable. The worst part ... if you buy a dining set and decide you want two more chairs once its delivered ... $300 more for delivery of two chairs! We (regretfully) bought a couch here and after it was delivered, decided we wanted the matching ottomon. The $400 ottomon had a $300 delivery fee attached. 'You shoukd have bought it with the couch', they said. It's almost like they don't want to sell furniture. The wirst is the total inflexibility of the system. We ordered a sectional couch, which would take almost a month to arrive. Three of the pieces were delivered in 1 week. The other two pieces would be delivered in 5 weeks. We paid one $300 price for the two deliveres since it was the same order. However, when the couch arrived, it looked totally different in our living room than it looked in the showroom with a million spotlights on it. We called to ask if we could change the color before the next delivery of the last pieces came. They told us we would have had to pay something crazy like a 20 - 30% restock fee plus another $300 delivery fee to change the colour. The couch was $4,400. That would mean over $1,000 to be able to change to the different colour. We live 10 miles from the store!! Jordans, Bob's and just about any other furniture store offer a satisfaction guarentee where if you don't like what you buy, they'll exchange it for free! Macy's won't help you. So, now we are stuck with a $4,400 couch we hate. It looked and felt great in the store. It looks like shit in our living room ... and even worse, it feels like shit. The soft, foamy cushions in about 3 weeks of use lose their fluffiness. There is a crater where I have sat to watch tv and when you sit in the cushions, now your ass practically touches the frame below. Read the reviews of Macy's couches and you will see this is a common theme. I'd expect this from a cheap couch ... but a $4,400 couch that now feels like we bought it at Big Lots. Pardon my french but fuck this place. The staff here suck ... they are unfriendly, swarm you like flies when you walk in ... stalk you around the store like Michael Myets while you are browsing and then are of zero help after the sale. Seriously, I hate to give this place even one star. Delivery fees 3x the other stores ... no in-stock inventory at all ... total inflexibility on exchanges ... it's just a huge nightmare dealing with this place at all.

Given the tight stairwell to get the pieces downstairs, we asked for someone from the store to come measure to confirm what we had chosen we fit. He said it would. Turns out it wouldn't so we had to go back and choose something else. Then they called four times for my credit card info between ordering and placing the deposit and the delivery. They actually called me a month before delivery to say that they had to put a hold for the charge on my card just to make sure we'd pay it. When the sofas were delivered, the delivery guys were convinced they wouldn't fit. I told them to take the pieces out of the boxes. They fit down the stairs but left us with a big hole in the wall and a huge mess of styrofoam and cardboard all over the house. One of the sofas was damaged and the customer service rep - when we finally got someone on the phone - insisted that someone had to come out to look at it despite me sending them a picture of the ripped fabric. We worked for weeks to get someone to agree to reimburse us for the damaged wall and then ultimately decided to return the damaged sofa instead of ordering a replacement because we were done dealing with them. When the "white glove" service came to pick up the sofa, after changing our delivery time 90 mins before they were supposed to be here, they damaged our newly painted walls in two places. The men barely spoke English, didn't offer an apology for the damage he very clearly caused with his carelessness, and walked out of my house. Customer service then argued about reimbursing us for both damages and went back on the price they agreed to after the sofas were delivered. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing anything else from Macy's and will suggest others steer clear as well. One of the worst furniture buying experiences we've ever had.
